Suprnov3r: Points to deduce from this lawsuit
1. Fayose is in trouble. He may pay through his nose 2. So many fake lawyers on NL 3. It is a civil lawsuit and Fayose has no immunity from it 4. Aisha Buhari is guilty of the haliburton scandal since she is not suing him for that one which he has used to yab her over and over again but she is suing him for the jefferson williams case 5. The burden of proof lies with Aisha. They must proove that Fayose said it and must proove that Aisha is not the person named there. To proof she is not the person means the real person might need to step up or else the trial will not be fair just like all the certificate suits buhari has been dodging like bullet 6. Ideally this suit should be filed in Ekiti state 7. While trying to proove she is not the Aisha in this case, she might provide enough evidence againat herself for someome to sue her in the US for the haliburton case Bros, which kain law school you go. The burden of proof is on Fayose. Burden of proof is designed in such a way that an accuser is made to present proof first. This is why in court, the prosecution always presents it's case first. If it were not so, everybody would be accusing everyone of anything imaginable. Just like fayose is doing. He must have his proof or else why is he so sure. So, let him produce it. Gossip is not the same thing as evidence. In this case, Aisha is the accuser and all she needs to do is prove that Fayose slandered her. That is too easy. All the newspaper articles and interview he granted is enough evidence. If Fayose disagrees, he can then produce evidence confirming his utterances. Daring her to travel to the U.S is not proof that she is connected to any fraud. Well, that's not true. It is proof enough for the average dull Nigerian. |

That guy needs to be taught a serious lesson on how not to insult and malign people's integrity simply because of political differences. Get your facts right. He is immune from criminal prosecution not civil suit. They are different. |

No one on that list can help Nigeria's case because of one very important reason; They are Nigerians. Nigerians don't have the mentality for progress, oneness, goals, and meeting objectives. Unless of course if it is corruption, they are all up for it. When the last recession hit America, they all agreed that they phucked up by being greedy, fat and lazy. They decided to do something about it so they could get out of the doldrums they were in. First thing was they injected 800 billion into the economy by bailing out banks. Think about it; if it were Nigeria, do you think that 800 billion dollars will reach it's intended destination? Everyone would be salivating on how they would "share the cake". Americans dug in deep, did what they were supposed to, and clawed their way out of it. It can't happen in Nigeria because people don't just understand that the responsibility for greatness rests with each and every one of them. But yet they are there blaming everyone including God. Some Americans took salary cuts, higher taxes etc, but they understood that it was for a goal. Nigerians are busy burning people on the streets, littering, bribing, etc, and thereby creating more chaos. The funny thing is, Nigerians want to be great, but don't want to do the things that make other countries great. I wonder how this makes sense to you all? Smh.

And people wonder why the educational system in Nigeria is rubbish. Everywhere else in the world is moving forward, Nigerians are at a standstill. This type of questions are not meant for a final exam. You do this during the semester as tests, projects and assignments which are graded and added to your final exam scores. There is no way one can do thorough justice to questions like these in the allotted time. What a country. |

Banmee see your fellow citizen. Oh my God. Why? Which kain tin be dis na. When normal people are striving to improve the lives of their spouses, this guy is dehumanizing his wife. You for no show me dis tin. I swear. When i left Nigeria, I thought that what i would benefit from emigrating would be a financial and social upliftment. It took me a while to realize that the greatest benefit the opportunity afforded me was the mental reconditioning and restructuring. It was like being born again. No amount of money is worth that. Looking at Nigeria from the outside scares the crap 'outta me. I sometimes can't believe i was born there. I have sworn never to go back. Never. Why? The last time i was there, i thought i was going to be kidnapped. Almost everyone had this shifty look to them. Everyone wanted to be a "sharp guy". My brother told me not to say a word to anyone, else they know i was from yankee because of my accent. That it could be dangerous and or, they might want to take advantage of me. I thought he was exaggerating. Me wey dem born for Lagos. That was until i began to see some crazy shiit for myself and i quickly gentle. How can people live like this? I just can't fathom it. I just have three more people to pull out of there and i can finally wash my hands off that country. P.s Last week, my wife's brother moved into the house he just built. Two days later, people came looking for him to kidnap him. They left a note telling him of their intention and that he needs to leave the house on a certain day, leave the gate open and put 5 million by the entrance. Can you imagine? They left a note. Now he's moved out to go rent an apartment. And meanwhile he has a house. So what's the point? 5 Likes |

I've never really been moved by material things. The only thing that interests me is trying to understand why this world is so fvcked up and the rationale behind God's plans. Of course money is needed for comfort in this journey called life, but surely, isn't it a mystery that...we...ARE?
Bigfrancis21, thanks for this lovely thread. If you really were a mature soul, you'd know. That bolded question of yours has been asked from time immemorial. You think you are the first? Let me let you into a little secret; Humanity/the universe is cyclical. What is happening now has happened before and will continue to happen till our sun explodes or losses it's radiation. Think of a flower. At the point the flower is planted, it probably thinks it is the only unique flower. What happens though? it dies and another one, exactly like that springs up in it's place. If things weren't cyclical the earth would be gone by now. This is why the bones of dinosaurs is now oil that we use for fuel today. Phucked up shitt is part of why we exist. A dinosaur in that time must have thought it was phucked up to be wipid out from a meteorite, but today, we absolutely depend on it's bones as fuel today. |

It is good to find a girl that will be loyal to you but why subject her to such cruelty just to prove a point? We, men always think that once we have gotten the money and can provide for the girl, then you are qualified to marry any girl, both virgin and 'unvirgin'. Very bad! It's the Nigerian way. I dare say, some Nigerian women deserve whatever perception men in Nigeria have of them. On another thread, a lot of them are in support of Dino threatening to rape Tinubu's wife. snowwhyte607: A woman, Mrs Bridget Agbahime, was gruesomely murdered in Kano by an angry mob for merely requesting a Muslim fanatic to perform his ablution elsewhere, there was no protest at all by Women NGO's in any part of Nigeria! A woman, Evangelist Eunice Olawale, was hacked to death in Abuja last week or so by Muslim fanatics, for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Non of these so called NGO's or even Women Societies at large could come out and protest!
And wait for it....two politicians engaged in their usual rofo-rofo fight and no one died. No one was hurt. Facts show that both parties crossed the lines of decency. The honorable thing to do is to simply ignore them. Hey, but to my chagrin, women NGOs are on the streets protesting against what exactly? Is this what the campaign for gender equality has been reduced to? But this same women never protested the death of the two Women gruesomely killed in Kano and Abuja, or is it because the Women are not wives of one influential Politician or Personality, are the lives of Nigerians now so worthless? Honestly, I don't want to be rude to anyone. But, this is my definition of stupidity! May God save Nigeria from Enemies within! Un-freaking-believable. He said "no one was hurt". Really? No one was hurt? Guy, your mindset was obviously hurt. It was hurt to the point that you have been disensitized to issues involving rape. God help Nigerians and the way they think. One lesson you must learn in life is that, no matter how good you think you are at cussing people out, you will eventually run into someone MUCH MORE EXPERIENCED than you are!
This foolish disgrace of a woman obviously began to falsely think herself a giant when she displayed her repulsive lack of manners around the more cultured men like Obanikoro, Saraki and Ekweremadu and didn't get bitchslapped; she suddenly believed she was above reproach.
Unfortunately for her, she met her long-overdue waterloo when she took her madness to an equally uncultured lunatic, Dino Melaye, and got bashed thoroughly! Now just look at the shameless iddiiot running from one corner to another, reporting Dino Melaye like a nursery school student. "I will report you to my mummy!"
