For your info., the Ibibios are of the Bantu stock of Southern Africa, from where they migrated and settled in the Southern part of the entity now called Nigeria. Though they have cultural and other similarities with the Igbos, they don't share common historical record.

No one with original voter's card was disenfranchised.

Those whose card were authenticated but the machine failed to verify their fingerprint proceeded to manual verification (using the voter's register) and were still allowed to vote.

As long as the '19 election is concerned, anything electronic is illegal. The law only knows of manual verification using the voter's register, voting and manual collation and transmission of results.

Atiku and PDP know this, they are just trying to shore-up sympathy from gullible ones.

You' missing the point broe. The law only recognizes results manually collated and announced at the Polling Units and Collation Centres. Anything outside of this is will not fly in court.
