Yorubakwe cannot debate Kanu because he has only three points

1) That Igbos have invested too much in Nigeria

2)That Igbos have settled in different places in Nigeria and put down roots

3) That a big united Nigeria is greater than a smaller Biafra.


Unfortunately for Yorubakwe, anyone can destroy these three points using the Scottish independence referendum of 2014

Of course. In Nigeria, Urhobos are rarely mentioned or even aknowledged in the scheme of things. As a minority battling with hundreds of other minorities to be heard, they have been drowned out.


So Biafra is the perfect excuse for some people to give Urhobos a voice in a Nigeria where they have no voice. Thats understandable.

Personally for me, when the Biafra referendum comes and Anioma votes massively to join their Igbo kith and kin, I will be happy. I wont lose any sleep about how Urhobos vote.

I usually laugh when I hear about Yorubas talking about self determination or Oduduwa Republic. Everybody knows that the Yoruba nation is not yet mature enough to be talking about Oduduwa Republic. Secession is for freedom fighters, not unity beggers or those who choose to be servants of the North so that they can get Nigerian presidency from time to time.

Occassionally, one might come accross a Yoruba who has a self determination such as FFK, but by and large, the Yoruba nation are just ONE NIGERIA apologists.
