Hmmm, The question is not the house or who built it.

Is the land a family land or a land in the city and in whose name is the title document. This person has a strong claim.

Assuming the father died intestate, who are the executors of the his estate cos in any event they are the ones to manage what he left behind.

Thirdly its very unlikely that any judge will give him judgment against his mother especially if that is a family house i.e. where they all grew up.

Lastly he needs to give his mother peace in her old age not rancor and tears cos those tears are like curses.

Let him be guided.

This is the stupi.d government that claims the road has been completed. That their useless Sukkuk funds are being used for the road. This is what you find in the East. Why didn’t MTN construct the Daura - Niger Republic rail line. The East is always used as a guinea pig for projects that are known to fail. Buhari is devils incarnate.

Just last week it was on here that I read 9.2bn had been approved by the FG for the construction of the same road. I'm surprised to be reading this and what is annoying is that it's mostly the Enugu part of the road that's bad yet one would think otherwise from the headline
