^ When did Ijaw matters become issues for the politcs section? The culture section has not been closed down. The plain truth is, because the President is Ijaw, that ethnicity has suddenly become fertile ground for mud hugging bigots. Dude, you are simply playing the hypocrite and it stinks. Look for another low blow. |
^ Who hangs out with a thug like Aregbe, if not thugs? I can't understand why any right thinking soul would try to convince the intelligent World that Aregbe's aluta howlers are anything but unwashed thugs locked away for the safety and sanctity of the country. |
I don't see the purpose of an Ijaw bashing thread in the politics section. Are these stories gaining popularity, because the President is Ijaw? Whats the next low blow from our resident bigots? |
Rascals. See the pretty girl they have given such a horrible mark, alongside her trauma. We need to have stronger child protection laws in the country; those who commit such crimes need to be automatically banned from holding political leadership posts. How can a normal person torture a kid with a pressing iron? |
^^^^^ I even missed that one. Well, I don't read much of his posts really. I can predict his next three responses, so by the time I read the first line, I already know where he is going. Very emotional and immature people, reason like children. SMH. If I were to reply his last post, he would have replied with one of those childish pictures. As soon as those pictures show, just know he's been crying and cursing.
Just admit that when I replied you, you caught immediate athritis. Mumu. Anytime I post pics, I'm laughing my head off (just like I'm doing now), the the that bothers me is why you lot get soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pained by them that you whine to the mods to remove them, then register as a thousand and one lil wretches to open bigotted threads. Lol!!!!! I love stirring the akanmu in your head, sir. ![]() Ogini di? ![]() |
emiye:Are you going to be the guinea pig for the "Osun spring?" LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!! |
koruji:Maybe you are on wee wee too, just like all rascals. Thats why you don't know that Osun produces fuckall, is economically distressed and depends 100% on FG lifelines for its upkeep. If thats not godlike, what is? Keep living in your delusional World, hope you wake before the last bricks crumble on your thick head. |
The enemies of the country are fighting back with sophistry. The article makes this bold lie: It was only General Sani Abacha that succeeded in transferring subsidy removal benefits to Nigerians through the instrumentality of PTFStrangely, this is what the economist an other non-revitionists recall of Abacha: Yet, at the same time, the new president has to deal with Nigerian realities. Politics in Nigeria has become the art of stealing—chopping, as it is called. For instance, millions of dollars recently allocated to repair the country’s oil refineries simply disappeared while General Abacha’s close associates made fortunes out of importing petrol. And Nigeria will not be easy to democratise. Some of the exiled leaders of the “democratic” opposition are only out because the general turned them down for jobs. It may be hard, but necessary, for the handful of Nigerians who have really suffered for their democratic principles to sit down with such people.http://www.economist.com/node/134561 The Economist hits even harder with the truth of what Abacha was: The reprehensible Abacha has unknowingly bequeathed his successor a brilliant opportunity to free Nigeria from military rule. First, his very unpopularity—there was dancing in the streets even in his home town when he died—makes it difficult for another soldier to take power and stay there.http://www.economist.com/node/134561 It is not unsurprising that at this time such articles the whitewash Abacha and his evil regime; Buhari, who headed Abacha's PTF was out in full force last week, stumbling all over his tongue with an incoherent message about subsidy. This is what Buhari hard to say about Abacha's history of brazen theft: Buhari, in his own comments yesterday, described the allegations of looting against Abacha as “baseless”, because according to him, “ten years after Abacha, those allegations remain unproven because of lack of facts”.http://www.tzuk.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2387&Itemid=105 (you can also google the comment above) Birds of a feather. We have also seen Tam David West, Buhari's petroleum minister equally animated and exersiced in recent times. Both Buhari and Tam David West have one thing in common, and it is whitewashing the histories of their masters. What has this clique got to hide? Does the average Nigerian who refuses to read know that during Abacha's regime, with Buhari at the head of the PTF racket; the refineries were deliberately run down and monies for their turn around maintainance routinely vanished into thin air? But wait for the cracker! At the time this lot were running down our local rineries, Abacha actually used FG funds to build a personal refinery in Sierra Leone, so he and his cronies could milk the nation dry as a fuel importers! That refinery was aqcuired through the vehicles, Integrated Investment Trust Limited and Nasimatume Investments Limited jointly owned by Abacha and his National Security Adviser, Ismaila Gwarzo. Needless to say, the Abacha refinery in Sierra Leone is now cobwebbed. Many of our ex-generals are in similar rackets, they destroy the refineries at home, while having shares or ownership of refineries abroad to milk the nation dry. |

Ola one:The importers cannot be named, because they are not acting against the law; and that is the key. The most important thing each of us should understand is that these people have written their activities to defraud the nation to untold scales into the law. The only way to get rid of them is to dump the entire subsidy game. These guys really have Nigeria in a bind. They are ex-heads of state, ex-ministers, ex-generals, ex-oil ministers, ex-NNPC bosses; the owners of Nigeria and they can marshall fearsome economic clout at the snap of a finger. If you really think Dangote is the richest Nigerian, think again. |

hsadiq:I haven't done Office programming in years now, but the most useful trick you can employ for MS Word is HTML coding. Its much easier than the Word syntax and Word understands it perfectly. Give it a shot. For mail merge though, I would write my own app, its not worth the trouble you are getting from Word, especially as all your data is in a database outside of Word. |
