My brother, the answer is yes, He does answer prayers. U claim to have faith in him yet u still doubt if he actually answer prayers, who is fooling who? Remember that he sees your heart and knows u more than you know yourself. There's no way u can claim to trust and have faith in him and at the same time doubt if he answer prayers. Remember Abraham and Job, they never doubted God, they believed and trusted in him even when they ought to had lost hope and finally God answered them and blessed them beyond their expectations.
