It's normal for your supervisor to make the authorship list. If you are the major contributor and you are placed as the first author, that's fine. And that's credit enough. In the western world, having your supervisor's name on a paper provides an important boost in the publication process, especially if they are good researchers.

You need to be careful about the use of the word intelligent. The American sports media seems to throw around this word a lot. You may want to specify the domain in which you consider him intelligent. Perhaps on basketball? If this is the case, it doesn't mean he makes reasonable points on other matters like on the vaccine for example.

I am not a muslim, so I don't know the tenets of his faith but I can tell you for free that I know muslims who have neither taken this jab nor ever will and they cite relevant portions of their koran.