Our new foreign policy targetted at trade is showing early promise of yeilding good results for our development. I'm happy at the solid minerals thrust Nigeria has at CHOGM. It means that for once, the trip was actually planned, with set goal and targets to be acheived. Nice. |
Nigeria wins pact for bilateral trade council by: Amanda O'Brien From:The Australian October 29, 201112:00AM NIGERIA'S huge presence at CHOGM has paid off handsomely, with Julia Gillard announcing plans to strengthen ties with the African nation by creating a bilateral trade council. The 120-strong Nigerian delegation -- one of the biggest at the meeting -- has been promoting the nation's mining and investment opportunities all week, touting for investors and miners to help unlock its mineral wealth. After meetings between Ms Gillard and Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, Trade Minister Craig Emerson and his Nigerian counterpart, Olusegun Aganga, it was agreed to establish an Australia-Nigeria Trade and Investment Council, with a charter to identify and develop new business opportunities. Dr Emerson told The Weekend Australian the relationship was "still embryonic" but there was great scope for both countries to increase their links. The council would open doors for Australian companies interested in doing business in Nigeria, and vice versa. "Basically, it's about Australia stepping up its engagement with Africa, and particularly with this large and rapidly growing African nation," he said. The two trade ministers will be patrons of the council, giving it added influence. With Nigeria keen to get coal, iron ore, gold and other mining growing, Dr Emerson said it made sense for Australia, with its mining expertise, to work with the nation. Nigeria is Australia's second-largest trading partner in Africa, but the relationship is built on oil. Australia imported $1.3 billion worth of Nigerian oil last year, but little else. Nigeria imports goods worth less than $40m a year from Australia, mainly plastics. The council will be co-chaired by First Charnock Australia chief executive Hugh Morgan and Diamond Group advisory board chairman Pascal Dozie, with secretariats in Perth and Lagos. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/national-affairs/nigeria-wins-pact-for-bilateral-trade-council/story-fnapmixa-1226179985695 |
^ The commentators said the yellows disappeared from the computer display, which means they went off on Lewis steering as well. The guys waving manually on the track continued after computers had switched the yellows off and despite the fact that greens were also being waved. |
revomind:Nah, he will get his allocations. But he will also get extra "attention," I'm sure; both in Osun and Lagos where he lives. He who pays the piper, plays the tune. The man is funny. |
Dem don remove my post again! ![]() |
What were busloads of aluta singing thugs going to do in Abuja anyway? Especially in this days of boko haram? The police profiled them and locked them up, only for Aregbesola to seek the corrupt outlet by calling the IG. The IG surely does not man the police station where the Aregbe's thugs were locked up, therefore calling him displays a willingness to bend the rules and break the law. There is no reason outside of corruption to call up the IG because someone or a rowdy group was arrested; any upright citizen (talkless of a leader who should show example) would have approached the police station in question and quietly dealt with issues there; but not Aregbesola, he feels that when the police arrest his aluta singers, the best thing is to insult the President and by extension the entire country, its laws and standards of morality and decorum. Aregbesola's whole attitude reeks of someone who feels he is above the law, a brigand who is a willing tool for moral arson. Why would a financially stressed state like Osun send busloads of aluta howlers on questionable missions to Abuja? That surely can't be the best use for the states meagre (or non-existent) resources. Aregbesola is an embarrassment to the nation and to Osun. |
Anvaller:Aregbesola has already slapped Fashola who is the only gentleman in ACN, plus the poor man is is always hounded with threats of impeachment (and God knows what else) from the crude powers that be in ACN; so we know he won't be missed. It is impossible to place Fashola in the same bracket as thugs that readily display a brazen animal instinct such as Tinubu, Lai Mohammed and Aregbesola. Olorun ma je. |
^ You have a way of sounding as primitive as Aregbesola. Are you his son? ![]() edicolove: I feel sorry for all of you defending this guy. You want to play hard ball with the president of Nigeria and your state contributes nothing to the federation and you are already bankrupt? This is the dumbest move I have ever seen. If this guy was a manager in my company, he would be fired immediately because he sure is going to run the company down. In this case, he will run the state down. Now there is a ban on foreign loans. Let us see how he will survive. We are watching,Maybe he has plans to borrow money from Lagos where he lives, or more to his character, engage in thuggery (maybe even armed robbery) to pay salaries. Anyways, I expect the slaps to flow freely in Osun in the next few weeks as frustration deepens. I really feel sorry for Osun, a state so blessed with culture and history, the great Ife of old, to be punished with a governor who views his office with such disdain that he lives elsewhere; all that would be bad enough without adding that he tells high stories, violently slaps any dissenters, does fuckall and exhibits subhuman characteristics. All hail RASCALS! ![]() |
All hail AregbeRASCAL!!!! Its hard to find a bigger dunce on the political terrain. The man thinlks being governor is the same as chasing buses in the motorpark! Nobody can blame him though, its quite possible he forgot his oath of office in Lagos where he lives. Imagine running a state that can barely breath and then challenging the source of oxygen to a battle? Does the man smoke wee-wee? |
I'm watching 1st practise and loving the the Buddh International Circuit. It must be the widest ever F1 circuit, so there should be plenty scope for overtaking. Its really dusty though. |
A very dangerous suggestion it is. |
^ The salaries of NASS members is the biggest single drain on the economy and they are an independent wing of govt thats so powerful, nothing can be done about it. By the way, werin de wrong wit merging wit Zamfara? ![]() |
