The reason for those questions is to reexamine how you got here, was there any tell tell sign that was ignored?

You know sometimes we human get infactuated by love, and get married for the wrong reasons.

oh he is tall, dark, full of muscle and got a decent job.. Ok he's got my attention. Or from a guy's view,

Dang, see that bôobs, see that nyash, I go fûck am tire.( seeing the lady as a séx tôy rather than a wife that would help him start a home, raise kids and build a happy home.)

If people enter into marriage with these views , since they marriage mostly for the wrong reason, few years down the line the marriage will burst.

I had a friend that married this girl because she was fair, tall and of course pretty. When we hang out , you know friends and all, he says what the girl does... We tried to tell him, bro shine your eyes.. He usually jokes, once they get married he will use his dìck to reset her brain. Well they are no longer married today, the marriage didn't even last 1 year.

The reason for my long epistle is for you to see if you could think back and identify when his attitude towards you changed, if he really loved you or just because he wants your body.

Finally, how's your parents/family doing? Financially okay? Could they take care of you and your kids for a while?
When I lived in onitsha, this guy that lives opposite our house beats the wife mercilessly, the girl dont have anywhere to run to, parents are poor, lives in the village. So because the guy found himself renting half shop at ogbo efere and lives in a one bedroom inside a 3 bedroom flat he feels he is DANGOTE.

Also, do you have any source of income? Do you have a job? Self employed?

My previous response was some of the scenarios that happened and i witnessed. But let's be honest here, the problem you are having is what you just stated on your last paragraph.

Long distance relationship is not ideal. Allow me to share my personal experience, got married filed for my wife to relocate to U.S, after first interview her case was placed on administrative processing that lasted six months.

During the six months, it was like they unveiled all the beautiful women in the U.S and sent them my way, I was just imagining where were all these women all this while. Let's have some adult talks here, sometimes i will be imagining what they look like, you know stuffs like that. My brother I was shocked, when i go to party , all i am seeing is nya$h everywhere . I had so many thoughts.

But true story, every since she moved in with me, It seems like they packaged all those beautiful women and locked them up somewhere, I find it difficult to admire other women and unlike before that i had those thoughts on my head.

I hope i didn't bore you with my story, I could go on and on but the truth of the matter is long distance is affecting your relationship.

Back then, at a work dinner people come with thier significant othera, smooching and stuffs and i will just feel like crap... I hate to admit this but lots of things that we had issues on then still happens now and everyone just overlook it.

So my brother find a way to gather your family together, talk her into moving to SA and find out reasons why she can't or you relocate to 9ja, if you can't then why and you know sort things out between you and your wife.

I met my wife (very beautiful, humble Igbo gal) in 2012, and we've been datin since then. We both from Imo State...

On tht same year we met, I moved to south Africa to study an still residing in SA. I see her twice a year, and she visits SA as well. We got married ths past February, and few days after our wedding, I had to return.

My wife emailed them twice last month they told her my case is currently undergoing administrative processing that they will contact beneficiary when it completed. The same answer they gave her twice.

I have had enough patient many people won't have such patient even some people if their the one who have schengen visa they will just forget this usa wahala but never did still on it going to Europe and coming back.

Yes, after the first interview, they gave her the contact sheet. After 6 months, they called her back for the second interview.

I have done my best I leave the rest to God I pray it come sooner.... mine I don't know what they are looking for no one has be contacted no home visit or work! after they contacted u did they conduct another interview again or they just asked you to submit your passport ?

I was actually the petitioner.

After their review they called my wife for another interview.

thanks very much badgers14. I track my case on that website it's always showing READY. that what it has be showing ever since my case was reopen for second interview. Last updated was April 25, 2017 I noticed they updated my case 4 times now since after My interview march 21, 2017 I don't even know what going on and how long this will take I have been waiting for this visa a long time my wife filed since June 25, 2013 till now. First time interview my case was sent back to USCIS to review and it took almost 2 years and 8 months before my case was reaffirmed with so much evidence we provided after a long time waiting it was sent to lagos to process the visa. It took them 5 months to give me second interview on march 21, 2017 after the interview Now I'm given contact sheet and placed on administrative processing. I feel so bad and waited all this years my wife is frustrated I'm frustrated by this long wait and review upon review. My marriage is legit the only thing is there is a huge age different despite the age different I have been with my wife since 2010 7 years now. I have traveled to 12 Europe countries between June 2016 last year Till now. I'm not sure the consular even went through my passport to see my schengen visas and travel history's.

Do you know anyone who is recently on administrative processing and how long they took to get off this AP?

I feel your pain man. I have been there and i survived it, mine took 6 months tho.

I know someone that his took 1 week. So it depends on what they are looking at.

But relax they will contact you when they are done.

I wasn't too worried because my marriage was bonafide, i didn't have to worry about a thing. I was not even sure they contacted anyone on the contact list because none of them told me. So they might be looking at different things.

Also send an email to lagosIV@ state.gov and ask them for an update.
