The Mueller investigation was the one that looked at the Trump-Russia allegations and they concluded that there was no collusion between Russians and Trump to influence the elections so I don't know what you are talking about. You are yet to tell me how Russia rigged the election, if you are so sure they rigged it then you should have the details or are you just basing your conclusion on unverified rumours?

I have seen a similar situation once, they busted the bubble of an electrician and bought the materials.. then all of a sudden the materials wasn't enough.... the owner keeps buying but it wasn't enough... the electrician claimed ehm ehm.. the person selling the electrical wires was repackaging them and cutting the measurements

but meanwhile he was reselling the materials to guess who The guys brother in law... ( didn't know the 2 knew each other). The brother inlaw was actually the person that supervised the project from ground up till first decking before starting his own build and couldn't handle both plus his regular job.

Again, my 9ja women yankee is not all that you watch in soap operas on TV.. a typical suit and tie 9 to 5 job , big house in a surbub and a nice car. Some of our men are working fingers to the bones, CNA, construction, taxi driver you name it... so it is not that all gravy.

My men dem .. ehm your wife is not a slave oo .. i know we have a patriarch background in 9ja but the setup in Nigeria is different from America.

Some of these little issues 9ja couples have is a minor issue mismanaged and blown out .but again it is all about understanding and communication.

I once worked with a Laotioan couple a while back, during lunch time, this woman leaves first, goes to the lunch room sets up table for 2 ( for herself and the husband).. warms up their food and the man walks as slowly as you can imagine like the king of the forest .. sits down and they eat, jist, laugh... the same table they sit all the time c
was nicknamed the couple's table ( I don't remember their name).. everyone gives way.. no one sits on that table when it is lunch time and these couple drive only one car.. they seem to be happy.. and they have been doing this for a decade plus.. *** I forgot to add** the woman makes more money than her husband.. she's been with the company for 5 years plus before her husband's business went belly up and he joined the company**

Now I am not advocating everyone should be like them but highlighting what understanding and communication etc could get you...

2. Comes in single sheet, while the China boards are mostly double packed with a paper tape to bind them. See image 1 and 2

3. You can feel the strength by lifting both

4. Site test: Cut a small piece of both(like 1ft by 1ft), dip in water for like an hour, one comes out useless, while the other remain solid, can be dried and reused.

not to derail this thread but does anyone remember when NAFDAC mandated that medications have a serial number and a verification line where one could text the serial number to verify authenticity.. boys some how, some way rigged the system.. they package a fake product with a serial number that confirms authenticity as a genuine product

I know a guy that is a distributor, company authorized.. but he still goes to China to make low quality product and package it like the real original product.. because he is a confirmed company authorized agent.. people think every product he sell are original.

No Good 12mm plasterboard sells for N6,000 per sheet bros, definitely China board which is even worse than using POP precast since what was packaged in it isn't Gypsum. Average Plasterboard like Turkish Gyprock and ABS is more than that not to talk of good boards like Siniat, Pladur and German Knauf.

How could one tell the difference between the nameless Chinese boards and the good boards like the German Knauf etc?

I know someone could say go to a dealer but sometimes the dealers repackage products.. you think you are buying the original, the real deal without knowing they repackaged a fake low quality product for you.

So is there any litmus test to tell the difference?

Fire-rated plasterboard are cheaper alternative. I’ve used plasterboards on so many project without issh.

You can as well look into suspended ceiling which is also a very good alternative.

HDF board is the best or you can combine (hdf for the carcass and mdf for the doors) both HDF and MDF to save cost.
