Oh dear, so so sorry for what you are going through but you can't serve God and Satan together, it's just not possible! You either follow none or you follow one. You can't pray and fast then go seek the devil's help, it's not done this way please, you need to seek God genuinely and make Him understand you have no one except Him. He is the only one who can help you, trust no doctor, no human or spirit can help you, just God. Give your life completely to Him and watch Him change your story, seek Him only Genuinely this is very important, no side charms please, just God alone and your problem is solved, I'm talking from experience please.

Can see more people have Trust & Faith in EFCC than they do with the Police, well the Truth is they are all same.
The Police force has both Corrupt and Honest Officials. It's same with the EFCC and every other Body.

Funny enough, the Military has got the worst form of Corruption BUT since they don't Interface often with the Public and aren't closer to the People, Most think they are better.

By the way, EFCC was formed out of the Police force.

They easily could even use Lawyers (because they know You Guys would easily Listen to a Lawyer) parading as being on your sides to Turn things around.

To best of ma knowledge, this issue has got no business with Military or Police. The ICPC and EFCC are the Ones who should be handling this issue.

EFCC has been known to often Loose cases with PoliThiefCians (especially those with Deep pockets) BUT wins cases against Those with Shallow pockets (e.g Yahoo Boys, Company managers, Petty Frauds, etc).

If this Una fraudsters get sense, na to spend a Percentage of the Loot to Lawyer up and wet the ground enough it's slippery to continue. Let's hope they never succeed.

The matter Don tire me sef.... EFCC gave us 1month before our petition can be approved, little by little this case is dying slowly, and we are all starting to look else where to get another money for accommodation. It's very sad this happened, I could have escaped it but God knows best. This has really affected so many things I can't discuss here.

Bro, you don't understand this. First, I am very much in my youthful age.

These guys work with the police and courts. He was the one that submitted himself to the police, with claims that his life is under threat. The day we discovered we were scammed, Some guys wanted to raze the building. Police came and ordered us out of there. Many of us has been arrested on several cases for being violent about a case still in court. A lot of efforts has been made. I can't say much here.

I just pity the current occupants of those flats because I heard that they are constantly being robbed. Some of us believe that the current occupants know about the scam, because they packed into the house in the night. So, maybe they believe if they can't get to the Alhaji, they can get to the occupants.

Definitely the same Alhaji, as the current occupants packed in the night.


Well, nothing has been done but still trying to find other alternatives by looking for money, but it hurts that one man just took off with our hard earned money.

I know my fears now... I am in a very competitive place and the cost of new worker (training, mistakes, customer service etc) that's my fear... So what I will do is to get new workers, train them and make them learn while those ones are still there and once their attitude start, no fear of replacement...

I do all that... I you visit, you won't be able to tell who is staff or owner, they set target themselves and I give them commission every Monday but still that Nigerian working attitude is still there...

Resuming late, attitude to customers, cheating customer (I hate that so much) many have suggested that I should fine them but at the end of the month I find it hard to deduct their money, I end up paying in full.. so the attitude continues, like boss will understand...

It's really hard for me to decide... I suspended 1 recently for one week the attitude is still there when he resume... So right now, I am thinking of firing all and bring new hands but my humanity is saying otherwise as I am the pillar of some... Firing them means they will drop out of school, now I am really confused

Awwwwwwwwh this is sad... I feel your pain really. I'm sorry you are going through all these even though you try your best to please them. I understand how difficult it is to take decisions about firing or deducting from their salaries, tough one... trust me. But you have to set rules, probably hold a meeting with them and make them understand you can't tolerate all their non-challant attitudes anymore, and if they don't cooperate, they are off.

Most Nigerian employers do not understand this, they treat their staff like slaves. At my place of work, my boss treats us so well, so we wouldn't even think of stealing or commiting any crime against the company, they value their staff so much!
They Share ideas, open to suggestions and very understanding / considerate.
