Dude, those are easily verifiable facts. In fact, some litterature on the pollution in the ND will pretty much shock the beard off your chin. There are many foreign agencies that have almost expressed shock that Nigeria is still one with such treatment; but we are not impatient Westerners; Nigerians are resilient and long suffering. Maybe thats the reason why the likes of krendo ooze through cracks in the sewer to spew garbage and idiocy.

So you are now more concerned about who represents ND people than ND people themselves? shocked
What a parasite! The Niger Delta struggle is 70% won, so die if you like.

I advice you to think more about the criminals in Zamfara whose activities have led to the deaths of 100's of kids in the "Zamfara struggle."
I will also advice you to concern yourself more with the welfare of your 60 year old neighbours 13 year old wife.

If I recall clearly, you were the first to throw insults on another thread, asking if ND peoples fathers planted oil. Have you forgotten so quickly? Funny guy.

Imagine a fool talking about his "points!!!!!" Wonders!

I wonder why you aren't concerned about the deaths of kids in Zamfara from illegal gold mining? In fact its shocking, those people are quite close to you (thats if you arent from Zamfara). Why ain't you concerned that they are digging up government gold? Why ain't you concerned about the "Zamfara struggle" and how it must stop?
Somehow, your neck has elongated beyond Lokoja to the ND, because oil has been mentioned. Fcking parasite.

You mention Edwin Clarke, Ibori, Odili, Godsday Orubebe, Timi Alaibe as militants? I pity you, Ibori and Odili are criminals, the others you have mentioned because you are a fcked up, immoral, parasitic tribalist.

are those the contents of the constitution you read?

we don't need a rocket scientist to tell us why there is chaos and confusion in Niger delta.

you dont even know what ND means. are there no states in SE and SW also in ND?

ignorant fool, I challenge you to produce any law supporting your claim.
As usual, you air your arse through your mouth. Has it occurred to your foolish self that the root of ND agitations is exploitative laws? Have you asked yourself why your parasitic generals changed the law from the equitable rules that governed cocoa and groundnuts to statutes of enslavement when it came to the ND and oil? I would have discussed the petroleum act and land use decree that appropriates ND land and waters, but your IQ and lack of morality are obvious impediments.

If your counter to the human rights violations in my first post is the constitution handed down by parasites, then your morality is beyond the pale.

Why are you so content to remain a fcking parasite anyway? Its so remniscent of Boko haram.

As far as I know, just two ND people have attempted to rectify your anal logic here. A lot of the respondents are from the SW, SE and possibly even parts of the North.
When will you buy a hyena and make money from your foolishness? Another foolish trade you could learn, is the squeaking eye cutting / belly cutting trick.

Dan daudu.

The one thing I can observe is that your veil of foolishness blinded you to my first post which gives the reasons why ND people are up in arms; instead you are idioticaly quoting excerpts of the costitution that have no bearing on the issues I raised, but whats to be expected from an immoral, parasitic fool?

My reserved apologies.
When people from the core North learn to view all Nigerians equally, then such suspisions will dry up. Right now, it is natural to be suspisious of dirty political tricks, because core Northern leaders have promised to make Nigeria ungovernable if they don't get the presidency.

There is no such thing as the best programming language.

You have to choose the programming language you think your brain can handle.

A programming language is as powerful as the writer. The power is in your hands
Unfortunately, there is.
Some programming languages have more features than others, are better at math, are faster and at the same time are easier to write.
D is better than C.
C# is better than VB and Java.
Everything is better than Brainfuck (yes its a programming language) http://www.muppetlabs.com/~breadbox/bf/

My own Brainfuck programs: an 822-byte quine, and factor, a program that factors arbitrarily large integers in an arbitrarly large amount of time -- and what may have been, at the time that I wrote it, the largest Brainfuck program in existence
http://www.muppetlabs.com/~breadbox/bf/

In my opinion, the best web language is C#, which for practical reasons (decimal handling being number one), has become the defacto language for financial sysytems.

I am building something similar in ASP.NET (C#). The database, sprocs, business layer and data access layer have been built. I only have the pages to go (I'll be generating most of them). Its an independent module thats part of a larger project at www.afroScienceCommunity.com

I'm in two minds whether to make the social networking module open source or sell it.

