Good morning great minds.

Is there a possibility of reassessing with AIM as engineering manager?

Regards.
You have been advised to rewrite your CDR for professional engineer. It is easier to get positive assessment as a professional engineer than an engineering manager. You will need more than 5 years of experience and proof of being in a managerial position. Not just managing labourers or artisans.

@Mumzt,

Technicians are those with diploma qualification while professional engineer has a Bachelor degree.

For faster invitation, some do assess as technicians. Once you arrive, you can practice as an engineer. However, depending on what you are doing, you may still end up doing a qualification assessment with EA especially if you want to become a "consultant engineer".

My friend has worked in a private secondary school for almost 5 years now, her salary has always been handed to her, so no bank record of salary and no pay slip to reflect. Please how can she go about this while applying for PR. She wants to apply as an English teacher.
Why can't your friend ask herself?

Does your friend have a qualification in education?

Hello, please I purchased this bundle but it's not letting me call Australia. Called MTN call centre severally but they were of no help. Have u used it before? it's actually calling the US, but Australia keep giving me the low/insufficient balance response.
The best time for you to call is now.

You can download rebtel on playstore, load $5-10 credit. It should be enough.

please guys in WA. Which of these areas have the cheapest and very good housing; Joondalup, Midland or Leederville.

By very good I mean size and neatness

thanks
I don't live in WA but I understand the housing market there. You will find'relatively' cheap accommodation in any of those suburbs. By that means your definition of cheap. Accommodation is not expensive in WA compared to other cities.

You can even get a cheap place in St James which is only about 18mins to the CBD.

To assess the market, go to www.realestate.com.au choose rent and put each of those suburbs to compare.

Baba, Them said..do not bother to apply.
Who said do not bother to apply?

Many asked them questions and their answer was straight.
I don't really understand your drift. Who asked who question and where can the questions be read?

The same news has now turn up on the Anzscosearch site .
I no dey joke. Those questions thrown at them and their response was what made me to believe them.

There would be no more I.V until January and those that applied earlier might be considered. (Few %) "myTake ".
do you mean no invitation for flagged occupations? I don't think so. However, if you mean no invitation for occupations that their quota have been exhausted, that is believable. Irrespective of where you read news or information from, the only credible information is what is available on DIBP website.

All those qualifications that I listed cannot be taken in No More. They're having serious problems. Believe.
Can you explain the problems they are having? Thanks
Travel › Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong(op): 1:23am On Nov 01, 2017
@Rinzylee,

Irrespective of licensing requirements, what DIBP need for invitation is a positive outcome of your skills from the assessing body stating that you have been assessed positively for migration purpose. Once you can get that, you have no issues with DIBP as per licensing requirements.

What you need to ask your assessing body is if the assessment will be suitable for migration purpose.
Travel › Re: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by bellong(op): 10:35pm On Oct 31, 2017
@Rinzylee,

What is the question?

The only DIBP contact I know is what is available on their website.

@Staugustine2013,

A flagged occupation is only a warning, to those who want to nominate the occupation, to be quick with whatever they intend doing and not waste time.

The fact an occupation is flagged doesn't mean it will be removed immediately or the next financial year. Accountant has been flagged for a long time, yet it has not been removed.

For those whose occupations are flagged, what you have to do, do it quick.

Thanks for your response.
Wifey has HND-estate management
My MBA is awaiting senate approval since forever.
She's got 30 points for age
While mine is 25points.
But she s into fashion designing.
The occupation an estate management professional can nominate on the list is a skill level 1 occupation. It means, you must have a bachelor degree to get a positive assessment.

For you, except you have proven record of tasks or jobs you have carried out in your company as an architectural draftsperson, that is when you can get a positive assessment.

Alternatively, you can assess as a customer service manager with your banking experience. You may get in touch with Koleefem05 to guide you on formatting your reference letter for Vetasses, if you are taking this option.

I am trying to get 20pts in English so it will be 189. If otherwise it will be 489. Agricultural consultant.
I think you should do everything possible to get 20 points from English. It is not worth coming with 489 to SA unless you have a lot of money.

My school is Flinders University at Adelaide
You will pay school fees. About $4500/year the last I know.

If you are coming on student visa, why not go to state that will be cheaper for you and one you can easily get a job to do.

Forget about South Australia. Of course, if God specifically asked you to choose SA, so be it.

Good morning house, Please are kids of international students allowed to go to public schools without paying school fees.
Each state has her policy about children of international students. In South Australia, schools are not free for children of international students. In some states, if you are on a research visa, schools are free for your kids.

good day everyone, please what's the procedure of getting an humanitarian visa, my brother was told to get one for the processing of his admission.
Read the student thread for student visa. It was clearly written on opening page that this thread is not for visa enquiry.

Meanwhile, who is asking him to get humanitarian visa for admission?

Humanitarian visa is for genuine refugees.
