any help?
If you have Gas in your compressor and it starts blowing hot air without any leakages in the A/C system then you compressor is bad.
Car TalkRe: How To Diagnose Alternator Problems by bakynes(m): 1:56pm On Feb 26, 2016
A simple lay man way to detect if your alternator is bad is by using another battery to start your car, then remove the Car cable terminals from the battery, if the car stops running then you know your alternator is bad and needs changing.

Don't even mind the iPob goat, when I was in England I had many Jamaican friends they always linked their ancestry to Ashante (present day Ghana) that's y a typical Jamaican is as dark skinned as a Ghanaian. This is not about tribal supremacy battle but the igbo race has no record of been great beyond the shores of Nigeria, they are relatively a very small tribe. Yoruba race extends to Benin,Togo, Cuba and even Brazil.

Na Wenger spoil the game, immediately the second half started and I saw Arsenal coming all out against Barca I told my friend close to me that Wenger has spoilt this game. The first half pattern was the best any team can play against Barca. Sit at home and counter attack just make sure you utilize the few chances you have. Even Morinho did not come out against a Guardiola Barca when he was in charge of Chelsea and Inter Milan.

PoliticsRe: Dele Momodu: Enough Of The Blame Game And Paranoia Of Buhari’s Cabinet by bakynes(m): 12:38pm On Feb 23, 2016
The problem with Nigeria is Structural problem, each successive govt comes out worse than the previous govt that have noticed. We need to restructure the type of government system we run. This is not about change or no change, people simply got fed up of PDP and took out the frustration on Jonathan. A lot of atrocities that used to go unnoticed like the Budget padding, corruption at all levels revealed itself during Jonathan's era. The hardship we are facing today is because of fall in Oil price in the international market. Stop blaming Buhari by saying his govt has no policy direction this that, it will take time for the govt to get things back together since our major source of income is going down. It was even the crude oil we sell the stabilizes the naira before but our buyers are reducing everyday there is nothing Buhari can do for now. Things will be difficult for now in Nigeria.

The last time I checked, Osun state, depite having "the biggest economy in sub saharan Africa" is already facing humaniterian crises never seen before since the end of the civil war! All the states in Nigeria will feel the impact though in varying degrees except probably Lagos, Anambra & Abia states but the North including Abuja & the West will go down first.
People like you are just educated illiterates. Do you know what they call "Migration" in Geology. If you know, you won't be shouting like a rabid dog.You see the Oil in your land today maybe found in Kano in the next 100 years. Is it you that put the oil there? You call others lazy yet you don't work and wait for our "Oyel" money every now and then yet you abuse people who work day and night to earn a living.
PoliticsRe: Militants Threaten Blow-up Of More Oil Installations by bakynes(m): 9:40am On Feb 23, 2016
I just get angry when some ND Educated Youths on this forum support these criminals called Militants. So you think these guys are actually fighting for the good of the average Niger deltan? They are fighting for their pockets. No region in Nigeria that is not been marginalized. The truth is just that, it's only the politicians and their friends that are enjoying this country whether North, South, East or West. The FG during OBJ has already addressed the issue of the needs of the Niger Delta to a reasonable extent. You get the lion share of the proceeds of the Oil after the FG. I always say it anywhere that, the Allocation of the four major Oil states( Rivers, Delta, Akwa ibom and Bayelsa) put together is more than the rest of the 32 states put together, you have a Ministry to yourselves alone, NDDC, Amnesty programme, Oil companies pay royalties to communities from time to time so what else do you want. Other parts of Nigeria don't get these juicy package since they dont produce the oil from our region. Coupled with your small population compared to rest of Nigeria. Go and face your immediate leaders they are the ones responsible for your problems.

Entertaining yourselves to your stupor while taunting and deriding the Igbo Nation with the gory pictures of children starved to death by Awolowo, Gowon and your wicked people cannot quench the call for self-determination.

You can keep on earning a living to please your slave masters by trying in vain to suppress the truth but one thing is certain: many Igbos are more than ever before determined to take the bull by the horns. And no amount of enemy bullets will deter them.

Freedom seekers seek freedom until it's achieved. They don't allow others define them to suit their interest and narratives, or permit the oppressors and abusers of human rights to teach them, the oppressed what human rights are. Once beaten twice shy, they say.

