Your problem is simple but very deadly and it's called "Acidosis". Your body has become too acidic and toxic killing your body cells and tissues as well as weakening your immune system. The good news is, the body has a self repair system.. all you need to do is reverse the acidic environment and alkalize your body. Many Nigerians suffer from this in varying degrees. Major causes are sitting too much, eating too much, always eating unhealthy food outside/fast food restaurant, poor sleep, stress, food allergies/sensitivities and many others.

It is necessary to go for medical tests that may reveal specific ailments for your doctors to treat. Furthermore, you need to understand that you are your Number 1 doctor as discussed in the few points below.


20 simple solutions

1) Make your own food. Run away from bread, milk and sugar.

2) Eat 3 square meal in moderate quantity (never be too full) and make sure it is always balanced diet. 50% vegetables, 25% protein and 25% carbohydrate. You can garnish with avocado or a teaspoon of cold pressed oil like.. flaxseed, cod fish or black seed oil.

3) Exercise everyday. Just 1 hour walk daily is good enough. Don't push yourself hard. Start with what you can and increase the number of steps you take in a day to average of 10,000 steps (You can buy an activity tracker)

4) Run away from processed food.. they kill slow and steady (indomie, milk, biscuits, gala, cheese, spag, butter, bread, sugar, meat pie, cake etc)

5) Eat your last meal for the day by 6 pm to enable it digest well.. and make sure you eat only little food.

6) Sleep well. Go to bed by 9:30 pm daily and turn off all the lights.

7) Fast: Fasting is an amazing medicine. It helps your body regenerate itself. So start with a 3 day fast then fast like once a week afterwards.

Eat organic food gotten from the soil and stay away from items with barcodes on shop shelves (some good food are: potatoes, ofada rice, yam, corn, beans, carrot, garden egg, cabbage etc)

9) Chew your food very well and let it mix with your saliva before you swallow it.

10) Cook with only coconut oil or palm kernel oil (1 table spoon of oil is okay for a day's pot of soup)

11) Don't eat cold or left over food.

12) Avoid the usual table salt and cook with little sea salt.

13) Avoid alcohol.

14) Run away from maggi and use organic food seasoning like rosemary, ginger etc.

15) Don't eat fried and microwaved food.

16) Eat more of scaled fish like croaker and chicken breast without the skin.. than meat. Avoid ponmo, cow leg, goat head, fish head etc.

17) Be careful with fruits because fructose is sugar. Take low quantity and try to steam before eating. Make Vegetables your friend.

18) Drink clean alkaline water.. like 3 to 4 litres daily or as much as you think you need depending on your Body Mass Index (BMI) and physical activities.

19) Embrace personal hygiene.

20) Avoid depression. Have a positive minded person that would always encourage you (I don't mind to be that person you can always talk to through my signature).

Note: We have to be deliberate with life as we are our own best doctor.

The first time I became aware of me falling sick was in 2007. I was 26 at the time. Since then it has been a myriad of medical troubles.

It has been cycles of malaria, bacterial infections, disc problems and headache. Every night, I take drugs before I could be able to sleep. I always have antimalarials, antibiotics, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants handy. If malaria symptoms occur, I would take antimalarials and there would be improvement within minutes. And would then complete the dosage in 3 days. By fourth day, symptoms of bacteria infection would occur; I would take ciprofloxacin and get relieved within minutes. Once I complete the dosage, headache would strike, and once aspirin is taken, I get well. But I would keep repeating aspirin every night until gastric ulceration sets in. I would then buy omeprasole and cimetidine to treat ulcer. While ulcer treatment is ongoing, malaria would strike again, and I would take antimalarials. If antimalarials don't work, I would know that the symptoms are bacterial and take antibiotic. If there is no relief, I would combine antimalarials and antibiotic and there would be a relief. It has been like this since 2007. I don't go to hospital again because I have grown to know these symptoms and what doctors would prescribe.

