If you had read the story instead of just reading the headline and looking at the photo, you would have noticed that this happened during a shoot out. Meaning it was kill or be killed for the soldiers involved.

Yes he cannot be arrested and tried again for the money laundry case that was concluded in London. The matter on ground now is different. Ribadu alleges Ibori offered him 15 million dollars bribe. No court has heard that case yet. Ibori can be tried for that in Nigeria.

He has never been tried for this Ribadu bribery case yet, so there is nothing unconstitutional about arresting him if and when he lands in naija. The cases for which he was tried and sentenced to prison in the UK are totally different matters.
