How many Banks do we have in the over 400 rural local government of the 774 local government in Nigeria? Since Tuesday most banks lock gate and restrict / censor movement into the banks and most ATMs are not working. I bought 20K at 24K from POS yesterday, only 6K is new naira, 14K is the old naira.
