Only a dying man knows the pinch of death. We may have been too hard on those who belong to the lowest level of the caste system who have nothing to lose. It takes much more for them to succeed in their environment. Yet, many struggle and succeed. Anger should be directed at those looking to spend a fortune to japa. Especially those in well paying or relatively better positions like those spoiled brats. |
Your reasoning supports Western, Eastern and selfish Nigerians pandering to economic domination of Africa. No one should be surprised that many of you supporting your colonial masters are highly and strategically placed in the International corporate world whose sole interest is to deliver to your foreign shareholders. Monkey see Monkey do. What is the foreign loans used for that could not be obtained in Nigeria after 60 years? nedu666: |
Thanks! They think all of us are stupid as the Obiots they are entertaining. How for gosh's sake does a company that get all their raw materials in Nigeria and sell finished products made in Nigeria worldwide report a loss? Nothing but creative accounting. They are are looking towards Central Bank for money laundering, otherwise threaten job loss. Dosoq:Do you guys think with your fish brain? Samakus: |
You guys may not understand. If you guys are treated like osu at home, any escape outside osu villages in Nigeria or even Asia with death penalty; is paradise. |
It is nothing more than daring forbidden act. The same way people get thrill from cheating death. Some of this guys are not even attracted to single or unattached girl until the girls belong to a close friends or relatives. The status of the boyfriend or husband is also a factor. Sometimes, lower status like the wifes of subordinates. Nothing hurts women or men more than sleeping with their subordinates Different people different tastes. |
Listen to Biafrans, you will think they had never ruled this country before by coalition with the North, under Jonathan or by military force. But they do have the right to complain which has always got them more across Nigeria and leadership position in the Southern states or region. Tinubu just got Allen Onyeama what he sought for 7 years, yet they complain, haba! Yoruba complain during Jonathan reign to but got them nothing! |
Peasantly surprised you the East. But no region should jubilant. Comparing inflated one road contract to another. Fashola set the record of bloated road contracts in Lagos. Nevertheless, kudo to the East. They built on the achievement of Sa. Mbakwe. |
Nigerians look for every solution except the ones that affect them personally. No personal sacrifice. . Why can't we talk about demand for foreign currencies that we cannot print and what exactly we are using them for that bring back value to the country? Until we reduce or ban temporarily, foreign goods and services, we will never bring down the senseless value of the dollar or euro. What are we doing differently from the time Nigerian pound was equal to British pound? Liberal market and lack of control call "freedom" to import anything including junks in exchange for natural resources. This is why importers of junks and foreign school fees payers are happy. |
Fools celebrating a 48 years old man in mental slavery. Let us know when hard physical labor that your mates did in their twenties take hold of your health in your fifties. Still comparing foreign currency to naira, that is all it takes to lure you into slavery where minimum wage translate into billionaire in Nigeria. Are minimum wage earners happy in foreign countries? Since you and your children are happy to lose valuable Igbo culture that brings family values and happiness, you will soon lose those children and your wife too. Mark it, in less than five years! Money is a means of exchange like cowries. Contentment after you feed and shelter your family leads to better way of life. Greed for cowries will kill you. |
Nigeria, the easiest place to make money if you use your brain like the foreigners making it among us. Congratulations my broda. |
SeeWahala:Shove it down your brain if you have any |
It is a way to reward yourself. Call it ecstacy or whatever you want. As long as he spreads some of his wealth around the poor and not selfish. Soulsymbol99:A better question is which road do they enjoy the ride in Nigeria? |
How did you get to that insult? OgunkeelAllMod: |
Sacrifice and investment with no returns. The same children whose parents drained the Central Bank. Other children are working to pay their ways and sending money home. Our mumu don do. |
There is nothing worse than losing your culture and your children at the same time to alien behavior that eviscerates whatever good is left in your way of life. It is so insidious, by the time rich parents realize what they have spent most, if not all the money they had from sweat, blood and tears, it is too late. No other Continent spends as much money selling out their cultures and children as Africans. If you do not learn from your culture, your children will train you for others'. The first casualty of these children is their mothers that are the favorites willing to accommodate their tendencies in order to assimilate them into a new more “civilized” culture than those of Africa. It is not different from how we became the only Continent without widely accepted indigenous religion while we adopted Western and Eastern religions. https://www.thenigerianvoice.com/news/332584/lost-children-to-good-education-alien-cultures-train-the.html |