For the past 2 weeks, I have been battling 'herniated disc' problem in my lower back. It started the day I bent down suddenly and I heard a snapping sound at my back bone. I started using norflex, calcium supplement and diclofenac. I feel mild relief because I can't stop my daily hustle to rest while the disc heals. If I dont work in a day, I won't eat or pay bills.

Note that I undergo HIV test almost weekly.

No one brags about their fuel gauge never dropping below the full tank.. but many brag how far their cars can go on an empty tank of fuel. This may be good as it can save us in times of trouble, however, the resulting problems far outweighs its benefits.

The warning light comes on and you still want to hustle your car like that from Sagamu to Lagos! Don’t do that to your car because your car will do you back in 10 folds with zero pity.

6 Reasons You Should Not Drive Your Car On Empty Tank


1) Fuel pump damage

The fuel pump sends fuel from the tank to the engine and it relies on petrol or diesel to keep it cool and lubricated. In the absence of fuel, air takes its place.. suffocating the pump.. leading to premature wear and potential fail. If you think the fuel pump will always get supply no matter how little the fuel in your tank is, think again.. because driving on rough roads, uphill and downhill can actually make your car tilt and the fuel pump choke to death.


2) Clogged fuel filter

Since sediments and dirts settle at the bottom of fuel tanks, low fuel may provoke those sediments making them to block the filter especially in older cars that use metal fuel tanks which may even corrode. Once the fuel filter is blocked, sufficient fuel will no longer get to the engine, and your car will quench. As the flow of fuel stagnates, cooling of the fuel pump is another issue that may arise.


3) It can leave you stranded anytime

If the car suddenly stops running, you could be stranded in the middle of nowhere or in the middle of agberos. Being stranded with your car at Oshodi Oke or 9th Mile or Kafanchan is definitely something you don’t want. It is embarrassing, time wasting, expensive and dangerous as you could be attacked.


4) Refueling frequently wastes your time

Some drivers actually enter the filling station 3 or more times in a day to buy fuel. Putting N700 fuel at dawn, then N600 at noon, adding another N500 at dusk. Not a good idea if you calculate the amount of time spent on the queue and refueling.. It’s a waste of productive time.


5) More expensive

Imagine your car runs out of fuel 5 minutes after you sped past a filling station with no money in your pocket. Now you have to get a bike to take you to the closest ATM, get some money, rent or buy a keg, another bike to the filling station to get 5 litres of fuel for your car. Hmmm! Check out the time and money wasted.


6) Wrong fuel gauge calibration

Your car’s fuel gauge calibration may be off-key.. telling you what is not.. telling you there is a little more fuel than you actually have. It’s when the car goes off that you’ll know the truth.


Ignoring your car’s low fuel warning is generally a bad idea, and running your car on empty can cause serious and costly problems to you and your car. The new model 2018 Toyota Camry we all know was originally set to be launched between now and September, but it seems Toyota couldn’t wait to show it off a bit.

The new Toyota Camry features a more elegant and stiffer structure, providing a much better basis for its suspension , while the wheelbase is now 1.9 inches longer, allowing more interior space.

It gets a 2.5-litre ‘Dynamic Force’ four-cylinder direct injection with 206hp and 186lb-ft of torque. If you need more performance for some highway escapades, you can opt for the 3.5-litre V6 engine… which produces 301hp and 267lb-ft of torque. Both engines are connected to a new eight-speed automatic transmission.

Some of the features are color Head-Up Display (HUD), in-dash multi-information display, remote start, vehicle finder, vehicle status notifications, WiFi hotspot. Safety features are 10 standard airbags, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Braking.

It will be available in four grades: LE, XLE, SE and XSE. The SE and XSE would get some sport body kits different from the entry level LE and premium XLE.

The price of the base model starts at $23,495, V6 at $34,400 and hybrid at $27,800.

McLaren Special Operations (MSO), an automobile customization company, laid their their hands on a McLaren 675LT Spider, and the result is truly amazing.