You are just getting too emotional about those pictures. It's called WAR, you don't pity your enemies. Is eitheir you kill your enemies or you get killed.Or would you also want to see the picture of the skulls on the floor when the Biafrans bombed the Lagos Casino or the death and raping of Mid-west women and Children by the Biafran Soldiers. Were they also not innocent just like the millions of biafrans killed during the civil war. Why do you think all of your petition of genocide against the Nigerian state to the ICC is still not been looked at? It's because they themselves know in War there will always casualties. So tell your people IPOB to be diplomatic about this issue don't use force. Recall all your legislators and Governors to dialogue with the FG.

swiperthefox:
You are absolutely correct. Is it padding of budget at work or typographical error? That remains to the seen. But wait, they didn't add the federal road connecting Imo & Rivers states that is the worst road in Nigeria. This ineffective pregnant governor in Imo will not talk to his oga @ Aso rock. It is the least he can do afterall he donated Imo state's treasury for Buhari's presidential campaign fund.
That road is terrible, it needs to be looked into. Even if they can't do it now they should pour some granite on it. I took that route on my way to PH last. The issue is that it's only strategic roads that are giving top priority for now.

omonnakoda:
The real issue is this the Main Port in Nigeria is in the Lagos and the road for getting stuff out of there Lagos -Ibadan and to a lesser extent Sagamu are the most important roads in Nigeria. If those two roads block for one month it will have a greater impact than even shutting down oil production. They are not necessarily even for the SW but for the North and the East . They are the main beneficiaries. On the other hand what does the SW benefit from a second Niger Bridge?
Your head dey there, don't mind this silly people who just read the headline and come here to rant out their stupidity.

SirShymexx:
Shut it and go study territorial waters in elementary geography - especially nautical miles.

A large chunk of the offshore oil is in the SW's territorial waters. You can lay claims now cos everyone is in the same country but if and when that stops, the SW would take all the oil wells in its territorial waters.

So technically most of the oil is not "ya oyel". Just shut it and tell ya folks to stop trooping to Lagos if they want a bigger chunk of the budget. You can't keep using ya pikey lifestyle to destroy the non-existent infrastructures in one region and expect them not to claim a larger chunk of the budget.

The budget is very fair. Deal with it.
My thoughts exactly, they should stay in their region if they want the larger chunk of the Budget. They are only using ethnic sentiment to analyse issues. I have said it in a previous thread when Fashola revealed his road map that Lagos- IB road, Apapa-Oshodi and MM Airport road should be top priority. Too bad for IPOB it's all in the SW but these are the most strategic projects that serves majority of Nigerians.

GEJ would have done better! Better. Better!
The major problem of this country is the parasitic North!
If the North is equally productive and not parasitic on the resources of the south since 1912 and it's romance with militant Islam since danfodiyo era till date, Naija would have been better than England by now.

Nobody want to know how many trillions of oil money is going down the drain everyday since 1954 just to procure PEACE in the North...till date!

What are we even gaining from the Northern part to our overall GDP? Zero!! Big Zero!!!
You are a kid that am sure of. To think if not for corruption, Nigeria would have been better than England is just a kid's talk. Do you know how old is England a former World power.

To answer the OP's question, Nigeria would have been worse of why because Nigeria is a mono economy so once Oil price starts dwindling then there is a problem. Jonathan never saved, when oil prices were @ an all time high, he depleted the Foreign reserve in his term, he flooded the economy with too much dollars during the elections, he never took steps to diversify the economy, never did anything to improve local production to help our foreign exchange earning. So Buhari inherited a bad Nigerian economy so you can't be quick to blame him. Blame Jonathan but if after Buhari's term he doesn't bring us out of this problem then we can begin to blame him.

ipod industrialisation is indegenously run by the igbos alone while ogun and co is 30% foreign, 20% federal govt, 20% dangote, 25% ipob indigenes and 5% SWners. With the coming up of dangote refiner and fertilizer plant both in Eko and Ogun state in the next two years, SW wealth will be entirely in control of one man called DANGOTE. I think the oduduwas should wake up from their slumber. Imagine when a single hausa man will be controlling over 75% of their wealth and industries. This is the zone in the country where all dick and harry compete and take over control from indigenous people. What i mean is that they should wake up and raise local industralists. Unlike igbos that does not need Dangote to survive or that Dangote knew that igbos can always fare better without him compare to the SWners. Aba, Nnewi and co industrial clusters are entirely 99% ipob controlled. Their wealth is entirely in their hands. Remember such names like nwanyi nnewi, ogbuwa, and Aba made.
Una don start again with una nonsense, so you No longer control Lagos, you now control Ogun. When you welcome all investors into your region it springs up massive development, jobs for the locals and more taxes for the state government. London is what it is today coz it welcomed all investors from different race. Keep priding yourself with your local investments.

