He has unknowingly insulted all African countries. He deserves to be "Balls Punched".

By the way, the Government of most African countries need a foundational reset. Nigeria wey suppose dey drag with China still dey get Electricity wahala wey tiny Chile don conquer since.

what you dont understand is that, when a player is been sold in football he doesnt actually get the money.the only this he gets is the weekly wages .so saying that 100m that ends up going to the parent club is too much and he ends up bringing african nations into it is an insult.

and from what i notice the british does not still get it that africa is a continent
From my point of view, I think the British guy is being reasonable, just that he wrote nonchalantly.

What he probably doesn't understand is that football is a business. Juventus is making 100mill. They employ a massive amount of people for work and I'm very sure that the owner of Juventus worked hard to own the club or luck is on his side...
THAT'S LIFE.

It's better someone donates money to certain African countries or a business mogul should start up something oriented @ eradicating poverty in the country rather than because you see money moving that doesn't concern you ask why it's not being used for something else.
That's only stupid.

Is 100m pounds not too much for just one player when a lot of countries are going hungry in this generation?

Are there not many poverty-stricken African nations this money could have helped? Congo, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Rwanda are living in abject poverty.

Is Pogba truly worth 100m fucking pounds?
Yes it is. The world is very crazy. Why would you pay that sum for a human when you can eradicate poverty by using the money to create jobs im Africa and yet some of them will be officials in World Cup, some will have cousins in the United Nations HQ.

Albeit, the whites are very intelligent people I swear. They'll find a way to tax almost half of that 100mill back into their accounts.

Nevertheless, Pogba shouldn't be worth 100m oo...he's just skillful and has accurate short passes. No speed, No tackling, no attacking prowess. His freekick ain't good either.

He's an over hype.

When a new club opens in town and everyone wants to be there I stay off it. Same reason I never bought this Toyota Camry called pencil light cus everyone was buying it. I went for an Audi a6 instead it made me stand out. Most especially I can't have my money for purchase and still stand that long queue.

Even just 100 solar powered plants will generate 7,500MW @ $14.5billion, and the remaining about 2,500MW from the Oil Plants can generate 10,000MW in total.

It's a start and by the way $29billion isn't much at all for Nigeria, if the electricity distribution companies can be organised by making citizens pay per electricity received. They'll recover the expenditure cost in no time.

Lol at the new perspective you use in viewing the situation however I believe it's wrong. The majority of males fear it would make them short, vertically disabled males already have no option so hardly ask such question.
There's no way we can know for sure until the OP explains further but I feel he abandoned the thread a long time ago.
Yeah I've been down that "WORKOUT WILL MAKE ME SHORTER" road before.
What I just need the O.P to do is get comfortable with his height like I did and see that it's very okay to be tall. Infact it's superb to be tall.

I understand why he's feeling uncomfortable, probably because his other friends are shorter and the girls look really distant when standing in front of them.

But if he has a good body weight and stature to compliment the height...he'll be able to create an illusion that he isn't all that tall. Plus, some extra how to look shorter tips and how to relate with short girls tip for tall guys.( I wrote an article on it which has helped alot of guys)

But, In no world will working out shrink the bones and make a person short.

@MrLuv
You don't need to get short or shorter to be comfortable or look good. All you need to do is work out and add weight. RIPPED TALL People look sexier than RIPPED SHORT guys. Trust Me.

Says who? What are you talking about?
That is it! There's no platform for Polytechnic students to showcase how intelligent they are.

All countries need different sectors to grow. Nigeria needs from Uni---Medical Practicioners, Doctors , Lawyers as well as it needs from Poly---- Engineers , Technicians , Mechanics etc.

When Universities offers courses with better equipment because of greater allocation, that Polytechnics should offer, then there is a great inbalance.

If you continue to support that University students are better than Polytechnic students...I'll say you act as a fool will. The colonial masters left the educational system that way because it favoured the economy then, it means it can be changed to favour the economy now.

It's probably the inbalance in importance between Poly and Uni that's causing most Nigeria's problems sef.

This is it.

I personally will take an HND Mechanical Engineer, Computer Scientist over their BSC counterpart.

However, Law, Medicine, accounting e.t.c is for University no doubt
Ofcourse.

The cause of the inbalance is clear. You don't see Polytechnics offer Law and Medicine then why should Universities offer Engineering and Technical courses.

Most people will think attending a University is their only way of getting education which is very wrong and what's with the allocationhuh Giving Universities higher allocation than Polytechnics. Bull.

Please, for the sake of fixing this goddamned country. Govt, scrap Techinical and Engineering courses from Universities and make them exclusively available to Polytechnics.

It'll kill 17 birds with one stone.

I wonder which polythecnic gave u admission in the first place with this ur catastrophic grammar....... Now I think we now have a clue of what we are talking about. To me even a PASS in the university is better than being a HND holder
LOL, I know that guy's written grammar and probably spoken too is formidable but you cannot generalize that all Polytechnic students are poor students.

