I agree with you that there's divorce in traditional marriage too.... but it's less likely than in court wedding. In a court wedding a woman knows on the wedding day she can easily divorce...its like gun control....if guns are made more easily available, you will hv more shootings...

I am sincere in marriage too but I think about divorce just like him....Herr is why:

1. From my own end I can keep to the marriage commitment and I'm sure I'd never leave the wife. I mean what I signed up for for better or worse.

2. But the same cannot be said of ladies who often initiate divorces and separation arbitrarily and selfish....so every man must plan in case the woman decides to act in such a manner....

okay , thanks everybody ... actually my fear is not about who get the highest pay or properties if there's a divorce. The money usually doesnt matter at some point as in the case of bill gate and jeff besos . I don't ever pray for a divorce. But it seems there could only be a thought of divorce if there was a court marriage. I've read stories of couples fight that could have been settled if they had waited for few days, but one party couldn't control the anger and went straight to court and that would be the beginning of the end of the marriage, but if there wasn't a court marriage, even if it takes 1 year for them to realize their mistakes, they could still come back together and continue being husband and wife.

You are right in that court marriage increases the thoughts of divorce in a woman's mind.

Don't do court wedding. Explain to her real love doesn't need to be legally proven and that it's a large administrative overhead

For your information and Incase of next time, there is nothing like people are compatible. No one is compatible with anyone, we are all different and unique in our own ways and can never people compatible. If we are compatible, there won't be need for forgiveness in marriage, compromise, patience, understanding and etc. So let's all remove the idea of compatibility. Marriage is about two different person with the capacity to forgive, understand, compromise, unlearn and learn and any other attributes to put in the effort to make a marriage work. So marriage is not about I am compatible with someone, after all, what is the yardstick you use in measuring your compatibility with some who can change in character, attitude or whatever 5 years into the marriage. The question is that as a man or woman, do you have the qualities and ready to put in the work to sustain a marriage. If not, remain single until you are ready.
