Type budget sheet on the search space above and limit it to travel section and it will give you some samples.
In some instances the Doctor's correspondence can also serve as Hospital correspondence,that is if it has the hospital breakdown,but if it doesn't ,that means you have to get a letter from the hospital also.

I lost my baby last year June two day before a booked c section because the baby was bridged, and Am pregnant again so I decided to have my baby in the us, and Have not been there before, so I applied for a B2, got a doctor and hospital already. They sent me latter. My question is if the doctor suppose to send the embassy a copy to the latter too.And what am suppose to go with when going for the interview, what question am I to expect. Even though I planned saying the truth.

Now to the answer to your question,no the doctor is not suppose to send a copy of the letter to the embassy,you are suppose to go with the letter when going for your interview

I guess the question of "How much Per month?" Is for the person that said she has a furnished apartment for rent in Maryland .

Her interview is in two weeks...Am not so sure my mum will be able to defend herself. Can I follow her to support it or let her go alone.

She is a teacher and the vo will obviously expect her to be able to defend herself alone.

I'm sure your mum will do just fine by herself and moreover you will not be allowed to enter with your mum,just give her all the necessary documents that she'll need.

As you were rightly advised,you should chat him up and let him know your expectations and see if it meets your need. Him being a Nigeria might not mean much in this context

I need your advise, last week i went for my visa interview, planning to go on vacation with DH… I was denied, without further info, tho i stated that I’m pregnant and in the future i will like to use the same visa for child birthing if only the VO cared to listen. Here was our conversation.

All in between he was typing and well i told him i am also pregnant and hoping to use the visa for childbirth when due.

Well now the point is DH wants me to go for another interview in coming weeks so we can still go for the vacation and also be more prepared as my answers where flat but after reading this thread i think its better we forget the vacation and wait for when my bump is out then i prepare for child birthing interview with all necessary details as i have gathered from here. I don’t think i want to risk going through that disappointment never again.

Please what you guys think?

I agree with you that you should just wait and prepare very well and then apply when you want to go for child birth.

You don't pay tax in the US or to the US govt,as a result, your child is not entitled to free medical care in the us.so,in other to avoid 'gobe' hold your money jeje.
As for the creche,i have not heard of any form of free creche in the US o

Its not the generic reply i had in my correspondence with us embassy. Its a separate email telling them i have written to them and asking them to offer me necessary assistance. I wouldnt have known its different if not that He read it out to his colleague.

Wow! I never hear this one before o. These embassy folks are not playing again o,they have stepped up their game.

Officer said he just wanted to tell me I had done well by notifying the embassy in Naija and then he calls two of his colleagues to read the email the embassy sent them about me, then he starts to gist me about two other women who lied about pregnancies and how they were denied entry. I make all the right, "ehn ehn", "oh my" sounds and he says i should keep it up, honesty and all and ensure my hospital gives me a clear bill before i leave. He Asked how much i had but did not ask to see any proof even when i told him i don't have cash only card (must be my angelic face).
4. NO agric visit, the end!!!

Did you say the embassy sent them a mail about you or are you referring to the generic reply to the "notification of intent or change of intent"email you got .from the embassy?

Am actually new here and seriously need some advice concerning my intended trip to the US. I travelled in 2013 for a conference with a 2years b1/b2 business/conference visa. Afterwards,i renewed it in 2015 through drop-box and they gave me another 2years but i did not travel due to the workload in my company at that time. My visa expired in this month of march 2017 and i decided to renew it to enable me attend this year's conference of which i have been issued another 2years visa. The issue now is that i am pregnant and am suppose to give birth after the conference. so i am planning for the conference and delivery after the conference. but at the same time am afraid hearing all manner of things that happens at the US point of entry. I dont want to camouflage or hide my pregnancy and because i renewed through dropbox i did not have the priviledge to indicate am pregnant and want to deliver after conference, though I have my medical arrangements made already. payments done, appointment with my genea is 4weeks before the conference. my doctor and i have been having correspondence. My question is,
1). Having issued a business/conference visa, and am traveling 4weeks before the conference to start my routine until the conference, what is the possibility of me gaining entry?
2). Pls what do i do to increase my chances? Please helppp!

Nothing do you. You are good to go. Just be truthful and tell the POE officer what you came to do,i.e that you came to attend a conference and you hope to also deliver there.. Prepare adequately,take all evidence to show that you have a conference to attend , doctor & hospital correspondent,payment receipts and finally cash or debit/credit cards backed up with bank statement. With the above,you have more than an average chance of succeeding. I wish you the best.

I travelled to America via Houston to have my baby on the 25th Feb. My Edd was suppose to be 29th March. My water broke on the emirates flight 10hrs to arrival enroute Houston to Dubai.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby. Whao! you get heart o,you mean your water broke on air 10hrs to Houston and you and cousin were still able to insist to be moved from Memorial Herman to Oakbend,thank God for safe delivery.
I think you guys should still appeal if the discounted $2,800 can be structured into a payment plan and if not,just look for a means to settle it.

Did you inform them that you were traveling and that they should lift the restriction on your card? Access bank has reduced its monthly allocation to $100 a month

I had my first baby here. Second is yet to come. Billing is funny here. There r 2 main hospitals in Raleigh...wakemed and rex. Wakemed gave estimate of 14k for vaginal delivery so I didn't bother. Rex gives an estimate of 4 to 12k for vaginal. And about 8 to 26k for ceasarian. They will never agree to a package or particular price. Doctors fee here is 3k if you are paying upfront. Previously was 2200.

With my first delivery I ended up paying about 4800 for the vaginal delivery alone after self pay discount ......I thought I was done. Then I received bill.for epidural of 5k. Eventually they said since I was paying upfront I could pay about 3k or so can't remeber full details now. Then they sent some small small bills for some so called tests they had done in delivery. I would say if u want to come here then budget about 11 to 14k for the delivery and then pray that it's vaginal. In my detailed bill i saw i was charged for induction, misoprostol etc so i guess if your labor is straight forward then you might get a lower bill. If u have other options I would say go elsewhere. I really didn't have a choice as per family levels hence I am here.