The mid-engine of the super car has been painted in a shade derived from the Mercedes-Benz palette called Flintgrau Metallic.

The car then has satin carbon fiber on the side skirts, hood, rear bumper, diffuser and front splitter. Other customized touches include bronze wheels, McLaren Orange brake calipers and a 24 carat gold heat shield around the exhaust.

For customer that would like to go further, interior options include amazing black alcantara and leather, McLaren Orange seat-belts and satin blue carbon fiber paddle shifters.

Although, all options are worth N33.3m ($90,000) in total, it still isn’t the most expensive of the 675LTs in the world. It is up for sale for N180.4m ($487,572).

Make sure you have a look at the Alcantara interior before you decide if you love the car or not.

Aston Martin first relieved an electric concept about two years ago .They would officially be going into production soon,and its going to be an all-electric.

The production model would be based on the Aston Martin Rapide AMR.Sadly for the sports car and electric vehicle enthusiasts only 155 units would be produced.

Williams Advanced Engineering would be working with Aston Martin to bring this awesome piece of machinery to life.

Its going to hit the streets in 2019 ,sadly not much information has been given about the specifications .

But, we are sure of the following according to Aston Martin CEO,Andy Palmer:

1.A four door super,all electric car

2.Its going to be based on Rapide AMR with some modifications including an all-electric power train to replace its 6.0-liter V12 engine .

Two commercial vehicles involved in a head-on collision at Imota Road, Ikorodu, Lagos.

There were multiple casualties.. but they were all rescued.

However, Lagos State Response Unit (LRU) was quick to the rescue.

Its sad that children die in hot cars .Most of these tragedy are a result of carelessness but they could have been prevented ,but some are just accidental.

Bishop Curry is ten years old.

His neighbours’ six month old baby died in a hot car.This made him really sad and he came up with an idea to put a stop to this reoccuring sad events.

He created a device called “Oasis” to solve this problem.The device can monitor the internal temperature of a car and emmit cold air when it gets too hot.It also has an antenna to alert parents when the car gets too hot.

Hopefully this would help prevent hot car deaths. But its still better to take precautions and never leave your child in the vehicle for any reason.

He has a GoFund Me account put up to help raise money for manufacturing. He has raised over $24,000.

Tesla Motors, the popular American manufacturing company of electric cars is looking to set up a factory in Shanghai, China.

The automakers have found out that it would cut a lot of costs such as the 25% import tax currently applied on its existing Model S and Model X and would definitely help with the upcoming Model 3.

Tesla Motors’ sales revenue in China tripled last year to more than N370 billion ($1 billion) owing to the fact that China is already the world’s largest market for electric vehicles since 2015, and the government is pushing ahead with an ambitious plan that will increase sales of PHEVs (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) and Electric Vehicles in 10-fold over the next decade.

Negotiations is ongoing as the facility would be located in Lingang development zone of Shanghai. Under China’s existing rules, that Tesla would have to set up a partnership with at least one local car maker in order to build a factory there.

Sources say that the outcome of the agreement should be announced this week.

Technology is changing our perception of the world everyday.Cars are becoming moving technological marvels and the features and specifications just keeps getting better .

Some cars are already in the future but others are still trying to catch up.But soon enough all what we think are futuristic would soon become standard in all cars

1.USB Ports
I know you can already get this by buying some extra plugin gadget .I am talking about inbuilt USB ports and not just close to the driver but USB ports accessible to every occupant of the vehicle .

Most likely this would be built into the doors or maybe headrests.

2. Forward Collision Warning System
Already available in some cars ,this system includes a sensor and a system that warns you of an impending collision with an object in front of you that is stationary or slowing down .It sounds an audible alarm to warn you.

3.Blind Spot Warning
One major cause of trailers unexpectedly crushing smaller cars is blind spots .

This system would alert the driver of the vehicle if there is any vehicle in their blind spot .