Although, Universities have lesser amount of poor students than Polytechnics but there is always that Polytechnic student that is as good as the best University student.

Some people just get fucqed over in this Barbaric Nigerian Educational System.

I got 223 in Jamb i.e (when Jamb was Jamb o) but I flopped my post ume in UI. They delayed the exam and I fell sick. So, I had to go for the Polytechnic that gladly welcomed me.

Right now, I'm probably going to graduate with pass. Over 1,000 students in one class without microphone, sometimes they lose your exam script and that's the end, it's a permanent zero. So you can see it's not that some are not smart but the situation in Nigeria is just fucqed. It's freaking fucqed.

Fynestboi:
Most probably, contrary to your belief, this is no fight between HND and Degree, we are just here to check and balance. Having an HND and having a Third Class BSC Degree, which one is better concerning regards for each in the employment market.

First of all, Definition of Terms for some of us who might not be so sure of what HND and Third Class BSC are :

HND Holder is one who has completed a course program at a Polytechnic in Nigeria. The certificate awarded upon completion of the program is the Higher National Diploma (HND).

BSc Holder is one who has completed an undergraduate program at a University in Nigeria. The degree awarded upon completion of the program is a Bachelor Degree (BSc).

Now, my own opinion :
Since time past the HND has always being considered inferior to the BSc. This, at least, was the idea inculcated in us by the colonial masters and this mentality is what many of us still hold onto today, which is not supposed to be.

It is also important that we know that the university is an internationally recognized higher institution of learning all around the world. As such, a third class BSc holder may sometimes have the opportunity of furthering their studies in a way that the HND holder cannot because a BSc is recognized everywhere while same cannot be said for the HND. Besides, we look down on the HND ourselves in Nigeria, why then would international bodies regard it any more than we do.

Many employers today may not even include HND as one of the qualifications required for job vacancy positions. In light of this, HND holders may sometimes get automatically disqualified before even getting a chance at interview.

Another key point is, an HND holder may secure a good job real quick compared to a third class BSc holder, but the effect of this is that in the long run, a HND holder who fails to upgrade his certificate to a BSc may find himself bowing to that third class BSc holder (who has now added to his qualifications) whom he had left behind all those years ago.

Well, not to sound bias :

Over the years, Polytechnic graduates have proven themselves to be in no way inferior to their counterparts in the university.

Today, a polytechnic student can stand shoulder to shoulder with an undergraduate in the university and even surpass him/her. Besides, Polytechnics have being known to conduct more research and practical works than the university. This prepares the students adequately for what is needed to face the outside world.

In conclusion, it would be wrong of me to declare a third class degree as better than the HND.

So here we are, what's your view.

Graduating with an HND or a Third Class BSC Degree - Which is better?

SOURCE : http://eduregard.com/hnd-holder-vs-third-class-degree-bsc-holder/
I have discussed this "BSC to HND discrimination" with several literates and we've come to our own possible solution which I'm sure can bring an easy end to the segregation.

The Government should force all Universities to erase all Technical and Engineering related courses from their offered courses and make them available with all required practical equipments and tools to Polytechnics ONLY!

The Government should also employ and attach legit technical and engineering lecturers and professors to the courses.

With this arrangement, you'll see students pick Polytechnics as first choices over Universities.

It all comes down to the Government.

This arrangement has no Disadvantage and it's relatively easy and cheap to enforce.

I don't think there's a general rule that a university student will definitely be better than a polytechnic graduate. I think it has to do with individual differences and perhaps
, how you're able to develop and equip yourself

Though, I can't speak for others but I can at least speak for myself.. I have HND in view and to the glory of God, I can confidently compete with any university student (area of specialization apart) without being sidelined. I have had the opportunity to do certain things with many university students and my influence is greatly being felt that it keeps them misconception they have for polytechnic students.

Both university and polytechnic students can both be half-baked, they can both be dumb heads, they can both be unproductive and unemployable in the labour market, they can both goof when put to test, they can both be grammatically deficient. In fact, an SSCE holder may even perform better than both of them

So, in a nutshell, a university graduate can be better than polytechnic graduate and vice versa

The fact that others were not privileged to attend a university is not enough reason to unjustly rule out discriminating conclusion just because you want to look superior in their presence. Only broke and jobless people bother themselves with such an uncalled juxtaposition in order to bring other people down just to feel superior.

My 2cent cool
Some University undergraduates see themselves as superiors to Polytechnic students just because they found themselves studying one unimportant course in campus.

Most times when I speak and write at the Polytechnic where I school, most people wonder what I'm doing at the Polytechnic and I'm like "Is the polytechnic not also an educational institution?".

Like you said both institutions can vomit poor students but they shouldn't generalise all Polytechnic students as poor. Some are actually very smart, but different obstacles have rearranged their educational plan.

One fool up there said a BSC holder,3rd class is almost as good as HND with Distinction. That's the kind of person that his company will just be crumbling but he'll be inviting more Olodo " BSC HOLDER" to further scatter the company.
