@Sunkee28,

Your assessment will be based on both.

Check the SOL and CSOL list to see a closely matches computer related occupation for your skill. You can go ahead to check ACS website for the process

It is because either we don't have bullying at work place in our labour law or it is not enforced.

A lot of superiors in the country believe that they being the superior officers entitle them to act insanely to their subordinates. Until we have a law that can check all these idiotic bosses, I am afraid it wouldn't reduce but increase. One of my friends' boss was always in the habit of abusing him and top it with threat of initiating his dismissal. It is usually for petty reasons.

I once this domineering director that wanted to bully me. It was at the monthly staff meeting with junior staff. I raised a valid observation, because the woman failed in her role and in a bid to look good and make me stupid, she started to insult me. She has been doing that to other staffs, that was our first altercation. I couldn't stomach the insult and I politely caution her in the presence of all reminding her that she is the director and we look up to her. I prefer being corrected for mistakes than being insulted. She was shocked at my boldness and confidence. Although, she never stopped insulting others but she stopped insulting me.

Since your friend didn't object to it respectfully the first time, the best bet is to find a way of discussing with him after official hours off record. Let him understand that you don't appreciate being insulted.

Since he is the owner of the business, your friend should start planning an exit then give him a full dose of his own medicine.

Debsty,

Pay the application fee then you have access to upload your documents.

Create an HAP ID (search it on their website), take the form you fill from it to Fatayi Williams clinic in Lagos Island (Google will be helpful here). You will be told what needs be done there. You can call them to know the fee if it is for family. The clinic will upload your result.

@Keneth,

Send me a mail... However, if it is about student visa, follow the checklist and you have nothing to worry about.

Keneth,

There is nothing the agent can do to speed up the visa process. It takes about the same time if you apply yourself and if you do through an agent.

For information, read this thread or go to Australian Border Force's website for requirements.

I don't think there should be a restriction or only by invitation. If at any point, anybody believes that the contribution of a lady is offensive or becoming a troll, she is either ignored or her comments hidden.

My opinion.

Thanks for responding, you mean i can not get any part time job while studying or i will be so occupied with studies, or i can not get any work no matter how rough or tough, also i can not work during semester or defere d next semester and work?

Thanks
It is not advisable to bank on wages from part time job to offset your tuition. You run the risk of defaulting your visa conditions.

It doesn't mean you can't get a part time job. At least you should have tuition fee for a year even if you are considering part time job.

^^^^

1. Please don't try this. You should have access to fund for your tuition especially if you are coming to South Australia.

2. SVP is dependent on your school and course. I want to believe most if not all of Adelaide's courses are SVP.

Another reason why some people here better stop being hypocritical and stop acting like promiscuity has no consequences for men or like they are not responsible for fatherless kids and along with it the problems in society. wink

Thanks.
What a sweeping statement...

Fatherless kids whose mothers killed their fathers right?

Or fatherless kids whose mothers denied their fathers access to them with the help of the court to get back at the men for not marrying them?

Or fatherless kids whose source of income of the mothers is alimony?

Stop throwing around the word hypocrisy at every opportunity, it is losing its meaning.

Point out hypocrisy in my comments.

This is only a problem for those with a low self-esteem. Anyone's approval or disapproval does not change the way I feel about myself and that is wonderful.
I want to believe you understood and comprehended before responding to me. And I never asked how you feel about yourself. I believe that is only meant for you not me. Go back to read the genesis of my response to Freecocoa.

How is it your concern or anyone else's on this thread?
It is my concern because you women cry foul when the consequences arise. Secondly, it is a subject of discussion on this thread. Thirdly, it is a FACT not an OPINION. Fourthly, because I care and that makes it my business.

Seriously? I will never understand why there are still abortions in this day and age when we have plenty of contraceptive methods. I will repeat it over and over again. Any woman who doesn't want to become pregnant, does not have to become pregnant. It is extremely easy. The only reasons that there are still unwanted pregnancies are ignorance and carelessness and - I almost forgot - parents who are too ashamed and too inhibited to teach their teenage kids that it is a natural desire that needs to be managed maturely.
You need not understand, those in the situation do. Ignorance and carelessness are not the only reason people get pregnant. Some believe pregnancy will trap the man to marry them. What is a natural desire that needs mature management?

I guess men are immune to STDs. grin
You need to go back to understand in context.

What the heck? You seriously believe that a woman accumulates fluids? shocked shocked
Do you know what it would smell like if your wife accumulated all your sperm over the years? grin grin
You seriously should read over what you wrote. I want to believe you understand sarcasm.

A woman does herself a great favor by staying away from men with such a mentality. A woman should say no when she feels like saying no and not to please anyone else. A woman who says yes to someone she desires, does what pleases her and you and anyone else on this thread have no right to tell her not to enjoy herself.
This doesn't make any sense as it deviates from the context of my comment.

Thanks

Yea right, like that is really obtainable. undecided

I guess you don't know that a guy who's been with many women is seen as badass and a woman who's been with many men, is damaged goods.

Well, Isn't it callous to be inconsiderate?grin
The woman is shamed for several reasons..

Whether we like it or not, women bear most of the bad consequences from premarital sex.

A woman who have had several donors has higher probability of committing at least two abortions. No man wants an empty womb as wife especially if she was the reason for it.

A woman with many men has potential of harbouring deadly STD virus from her "harem" of men to transmit to the husband. Virus can be in a recessive state in women for longer time than men.

A woman with several men has accumulated different fluid being a universal acceptor from universal donor thereby corrupting the diwn below.

A woman with several men is seen as someone who cannot make right decision hence cannot make a good wife. She knows men abhor a lady with many body count, in your language, yet couldn't say NO when approached. Shows the content of her will, thought process and decision making prowess.

I can list many of the reasons but Njoku and TV already explained others.

I agree, but don't you think it's callous of a man, who's been around the block to say he wants a woman with a low body count, and more importantly, believe that a woman who can match his count is not a good wife material?
I'm not in a position to judge that. If he wants one, the woman too has her choice in going for a fresh dude as well.

Do I consider it callous, NO. Maybe inconsiderate

Sweetest must have a new meaning I don't know of. undecided

Does how many partners a man's been with matter when a lady is choosing a husband?
That is the prerogative decision of the woman like man also.

If you want a virgin male, so be it.

The most abused word in the 21st century.... LOVE.

This thread is one of the reasons we have so many fractured, battered and disintegrated homes these days.

Lack of depth from intending couples.

Love has never and can never be equated to butterfly feelings. Until people get that part right, there will always be conflict in decision making and what love is.

Please send me his number.

I will help you put away your misery.

The young man deserves better. Only short sighted people discriminate based on what someone has no control over.

Please tell him you are not interested and he will find his level.

If tomorrow, there is an accident (God forbid), I hope you will have something to glory or boast of when the face is shattered.

In your write up, you didn't state how you are contributing to the union except the free gift of nature you are boasting of.

Don't get me wrong, you are entitled to what you want.

My point is no reason to string the young man along when he is not attractive to you.