What other cities?

Are you telling me that all the royalties and handouts the government and these companies have been given you from time immemorial are not enough to have made ND a region to be envyshocked? Just because SW and other parts of Nigeria depends on it (at the expense of their own development) does not justify any violence whatsoever.

The government is not your problem. Your people and your communities are your problems. Henceforth, please keep other Nigerian regions out of your bullcrap. We are not responsible for your issues.
That's the issue I have with the Niger Delta people. I keep repeating it they are their own problem not the FG or the Oil companies. The ND states collects the highest allocation. The major four states ( Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Akwa ibom) combined collects more Allocation than the rest of the 32 states combined. You have the Ministry of Niger Delta and the NDDC Collecting billions in allocation every month/ every year, Oil Majors pay communities where the drill and produce Royalties from time to time. Amnesty program is there what else do you want. It is your State Governments, Local Government, Chairman of NDDC, Minister of ND affairs you should hold responsible not the FG.

These militants just sitdown their ass share money, carry women and when the money is finished they start blowing up pipelines again, they don't want to work or even have a purpose for life just sitdown and share free money.

A friend once told me when I visited PH that, whenever State Government or NDDC wants to do roads they tell them to bring the money and leave the roads and they share it to drink ogogoro and carry women and you now blame the FG and oil companies.

I don't know why wailers rejoice when someone critcizes Buhari and Pro-APC insult. Why not look at the message critically and see if its making sense. The same guys that come here to cry about N305=$1 are the same guys that also come to support devaluation just because Buhari is against it. Guys don't even know where they stand anymore as long as its anti-Buhari or pro-Buhari.

I, like others, supported Buhari in the last election and not necessarily APC all the way because my concern is for a better Nigeria and I knew then as I know now that GEJ and his cohorts weren't going to achieve that. OBJ raised his concerns and mine also are, I don't mind the borrowing but what exactly are we borrowing for? If we're borrowing to improve infrastructure, improve education, improve local manufacturing then I'm all for it but if we're borrowing all this money for it to end back up in people's pockets then we're in for it in Nigeria. I'm still holding on to hope that the fortunes of this country will turn around through Buhari but some things worry me. This discovery in the education budget for example. When I hear an increase in the budget for education, the only thing that comes to my mind is better funding for schools, better education materials, better teacher welfare, better student welfare too. The last thing I'm thinking is increase in personnel cost of some parastatal, not only did the budget increase for this reason but you cut funding for what is supposed to be the main aim of your organization. Its like reducing funding for hospitals and health centers only to increase funding for ministry office staff. This is the first time I'll say this but thank God for NASS that pointed this out. Back to OBJ, we need more strong supporters of the president to criticize him not for the sake of it but so that we can achieve greatness in this country once and for all.
To add to some of the things you narrated. I think one move against wastage and corruption in Nigeria is to immediately move for a 70% capital expenditure and 30% recurrent expenditure. So that anybody coming to serve will know there is no fat salary. There is too much money in the hands of few individuals in these countries while majority are poor.
Tax the rich to give to the poor( British system)
All the monthly allocation of states should be published and transactions of the state government shd be sent to the EFCC and also published. It reminds me of Akpabio giving Musicians Cars like he is using his personal money.

We know what to do to make this country better but greed is the problem.
PoliticsRe: My Fears For Buhari’s Change Agenda - Olusegun Obasanjo by bakynes(m): 8:23am On Feb 02, 2016
I don't think some of you read this article by OBJ. He is clearly not antagonizing Buhari but saying people working for Buhari are not keying into the Change Mantra of Buhari
The truth is that we know the problems of this country but our leaders have decided to look the other way.

We have analysed all the problems of this country but we keep wondering why it can't be solved.
Imagine these Governors spending so much on dogs in the state house, maintaining fleet of cars and other unnecessary things but say they cannot pay common 18k minimum wage.

The National assembly still collecting that much monthly( 30 million) and still insisting on buying 2016 Toyota Landcruiser each in a country where some people cannot feed and IDP's scattered all over the North East.

Or is it the unnecessary things we import into this country that is having effects on our currency. Why can't things like Toothpick imported be stopped.

Or the Judiciary that takes 5 years on ordinary land matters and ask a corrupt politician to bail himself with 700k after embezzling 4 billion.

We know what to do to make this country better but greed is the problem of the Black man. Let's change our ways, God will instruct Satan to reserve a special place for Nigerians in Hell.
