Do you understand what you wrote? Basically you are saying leadership in Nigerian has been gradually decimating the country and the result is what you have today. I don't know if the problem is that Nigerians have been so used to poverty that they confuse it with good governance. The country under PDP was crap and nothing to write home about which was why citizens were quick to vote them out of office. If they had been doing well who would vote against them?

I think you guys are boxing yourself in or rather you guys have killed the movement even before take off.

All the things you wrote up there about what you are trying to achieve are already covered by law under the Ministry of Youths and Sports, you guys are just reinventing the wheel.

Secondly once you register your group it automatically falls under the purview of the above mentiond ministry (ie if and when you succeed with the registration)

In addition registration, provides you with a leader who is answerable to the government hence the leader has a target on his back. The government of Nigeria knowns him and also what to do to bring him to his knees-just few Ghana must go bags he will break the group forming different factions thus rendering the movement infective.

The best approach should have been to organize the groups into teams based on functions and states, and each team has a team leader. Should there be any need to present someone on behalf of the group the group will choose among the team leaders and send the person. Sending someone forward will be on need basis and the nature of the meeting so as not to concentrate power in the hands of a single man.such that should him be picked up only that team(which forms a small fraction of the group) will have a temporary problem selecting new team leader without putting the whole group in distress.

Finally, if you guys want to act you better act now all that is needed is to agree on what to ask from the government eg change of a specific minister or change of a particular policies or government etc. Once that is agreed upon, you guys agree on date and venues and a way to communicate and share picturee and videos among states/teams, then take to the streets and occupy the nation untill your demands are met.

How do you make a Nigerian comply? You do it same way you would train a dog. First you deprive him and when he is hungry enough, you intermittently start giving him scraps. Thanks for your observation boss, my interest is very simple I came from a separated home and i can tell you how my parent regretted their action by divorcing each other. Both of them always lamented up till today that if they had known they would have stayed to work things out with each other rather than listening to people that was encouraging them back then.
Its been almost 30 years now and i can tell you how they feel today. So, it pains me when i see people walking same line and i try as much as possible to offer my input. This i know some of us that come from a separated home will relate to easily that couples should try as much as possible to work things out if the need be.
I don't have a perfect marital life either but i try my best to keep my home happy.

I see that you have been married three years. As far as marriages go, you are still very young. You will find out that one of the golden rules to marriages is to stay far away for other couples affairs. Far, far away. Especially if yours is a happy one. You would basically have what most people are looking for and God forbid you encounter the wrong people who would do all they can to ruin what you have because their lives suck.

Lol. In Nigeria, it does not matter if it is the biological father or mother. By normal standards, more than half the parents in Nigeria should be in jail because they have zero problem solving skills. No one bothers to find out why a child does something wrong. The solution is either a child is beaten beyond belief for every infraction or in some cases, taken to the extreme like this scenario. And you wonder why these children grow up thinking it is ok to burn people in the streets. Half the country's citizens has PTSD but don't know it, and are totally immune to gore and horror because they are so used to it. The weird part is people are shocked that things like this happen a lot in Nigeria. What would be shocking is if it did not, based on the mentality of it's citizens. What a country.

I don't think you understand what is going on in Nigeria. You may have stemmed the flow of terrorism temporarily, but you have managed to create more monsters. In a normal army, most of the Nigerian soldiers would be in jail. The war against BH in Nigeria is not the way Soldiers fight. Nigerian Soldiers are no more than a bunch of vigilante groups given uniforms and bundled together.
