She left her phone to be with her sister at the hospital that was how I discovered a number calling her line saved with aunty grace, on picking the call I discovered it was a male voice, then he was asking after my wive's sister's health because my wife called him to tell him that her sister was rushed to the hospital this morning, and what really struck me most was that my wife deleted all conversations btw them before leaving the house for the clinic, if not that the said man was calling to find out how her sister was fairing I wouldn't know who aunty grace is.

Now I am alone and so angry, I planned giving my wife a hot slap when she returns.

Please advise me...

Talk to her like a man and give her the chance to explain. Maybe there might be a reasonable explanation and you can then take it from there. But whatever you do, do not lay a hand on her.

The test results are out. It says I have staph aureus but I have googled staph symptoms are they are not what I'm having.

The drug I was adviced to take however is a rocephin, 7 day injection

My guy that test result is nonsense. Many labs out there don't have the appropriate tools to test for STIs. Gonorrhea for example requires a specialiazed medium to culture which some of these labs don't have, so they will be giving results of staph aureus which is most likely a contaminant.

Good morning everyone. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed I was having a little hotness sensation when I urinate and my urine was yellowish.....I just didn't think it was anything so I ignored it. Fast forward to this week. The hotness is not severe, I am even scared of having a drink because urinating is also a nightmare. Also I am now having a yellowish discharge from my penis.

I have gone for a lab test yesterday where they collected a urine and swap samples and told me to come back for the results tomorrow. The thing is, I am now scared. I cannot wait till tomorrow cos I fel this is getting severe and I have been avoiding water or anything that will give me the urge to urinate. I need to commence treatment immediately.
