Okay Lagos Global nice name. However can this office note that it can be frustrating to do business in Lagos. Too many officials and levies to pay both on the road and on premises. Why not streamline payments so it is only one or two that covers everything. Good initiative Mr Governor I hope it works and brings more investment into the state. |

New Ministry of Wealth Creation and Employment?? Hmm is that not increasing the size and cost of governance? Well if it will get the desired results good but i just think its unnecessary and the same vision can be championed in an already exsisting Department. |

iykak47: Nothing has really changed in Egypt, on 16th and 17th of this month the country shall chose between an islamic hard liner Muhammed Mursi of Muslim brotherhood, who has promised to introduce sharia which most Egyptians are kicking against, and former prime minister under Hosni Mubarak, Ahmed Shafiq who still openly expresses his admiration for Mubarak, the people regard him as the continuation of the old regime. Very Well said. |

warrior101: We don't have a dictator as our President so i don't know what you mean by revolution? These nations you mentioned had dictators as their leaders. What Nigeria needs are more credible and strong institutions. With a powerful Press and not the cut and paste journalist we have today. Work on these things and you will see the ills of your elected and sometimes selected leaders corrected. 1 Like |

Why did they sentence him and leave the others to go free? His police chiefs etc all worked out free... Rubbish. Egypt is in for a very interesting ride, we shall be watching, in a few years i will like to ask them what they have gained by jailing the man. Ungrateful people. They asked him to step down which he did; now they have jailed him ha ha ha ha ha ha. Mubarack pls enjoy your pension in jail and rest good. |

love4ual: i do not believe in nigeria....... You have spoken like a traitor. You sit in another man's land who laboured for the rights and peace you are enjoying there today. If everyone leaves Nigeria who will help Nigeria. The churches are praying and their prayers are working. It may look like its not but its surely working. Nigeria has gone tru civil war and that experience is not worth repeating. Many of you have not experienced war b4, if you have you will never wish it upon any one. Those praying for Nigeria should stay the course. It sure works... As they pray,, God will give them good enough ideas and the right people to pilot the affairs of the nation. Don't give up on Nigeria. Its your country.. Stay the course. Nigeria is less than 60 years. Changes are happening... How old is the nation you are in? |

Arsenal fans should know by now that their Professor has already made a replacement for RVP in the person of Poldoski. RVP is certain to go. All this will he go will he not go is rubbish. The man know say RVP no go sign another contract because if he was to sign he would have done it earlier in the season. The usual rant will soon follow of he eally wanted to go so we could not force him.. See below for how Arsenal budget go look like come August 31st. £16 million for RVP £4 million for Bentner £5 million for Vela £3.5million for Denilson COMING IN - Podolski - £8 million (RISING TO £11 MILLION IF HE WINS ANY TROPHY)He likely wont so Arsenal gains there. Another crap from France - £4 million TOTAL EXPENDITURE - £12 MILLION SURPLUS OF - £16.5 MILLION. The board is happy and as for the fans, they must have all renewed their season tickets at higher rates only to be served same old dish on the pitch. Let the new season begin... |

big_sean: Using black and whites or slaves has nothing to do with Gay Marriage. Its amazing how the Gay Lobbysts always quote irelevant things to support their claims. They try to use such things to buy support. President Obama, MARRIAGE IS BETWEEN A MAN AND A WOMAN. Its an institution ordained by God. Some will say i don't beleive in God, well that does not change it or makes God lesser than he is. Please go and read why God destroyed Sodom, use other versions of scripture and not only King James version, it will enlighten you more on some important key issues. A nation may not necessarily be destroyed by fire etc in one day; but its destruction can be gradual and continous. |

Sodom and Gomorah was given to us as an example so we don't repeat same mistake, unfortunately people see it as mere fiction, another time They also laughed at Noah until the floods came... The wise ones will only warn against such and will not take part, in a very short while the consequences of such decisions will be clear for all to see. |

Delafruita: av noticed that when gay topics arise, some hypocritical buffoons start quoting and misquoting.i agree the Bible condemns it but doesnt the bible condemn adultery, polygamy and many other things that are prevalent in our society?why will i deny another person his own sin(no matter how ludicrous) when i also commit mine? Two wrongs can't make a right. Gay Marriage is not what we take likely and we don't encourage it. We also have an opinion and our opinion should be heard. |

When Civil Partenships was granted, they told us they will not in anyway tamper with Marriage as we all know it to be, now they want to go a step further and endorse it. Anyway i hope the Senate chucks it out when it comes to them. |

Why all the negative comments, the club has chosen to play in Nigeria as they have acknoledged that Nigeria has a large proportion of their world fan base. Abuja is the capital and amenities are there. They feel safe there. Support the team or keep quiet! Its an opportunity to see team live as so many cant travel to the Emirates to watch a match. Yes Abuja may not be the best place in terms of hardcore fans, however its probably the best deal they got. Stop calling Boko Haram etc... The more you glorify them the more their works seem magnified. Every security arrangement will be put in place. You guys talk about international appeal, now an international team has said they are coming and yet some on this platform are in the fore front of saying don't come. I call u guys the real enemies of progress and not Boko haram. 2 Likes |

The ones calling for a division are the ones that will cause the greatest problems if their wish is granted as they will be more agitated when things are not working out as they thought it should. The same greed and corruption will still be rampant in a divided country. Is it not the present human beigns that will make up your so called new country? Wake up Nigeria and see that our present challenges are more than North south divide. Sudan is still fighting even after dividing. That shows that the problem is deeper than the physical eye can see. Everyone can play a part by being vigilant and taking measures to protect their lives and properties. The laxity in the Nigerian is terrible when it comes to observatory security. Nigerians need to be more vigilant and observant like never before. Finally be persistent in prayer for the security of the country. It sure works. 4 Likes |

Remember Arsenal has a track record of loosing to teams like Norwich. You don't have too look back too much to see their track record this season. Lost to QPR, Blackburn, Westbrom, Swansea etc. They might just continue their loosing streak to such teams. Thats why they are in the position they are right now instead of competing for top 2. This thread is likely to be busy after sunday's game. I hope it wont be because of the defeat but celebrating an Arsenal win but then again it wont surprise me if Norwich wins. |

9 points to go. I see them taking 3 points only from their remaining matches. In truth for Arsenal to get 4th position will be because the other teams just gave up. You can say the momentum is with Newcastle for third as they have closed the gap to just 3points with a game in hand. I don't see Arsenal winning at Stoke next week. That leaves them with Norwich and West brom. Typical Arsenal; pressure has come they are shakeing. |

Nice ineciative sir, i sincerly hope it will be fair and open to all Nigerians and not given to a privilaged few. That aside bring it on, |
