I too am worried about the way things are going. America don't have the right whatsover to interefere in our internal affairs. They must be laughing their ass out when Atiku was making his requests. And as for Obj, why did he send Kayode to the US last time? To explain why our government take certain decison? Men, we have to stop this America worship. They themselves are not out of the woods. Simple Iraq, they can not win in a war. And you want them to come over here to solve our problems? I like Mugabe as much as I hate him. If he was tackling the problems of his people, I would have called him a hero. If he wasn't dictatorial, he would have been a saint. Take away his military tendencies and I will adore him. We need a president and a vice who will respect our sovereignty. Not hero worshippers. -the likes of Obj and Atiku |
The guy in question is no less a nigerian than you and me. He is qualified just like every other nigerian to run for senate. I don't know the big deal about that all the same. |
That is the function of the media. What do you want them to do? Praise Obasanjo? No! The media is always inclined to the opposition. By so doing, the ruling party will realise they have to stand up and work/walk |
war in the delta http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/6269351.stm The spate of insecurity in the niger delta calls for a declaration of a state of emergency in the region. There is no doubt some guys are out to destabilize 9jiria. Who won't support a military action in times like this? |

A jumbo jet is coming in to land when the pilot says on the intercom:" This is captain speaking. We're on our final descent. I want to thank you for flying with us today and I hope you enjoyed your stay". But he forgets to switch off the intercom. Now the whole plane can hear his conversation from the cockpit. The co-pilot says to the captain, "Well skipper, what are you going to do in town tonight?" "Well," he replies, "First I'm going to check into the hotel and have a beer in the bar. Then I'm going take that new stewardess out for dinner- you know, the one with the great legs- and take her back to my room for an all-night session." The new stewardess is so embarrassed that she runs from the back of the plane to try and get to the cockpit before he says any more. Halfway down the aisle, she trips over an old lady's bag and falls over. The old lady leans over and says, "No need to run, dear. He's going to have a beer first." |
some are scared of coming back home because their visa are expired: they over-stayed and are afraid of immigration, but not nigerian immigration. once they fly out, they can't fly in |
from answers.com ANNUL 1. To make or declare void or invalid, as a marriage or a law; nullify.CANCEL 1. To cross out with lines or other markings. See synonyms at erase.I listened to the interview granted IBB and he was talking bull****. When did he become a grammarian to tell us when to use annul and when not to? He should sit down and die. He said that "to annul" means that "there was never an election". But "to cancel" means "there was an election but it was cancelled". He better tell that to the kindergarten |
By hanging him, he doesn't live to suffer his act. Life sentence remains the best option as I believe in the sanctity of life. |
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/6252463.stm The guy has been sentenced to death. No dead sentences please. I prefer life in jail. |
Is this the so-called Adedibu? He said, "if you are hungry and you want to heat" He makes me laugh. A mediator between God and man indeed!!! Chei chineke, this man is saying that Ladoja does not "to allow others share in his booty" He is saying that he single-handedly selected 12 out of 15 commissioners in Oyo State. shame that this man is regarded as a 'king maker'. |
We all the know the population of lagos was under-estimated. Obj can't say he doesn't know that. Make them add 5 million to lagos sha. I reject the result too. |
Interesting. Kayode won't be happy in his new ministry. He will miss aviation where he had the opportunity of shouting at ambassadors and threatning foreign airlines to submission. |
There might be a glowing splint at the end of the tunnel. Let's pray it works this time around. Below is an article culled from thisday Obasanjo to Commission a Power Plant Per Month |
funny the way people denigrate others. why call Yar' Adua slowpoke and similar names? Is the guy not a nigerian? Is he not qualified to run? When did good health become a criteria to qualify for election in nigeria? I don't know much about the guy. What we should do is try to dig up more facts about his person. If we don't like him, the best we can do is vote against him instead of attacking his person and health. God is the giver of good health. Who amongst us can beat his chest today and say he is too healthy? God comprehends our anatomy more than we do. |
I was amazed when Blair said yesterday that saddam's "crime does not excuse his execution and his execution does not excuse his crime". Wao, they all forgot human right and waited until after his execution to tell us how terrible it was. Saddam was a living devil we all accept, but the manner he was executed remains completely unacceptable. |
It is a known fact that elections, census, etc are rigged in Nigeria. What surprises me is how the result was inflated in the Kano without a corresponding trend in Lagos. Hmmmm, it's time we learnt our lessons. Voters registration is being updated at present. I hope Southerner are registering now. Let nobody complain when we start getting outrageous figures from the north. The census was designed to fail any way. Thank God tribe and religion were excluded. We would have been told that the north is 100 million and the south 40 million. Who are we to reject the result? Our governors have accepted it put. We can't explain it by saying that Kano is populated by 6 million traders from the south; the bulk of them coming from Onitsha |
Big B1: Is IBB still not in the grave? |
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7532034279766935521 The execution of Saddam by Iraqi and American government is deplorable. The footage above depicts the most horrible to take life. Granted that Saddam was evil, but his execution was more evil. What happened to the champaign against capital punishment? |
Is there constant power in Rivers State now? Any improvement since the commissioning of the independent power state at Omoku? Is it still another lie in the catalog of lies? Anyone lives in Rivers? |
That's what they would always tell us before they assume office. Is he going to tackle confirmed thieves like IBB and Aneni by June this year? (who cares to wait till May 29 to call him the president?) Let them not tell us the old story. We want result and not all the 'talk-talk'. Let's all hope that Yar' Adua will be man enough to face this big problem called NIGERIA. |
Ezenwenyi:The structure is not yet on ground to achieve this. It will require a magician to make this happen. |
is it another prophesy like the death of death of yar' adua? |
