This is nothing other than stealing by tricks and daylight robbery of Nigerians through a programme that has been introduced without studying the Nigerian business model to be sure that the innovation suits it. Voicemail feature, which is ubiquitous to every society doesn't really work here in Nigeria.

The NCC and indeed all Network Provider should provide a feature that allows us to authorize first or deactivate this programme outrightly, the same way there is an option to copy a caller tune. Anything short of this amounts to extortion.
