Politics › Re: Unending Reconstruction, Unending Agony On Lagos-Badagry Expressway by ba7man(m): 12:42pm On Apr 24, 2013
taharqa: On this topic, I would have to commend Fashola for the work been done on that road COS the road is even supposed to be a Federal Govt road, right? The FG is supposed to be the ones doing the road, not LASG. Lets just hope that the work progresses much faster though, BUT I lve the idea behind the kind of road been constructed there now which intends to open up that entire Bagadry Axis.

My Only concern is that after the Construction, Fashola should not put up the kind of EXTRENMELY EXPLOITATIVE Toll gate System as he is currently doing along the Lekki Road, which is a Terrible SHAME really. This is esp the case as most of the Funding of the present construction is from the Loan from the World Bank, Guaranteed by the FG. LASG should not think of making any undue PROFITS from this venture as it did in Lekki.
I know you're a PDP advocate but i like your neutral stand on this topic. Your post?? 100% correct.

That $200billion figure looks suspicious. Can't be true. I hope we get to do more of exporting than importing soon in this country.
Politics › Re: 10 Most Developed States In Nigeria: What Do You Think? by ba7man(m): 6:18pm On Apr 22, 2013
Even though Lagos aint up to scratch compared to a lot of cities around the world and some in Africa, in Nigeria it comes second, right after Abuja. Others can be classified as cities only by population.

Yeah, "Story" but its a "True Story". Mention one Nigerian city currently as developed as Colonial Lagos apart from Abuja or walk-on.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Is Lagos The Preferred City For Job Seekers? by ba7man(m): 2:16pm On Apr 22, 2013
because that was the Bargain between the SW and the Northerners, make Lagos the capital, develop it and you can Rule us for ever.... The reason Calaber the first capital and PHC was abandoned..... Its was Yoruba - Hausa arrangement.
Colonial Lagos was far more developed than any city currently in Nigeria with the exception of Abuja.
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Why Is Lagos The Preferred City For Job Seekers? by ba7man(m): 1:39pm On Apr 22, 2013
DaLover: The development of Lagos started with palm oil money from 9ja delta, and continued with crude oil money...dont start another type of story here
Palm oil money used to develop Lagos?? This is the first time I'm hearing that. Its a really funny joke. I guess you haven't seen the thread of what Lagos was like before oil was discovered in Nigeria. It has to be the warm attitude of its inhabitants which encourages visitors and investors.

Politics › Re: Corruption Is Massive Under Jonathan – US by ba7man(m): 7:53pm On Apr 21, 2013
Oil bunkerers have never had it so good since the inception of Nigeria. This is the best period to be an Oil bunkerer. It also helps if you're a top politician close to the presidency. I don't know if that can be labelled as "corruption" too though. I know a few and they walk in the corridors of power+ they talk a lot so they've revealed information not for the average ear. People will get depressed if i talk.

@ Allfornaija. Why are you bothering explaining all that to him?? If he came and dropped 2 or 3 posts, argued a bit and left, it would be ok......but he kept posting and posting and isulting and hating till it started bordering on an obsession laced with insanity. Its not what he's doing but how he's doing it.....
Politics › Re: Will Eko Atlantic City Be The Most Beautiful City In Africa After Completion? by ba7man(m): 10:20am On Apr 19, 2013
To the S.A guy with the long weird name. We are currently trying to rebuild our Nation, Nigeria after decades of misrule so we tend to celebrate every brick laid. True, the world knows S.A is a highly developed country but i still remember vividly the periods your parents spent under Apatheid so i witnessed your history too. Now you come out and talk as if you had a hand in the development of S.A, menwhile it was in my presence that they let out the Black population from the fenced comunities they were confined in. Thank your stars and Mandela for giving you access to the Modern day S.A and stop condeming those trying to build theirs from scratch. We all know that country would be different if it wasn't for the White population.

It either @ AwodwaGyanOniwe is a feminine guy or he's bitter at Nigerians. Look at the way he runs up and down posting to prove any news on progress in Nigeria wrong. You appear to be loosing a grip of yourself. Its not what you're doing but how you're doing it....it betrays what's going on inside you, its almost like he's panicking. You're not a confident person. #Fact# You can argue and keep on posting but i know you're not happy inside.

Anyone that's into trade should remember that "your Customers make you", "you don't make your customers". If they don't patronize you, your goods will simply sit in shops and gather dust.

Godogwu: LOOL .... Too many people in denial these days.... Why so much hate against naij though ?
If he applied the same effort he used to dig up data and post all his write-ups to making his life better, he would end up being a very rich guy. He exposed his fear and loathing with how he became so passionate in proving the whole thing wrong. I'm sure he's a Black South African. A jobless one with little or no game that gets mad when he sees a Nigerian chatting up their girls....I know his kind.....A dead guy.
