I hope this would not be a problem for me because i tried since yesterday to apply when i was selecting 'ongoing' but it kept bouncing back. when i selected completed it went through.

After reading this I think am inclined to change my opinion.Lagos embraces multi-ethnicity.However,Abuja embraces all except for d fact dat am nt too sure Abuja accommodates all tribe in Nigeria
Bt it still accomodates the three major tribes in Nigeria wit little from other tribes so I think it shd go to Abuja.If the topic were to be d most multi-ethnic city dat wld ve gone to lagos.But the fact still remains that lagos is the only state known to most Non-Nigerians.Am yoruba and am from lagos by the way
