ATERI: And yet another black man shot dead in North Carolina. Nice that it is not your turn yet. Each and every black murdered in this way left home telling their loved ones that they would be back soon. But your clumsy reasoning means that it`s far better for police to execute innocent blacks than for lawless yobs to kill a thief recklessly
James Byrd Jr was picked up from the street and tied to the back of a truck in Texas. White racists then drove the truck for another hour as he was begging for mercy. Three white men continued to drive the truck until James Byrd was shredded. This was 1998 and that is the American society that you live in and still have the audacity to talk about impunity in Nigeria.
The violence against innocent blacks continue till today, with your so-called police officers doing worse than civilian racists. Since you and I started this chit-chat, 2 innocent black men had been murdered.
Please, spare me your boring repetition. " Crime happens everywhere", my foot!
Bye and try to stay safe in your violent jungle! Go school una no go go. Learn una no go learn. Crimes happen in every country. Show me one instance where a group of people in Europe and or America, have come together to murder someone in public, stay and take selfies and casually stroll away with the police not even investigating it. I will send you $5.00 if you can give me an example of that kind of scenario in this day and age. |

Why wouldn't they be deadly when an incompetent, poorly trained, poorly equipped army is fighting them. Let them go try it with a country in Europe and America and we'll see if they can attack with impunity as they do in Nigeria. |

That War is Nigeria's dark moment in its 50+ year history.
Rest in Peace to my 4 Uncles who died in a Nigerian Bombing raid in Aba.
Rest in Peace to all the lives lost in that War.

God Bless the Federal republic of Nigeria. The war is not Nigeria's darkest moment in it's history. The fact that Nigerians do not want to change their corruptive ways is. Every country in the world has fought a war at one point in time. What they do after that is what matters. |

Politics › Re: Shaibu & APC Youths Sweep Ize-Iyamu, PDP Ouy Of Edo North (Pics) by banmee(m): 11:01am On Sep 21, 2016 |
MadCow1: Edo State and Lagos State belongs to the APC..
Even if Jesus were the PDP candidate in Edo, he still cannot win the election. The cool thing about the jacked up way Nigerians do business is it is always a case study of how things should not be done. There is no ideology when it comes to the values and political leanings of the average Nigerian. Well, sort of. Their values is often dictated by money and who can provide it. When you go to England, their citizens either belong to the Labour party, because they believe in the rights and power of the average worker, the conservative party, because of their belief in the old school values, or the Liberal party, which believes in changing with the modern times. In the U.S, you have the Democrats, who are very liberal and believe so much in individual expression and personal freedom while you have the Republicans who prefer the old school christian values and the right to bear arms. In these countries, the way you think will determine which party you fall under. If you ask an average Nigerian which party he belongs to, he'll either tell you, PDP or APC. If you ask him why, he most likely will say it is the party that will see the country to Eldorado. If you then ask what values the party holds or stands for, you'll get the deer in a headlights look. They have no clue. No one knows the values or the political leanings of either parties. The only thing holding these politicians together in both parties is the quest for wealth which is why you have politicians "decamping" at will. In America, it is political suicide for a Republican to "decamp" to the democratic party and vice versa. That politician will never be trusted ever again. What Nigerians don't understand is, until we start to define the values that each political parties has or stands for in this country we will never move forward politically. We'll continue going round in circles. You cannot just support or join a party because of an individual. You have to know if the way you are thinking is the same way the person you are supporting, or party is thinking. Promises don't mean squat when both of you are not on the same page. I hope for Nigeria's sake it's citizens wake up from this mental slumber they all seem to be in since independence. |
