yes, even People were healed by Peter's shadow.But should we now be standing behind people's shadows so that we can be made whole.If an apron was used, am sure they didn't sell it for Money.It was a specific incident where that was used for healing.So people coming out and telling us that they were given faith bracelets to take home or bottles of anointing oil to be applying for whatever reason, it honestly baffles me.The Bible is clear that faith comes by hearing and hearing what? The word of God.Not by wearing some bracelets.Also, the Bible in the Old Testament and also in the book of James is very clear about the use of anointing oil.It's used to ordain or set apart such as ordaining priests or kings and if anyone is sick is used to pray for the sick.Anointing oil is not for selling and telling people to apply every morning for one month and their problems will go away.It's not religious activities that deliver people, it's faith in God.Light and darkness have no fellowship.If you are a true believer and are truly following Jesus, the demons will have no business taking residence in your body.

Yes I agree that they were fake.As a matter of fact they said,Paul we know & Jesus we know but who are you? and I asked who is TB Joshua, I mean the man behind the mask? Who is the man of God again? It depends which God we are talking about.The God of the Bible is called in the Bible "a swift witness against the oppressor". If there's any oppression involved and people are crying daily for justice, may God make haste to vindicate them against the oppressor.

Take it or leave it, it will shock the world when God's prophet eventually comes out. Even in his absence from service, millions of people are trooping to the church everyday from all over the world. What does that tell you? The anointing in him cannot be intimidated. I hate it when people sit in the comfort of their homes and slander people unnecessarily. never say what you don't know unless you're very sure of it.

who is he hiding from , you? or the government. he hasn't come out in the pulpit to preach doesn't mean he's hiding in mexico. presently I'm at the SCOAN, and yes I saw him on Sunday(2 days ago). he comes out after service to meet with and pray for some foreigners and a few Nigerians too. he each gave us free "faith bracelets" and anointing water.

He gave you what say it again please? all these paraphanelia that pastors give people in the name if miracle , healing, protection etc.It leaves me wondering how different these churches are from those who practice voodoo.The voodoo people carry charms and other witchcraft materials.When you go around carrying water, bracelets or the anointing oil, are you any better?The woman with the issue of blood was healed through faith, the servant of the roman centurion was healed through faith.I am yet to read a scripture where Jesus gave people things to carry around.Study your Bibles like the Berean Christians & test pastoral teachings according to the scripture.Then, you'll not be tossed about by every wind of doctrine!

I have gotten to a point in my Faith walk where am no longer excited by prophecies, signs & wonders.I've come to a point where I desire to be like the Berean Christians, who after Paul had preached to them , went back & studied the scripture to see if it was so. I am no longer waiting for a new prophet to come to town or for a pastor to spoon feed me.I want to know God for myself & not rely on other people's knowledge of Him.

Over the weekend, I was privy to a Demon-Exorcism or Spiritual Deliverance at the house of my pious Christian neighbor clarified.

What was interesting is that for the first time, The only Muslim among 6 flats of Christian folks concurred with the other Christians on what was taking place before me. I was not aware that Muslims believed in demon-possession/removal.

A young girl (Housemaid) resumed at her employer's house and as I understand, needed to go through some purification process after having passed the compulsory Health tests. She was interviewed by a Man of God.. Who was the Pastor of my neighbour's Church. (I won't mention it here)

The pastor through the "Eyes of the Spirit" determined she was possessed of a "latent war demon" who's appointed duty is to work at a location until such a time when he/she will be called upon to execute some agreed script by his/her Demon taskmasters. I was totally in awe of the Pastor's depth of knowledge and experience about Demons and Demon-possession.

The reason I was called to this session apparently is that every tenant needs to know any new house-help getting hired so everyone is in agreement and there is no confusion as to the house-helps, Character, Spiritual and Mental stability. all this i sort of agreed with until the "Spiritual Deliverance" commenced.

To cut the story short, the girl probably no older than 15 was delivered of 5 specific spirits (Frustration, Poverty, Fornication, Stealing and Stubbornness) and one demon (War Demon) after almost 30 minutes of vomiting and spitting. As i learned; she will be taken to Church to rest as part of a recovery process to totally cleanse her of all remnants of the Devil's work.

As i am planning on hiring a house-help in the very near future. I am disturbed by what I saw and wanted to find out from our Religious experts on Demonology answers to the following:

1: How can you tell a person is possessed by specific Evil Spirits and Demons?

2: Are Spirits different from Demons?

3: Are Spirits and Demons limited by the Intellectual Maturity or Physical Disabilities of the person they possess? are demons as dumb as the people they possess

I may have my notions about demons but they are no where near the experience I had this weekend.

So people please help me understand.

OP if I tell you my opinion I know that I'll make a lot of enemies on religious grounds.Nonetheless,I will give my opinion & as my grandma would say,chew the meat & throw away the bone.Take what's of benefit you & trash what you may consider not so important. The Bible says that without faith,it is impossible to please God.What we need is faith.The disciples of Jesus went to Him & said "Lord, the demons are subject to us in your name." Jesus said to them,Iam glad for you that these things are happening. Leave alone the demons,I beheld satan as he was thrown out from heaven. JESUS THEN TOLD HIS DISCIPLES, " LET THAT NOT BE YOUR CHIEF JOY THAT YOU CAST OUT DEMONS,BUT LET YOUR CHIEF JOY BE ONE, THAT YOUR NAME APPEARS IN THE LAMB'S BOOK OF LIFE." Satan was already defeated after Christ died & rose from the grave.It is not our job as Christians to be naming the different hierarchies of demonic kingdoms or sweating for hours in the name of driving out demons.We have a name that's above every other, Jesus. At the mention of his name ,every knee bows. What you see in churches today is actors, acting a script.They'll play theatricals & make you believe that you are delivered. God is the deliverer & not some pastor. When Jesus approached a mad man, the demons began to scream & say leave us alone.They asked Jesus not to drive them away & they were sent to the pigs. What am saying is that light & darkness have no fellowship.When the presence of God enters a place,every demonic spirit flees. When you are filled with the spirit of God,evil spirits cannot take residence in you.