4.Back-up Cameras
As the name suggests there would be a camera installed at the back of the car with a video feed on your dashboard.This would give you a clearer view of what is going on at the back.

Although, already present in some cars , this could become a standard feature soon.

5. Rear Automatic Emergency Braking
This would complement the rear camera system or might even replace it .Imagine reversing and there is an object too small to be seen ,for example a little child, the emergency brakes would be activated automatically.

Automobile safety would always be a major topic to discuss no matter how advanced we are in technology.

Apart from old people and children ,pregnant women are very fragile.Most pregnant women might have their spouse driving them or they result to public transport .

What if there is an emergency or you have no option and you just have to drive while pregnant ?.

Here are some tips to help keep you safe.

1.Avoid Driving
Yeah , I know you don’t have a choice .Just avoid it as much as you can especially when you are very close to delivery .

2.Avoid Major Roads
Just take the internal roads ,you don’t want to get into a situation where you have to get into a tussle with Danfo drivers.

Its also safer to take internal roads ,because there is a reduced chance of you getting into an accident .

3.Make Sure The Air Bags Are Working
Always make sure the air bags are working and do routine checks .

Always make sure its fully functional and not deactivated.

4.Use A Three-Point Safety Belt Properly
Gynecologists recommend that pregnant women use a three-point safety belt .

When making use of a three-point seat belt always place the lap belt portion below the abdomen and on your upper thigh as low as possible on the hips.Never place it over your belly or across your waist.Also position the shoulder belt along the sternum(just below your collar bone).

5.Minimize Driving In Harsh Weather
Try as much as possible not to drive in unclear weather ,such as rainy or foggy weather.

6.Avoid Leaning Forward
Leaning forward when driving would increase the risk of injuries to you or your baby in the event of a crash.

Always rest your back on the chair and make sure the seatbelt isn’t slack .

7.Keep A Safe Distance From The Steering Wheel
Always tilt your chair away from the steering wheel and maintain a safe distance of at least 10 Inches(25cm) from the steering wheel.Also ensure the steering wheel is tilted towards your sternum and not your abdomen .

8.Be Prepared Always
Always have every thing you might need in your car in case of an emergency.

Make sure your phone is fully charged and loaded up in case you have to make a call,toiletries and clean cloths might also come in handy when you least expect it.

9. Don’t Take Anything For Granted
If you are in a crash even a minor one, make sure you check with your doctor to make sure everything is ok.

10. Share Your Location At All Times
Make sure someone knows your location at all times, especially a family or loved one.

Although, many automakers have recalled over 40 million vehicles due to the deflective airbags that were manufactured by Takata Corp, the company revealed that the recall wasn’t related to Takata.

Other checks were made and it was found out the deployment of the airbags could have been caused by the short-circuiting of the wires in the driver’s side, that has, so far, caused 13 minor injuries.

The almost 300,000 recall affected the 2011 – 2012 models of the vehicle

Toyota has proved its drifting abilities many times before, like in 2014, German Haral Muller set the world record in Turkey by drifting sideways continuously for 89.55 miles (144.126km). This was a very significant record for Toyota.

But, the record has recently been smashed by a South African journalist, Jesse Adams, who drifted for an astounding 104 miles (168.502km) with an average speed of 18.02mph (29km/h) in the re-designed Toyota 86, He was also said to have spun over 1000 times for almost six hours!

Apparently, the Toyota 86 had been given a lighter, more beautiful structure and design, but with no mechanical difference to the initial model.

Toyota said that the rules for the record was that the wheels were not allowed to stop spinning at any time during the run and a change of direction was permitted, as long as the wheels stayed in motion.

The results were obtained by the extra fuel tank added to where the spare wheel was meant to be, but that didnt mean cheating as the results were officially verified by two independent GPS-based data recorders that were implanted in the car. The 6 hour drifting record has been sent to Guinness World Records for official verification.