Navy arrests suspected militants in Lagos
By Patience Ogbo
November 3, 2010 07:16AM

Eighteen suspected militants have been arrested by the Nigerian Navy near the Atlas Cove Jetty belonging to the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation at Apapa.

The suspected militants were paraded at the naval base at Apapa by the Flag Officer Commanding, Western Navy Command, E.O Ogbor. He said the vigilance of the naval officers led to the arrest of the suspects. “A patrol team of the Nigeria Navy, drawn from NNS BEECROTF Naval Base, spotted and arrested some militants and pipeline vandals at Takwa Bay near the NNPC Atlas Cove facility,” he said. “They were in a speed boat, tied their trade mark red headbands and were chanting war songs. However, upon interrogation, some of them, who volunteered to give confessional statements, revealed that they were members of a cult group called Norsemen Club, also known as the Supreme Vikings.”

Not guilty

The suspects, however, said they were not militants. “We are not members of MEND and we are not Niger Delta militants,” said one of them, who spoke on condition of anonymity. “We belong to a cult known as the Supreme Vikings. We were ‘sailing’ as is the custom of the cult to familiarise ourselves with the water, so that was how we sailed to Lagos as part of our training. The only thing I was told was that we, the newly initiated members, were going on a trip on the sea to get acclimatised, learn signs and songs of the confraternity and become ‘hard men.’ It was in the process that we were arrested by the Navy.” According the Mr Ogbor, the suspects have since been handed over to the police for prosecution. When contacted, the force spokesperson, Frank Mba, said he was yet to be briefed on the incident.

Last year, the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Atlas Cove facility in Apapa was blown by suspected members of the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND). A naval officer, Kolawole Awe, and three naval ratings were killed during that attack, while oil pipelines at the jetty were destroyed. This arrest is also coming barely one week after security operatives seized 13 containers of arms and ammunition at the AP Moller Terminal, Apapa Port.

what away to try and bring discord to the south. why would they want to blow up atlas cove again? And when was the last time the authorities have ever captured fully armed militants on a speed boat? And on top of that, NO GUN BATTLE! lol(I laugh in japanese). LIARS!
Exactly! Its so funny that sons and daughters of the ND sail past Ojo military cantonement, singing war songs. every ND person knows that sound travels extremely far on water, so they wouldn't be singing past a military barracks; you can hear the slightest sound from miles away. Why would anybody be singing war songs while trying to light up a high profile target like Atlas Cove?
Abeg, they should check them well, one or two might just be aboki.

Oil belongs to no one. Oil belongs to Nigeria

Nigeria has a large and commercial deposit of uranium which is in my area. It belongs to the country as well and not to some fool not willing to work hard to find food for themselves rather they take up arms against the state to reap where they did not sow.

The Niger Delta is the:
[li]Is one of the Worlds most polluted places[/li]
[li]Worlds most polluted wetlands[/li]
[li]Worlds most polluted oil producing area[/li]
[li]Cancerous diseases are rampant in the ND due to pollution[/li]
[li]Respiratory diseases are rampant in the ND due to pollution[/li]
[li]Plant and animals have been wiped out in the ND due to pollution[/li]
[li]Farmlands and fishing waters are unproductive in the ND due to pollution[/li]

A very heavy price in blood, health and lives has been paid by ND people because of fcked up demons and parasites that cannot do a days's job outside an FG office.
Every Nigerian except the core Northerner is thoroughly ashamed of what is going on in the ND.

YES THERE IS NEED TO COMPENSATE THOSE WHO IMMEDIATE SURROUNDING ARE BEING DESTROYED DUE TO EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES

If not for Obj, the argument about who is Niger Deltan would not exist. Obj took a political action to dilute the agitation from the ND that was only increasing in tempo as the massacres of ND people increased; he simply lumped all oil producing areas together. Again, this brings us to the purpose of the topic, which is that, Nigeria was built for minorities to always be load cariers and have zero say in the country.
Nigeria has a pyramid structure with the northern cabals on top, Igbo and Yoruba at loggerheads (with the SE marginalised), minorities and almajiri's at the very bottom.

By geography, the Niger Delta consists of Bayelsa, Delta, and Rivers States.

Obasanjo widened it to include Ondo, Edo, Abia, Imo, Akwa-Ibom and Cross River State. None of which is in the geographical Niger Delta.