There is nothing wrong with learning new skills, language or culture but there is everything wrong with how we use them. |
Congratulations, brain, skill and beauty. |
I heard you kick your dad in the morning: una get up. Is that your dad you are pissing on? Bongadu: |
Please do not blame these desperate people coming to "develop" Nigeria. Indians, Chinese, Americans and Europeans will tell you Nigeria is the best place to make money. Why do you think our brothers and sisters take night bus and lorry to Lagos everyday? |
.Racism, tribalism or xenophobia has always existed throughout the world. Before Virginia definition of colors by the wealthy farm owners divided the workers that lived and got along amicably. Bacon Revolution 1676 that unite all races except American Indians against Gov. Berkeley who feared Bacon's problem with Indians claiming they would include them in rebellions, defined Blacks and whites by race. Structural definition by race maintained workers v. Owners by color. |

If Nigerians can marry old ugly fat white women for papers, Alakija is one desirable beauty. |
Just imagine. It is not every comment on social media that deserve a response. See ignoramus using labels as comment. Go to your elders and ask questions. |
Honestly, this is one of the problems in this country. Chop and clean mouth. Biafrans ruled this country called Nigeria more than even the Fulani. Nevertheless, they always find excuses to claim they never ruled enough. They have been the so called beautiful or desirable Bride since they formed coalition with Tafawa Balewa controlling many cabinet positions. Yet, they always claim they never rule enough. Action Group the only Opposition Party at the Federal, Northern and Eastern regions was satisfied in their roles. Even in Jonathan Government where they control the Cabinet was not enough. In the Midwest, Osadebe became the leader as well as in Rivers. Biafrans want to lead every region and control every state like old Western Region and Lagos State. Otherwise, Nigerians are racists. CorrectionFLuid: |
Some of you do not know your way to Google or Nairaland.com? CorrectionFLuid: DevilsEqual:Hausa are majority under the yoke and whims of the most atrocious minority Fulani that captured Africans with religious opium in Nigeria. |
These megalithic greed, ostentatious and conspicuous "gifted" copied and demonstrated by other minorities and Youths are killing Nigerian talents and initiatives. There are more minorities ethnic groups in Nigeria than Fulani, Yoruba and Igbo. Ban them from Presidency until ROTATION comes back to them. Not a kobo is safe in Nigeria because of culture of corruption demonstrated at every level by the leaders and their fellow common men or women. |
Only Rivers and Delta may qualify. The others like Fulani regardless of States, Biafrans, Ogun and Osun do not qualify. Las las, no more Fulani, Biafrans and Ogun. Enough of them as Presidents. Even Rivers and Midwest had Igbo Premier/Governor. Lagos had Iragbigi, Osun State as Governor. There about 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria. One of them deserves to be the next President. onumadu: |
Ofunaofu:You are right. Take out Osun for Tinubu. For those that have never been President. Include Igala, Oyo, Lagos, Ondo in the rotation for the next Presidents. Live and let others live and be. My mistake, thanks for pointing it out. |
It is the turns of Hausa, Kanuri, Beroni, Efik, Ibibio, Oyo, Ondo and Osun. Fulani Presidents: Tarawa Balewa, Shagari, Buhari Biafran Presidents: Azikiwe, Ironsi, Azikiwe Ebele Jonathan Ogun Presidents: Obasanjo, Obasanjo, Shonekan Please let Bini, Efik, Ibibio, Kanuri, Beroni etc. have their chance. Those groups that were Presidents, will not get another chance in our lifetime. Fair is fair. |
Kudo Governor. We make mess but cannot stand the mess we make. Soludo has always been an achiever anyway. |
Be careful, you may get exactly what you ask for. In the North, those Fulani would never smell power again until Hausa in the Northwest, Kanuri in the Northeast and Beroni in the Northcentral have their turns. In the Southeast, Igbo would never smell power until Igala, Onitsha and other minority got power. In the Southsouth, Ijaw already had their turn. Time for other minorities like Efik, Ibibio etc. In the West Yoruba will not get power until other Yoruba outside Ogun State got power. Conclusion: I think this is the work of those who predicted that Igbo would not be President for the next godknowsyears! |
Do not wait for anyone to make you happy. Make yourself happy with little things in life. Happy Birthday |
