djmakson: You can reach them using the Contact us or help tab (Can't recall which one it is). There you'll find where you can leave you reference number and your message. Spam them as SirRiddy had suggested. It works. Goodluck to you. Please does any one have the email address of WES.... I want to send them some messages very important! |

sirRiddy: Awe2015 you should check your status online. WES usually put the notifications on your account. You can send them emails on their site asking them about your application. For faster responses, spam them with enough Goodluck. Lol.. thanks! But i don't have their email |

abg89: Been a silent follower on this thread. However, I got my visa denied this morning by the lady in Window 2. (Lagos)
Me: Gud morning.
VO: Gud morning.
VO. Pass me your document.
Me: I passed the document to her with a smile. She started typing for almost 20seconds.
VO: who is sponsoring you.
Me: My brother.
VO: what does he do?
Me: He is a banker.
VO: which of the banks?
Me: I told her ***** bank. She started typing for another 20 seconds.
VO: How did you find out about the school?
Me: I Google searched it and later went to usnews.com and Princeton review for more information about the school. She typed for 10 seconds and then handed over a blue paper.
VO: Sorry, we are unable to grant you visa due to blah blah blah blah.
I observed that the lady in Window 2 has denied 5 visa applications in succession before me. Maybe today is not my lucky day. Don't always be a silent follower, ask questions! Had it been that you asked questions or someone reviewed your mock interview transcript, you could have stood a chance today. Biko, if you wish to follow the instructions from this thread silently and you get denied better follow the thread silently and get your corrections. Period |
Romance › Re: Should She Tell Her Fiance About Her Sex Video by awe2015(f): 9:32am On Oct 12, 2015 |
jayfolarin: Hi nairalanders. I have been around for a while but this should be my first topic/post in the romance section. This incidence is a long epistle but i'll try and summarise.... I need urgent and reasonable advice here pls..
Just about an hour ago, a girlfriend of mine (a buddy that is a girl) came to me with tears and lamented with the hope that I can offer a 'do not worry yourself, it's a small thing' advice like I usually do.
It was about a boy she dated in d university who bumped into her again about 2weeks ago. As they didn't end things on a sour note back then, she was glad to have met him again and could not even wait to announce to him that she was now engaged with wedding plans underway.
According to her, the boy acted all good and even offered to pay for d stuffs she got at domino's. They exchanged numbers again with d promises of keeping in touch and expectation that d boy will be attending her wedding later in September.
To her utmost surprise and dismay though, the boy has been calling since last week and telling her all sort of things like he has been out of naija since after nysc, has a wife and 2 kids in d US, he still likes her, wants them to get intimate again while he's still in the country, bla bla bla...she wasn't interested in anything more than being friends, she said.
The heartbreaking part here is where the guy has now threatened to post a sex video they made together back in school on the Internet coz my homegirl said NO. The attempt at the cheap blackmail just to getdown with her disgusts me to the bone but i'm still at a crossroad on what to do to this guy.
The question now is she thinks the guy is serious, she acknowledged that they recorded intimate sessions on more than 2 occasions back in the uni, she loves her husband-to-be and could get suicidal if he leaves her (her words), SHOULD SHE TELL HIM ABOUT THE VIDEOS?? Blackmail: LAME Blackmail story line: LAME Blackmailer: LAME Blackmailed: ABOUT TO BE LAMED Solution: Blackmailed should tell the Blackmailer that He is LAME 1st Result: The Blackmailer will begin thinking why the Blackmailed said such...(Maybe she get cover ups...) Last Result: To your tent oh Israel! Finally: Case Solved... NB: It takes a sage to understand... |

Every mother's dream is to take care of her children...in this case i think it should take the normal protocol: The man should provide, while the wife sacrifices for the betterment of the family and the children most especially for where there is love, SACRIFICE is easy... Let them take the natural law into consideration and leave this money ish...period! NB: We know were it landed us when a woman was given that responsibility to take care of things in the Garden of Eden... Neither God nor Man rested |

wiseman2392: . Thanks my man. Although, Walspring has made some clarifications to me but still; the school is ETSU and my fear is about the embassy. I was thinking initially the VO might want to ask why program english proficiency is required; meanwhile I didn't do TOEFL. That has prompted me to ask the question if there is need for me to do TOEFL. Thanks Just tell them that it was waived! |

wiseman2392: Good day everybody in the house. I use this opportunity to salute and appreciate the gurus in the house, more grease to your elbow. I would like the gurus in the house to help me out on these questions from the I-20 I got from my choice school. It was written in the I-20 that; PROGRAM ENGLISH PROFICIENCY- Required. ENGLISH PROFICIENCY NOTES- Student is proficient. I don't really understand these information in my I-20, so I need the gurus in the house to put me through. I would welcome the advise, suggestions and answers to this question. Hope to get back from you soonest.. Thanks. which school be that? It does not matter, as long as you have been issued an i-20, it means you have been accepted into the program. I got same i-20 ish, and was also granted visa. It is nothing bro...go and book your visa. |

Walspring: I ain't grab your post Sad news, my friend was denied visa. He is also going for his Masters in Theology, but when he reached, the VO asked him which seminary; whether catholic or anglican. He responded Catholic and he was asked to present a letter from His bishop...(although he was going there to study without the seminary or bishop's appointment), hence he is going on his own and his uncle as the sponsor. My other colleague and I went to the same consulate in Abuja and we all got our visas without this particular question. This was the only question he was asked and he was denied visa. We want to re-fire before the end of this month or early next month...what are his chances please... |
