I've been a news watcher right from my childhood as against cartoon amongst my peers.

you don't need a PVC for the BVAS to accredit you. Once your name is on the voters register the BVAS will accredit you.

The girl was most likely poisoned and the school not deeming it fit to inform the parents of any emergency to their ward just goes to show how fùcked up the society has become due to man know man.
