The downside is that there'd be zero ethnic mixing. Students would grow up having difficulty speaking English, and hence finding it difficult to mix with other Nigerians. What about people of other ethnicities in the same town or city. Would they have to be taught in Yoruba too?
No there will be a lot of mixing - i for one want to learn many Nigerian ethnic languages...

Instructional material and qualified teachers were never the problem. I don't know what the man means in his reference to these two factors.

Good. The problem is, how will the government ensure a child from tribe A living in tribe B gets proper lesson on tribe A language? For example, a Yoruba kid in the North learns Yoruba language properly in the North.
Stop always thinking about the obstacles and problems - typical nigerian mentality...

We will make sure that your name remains golden in the new dispensation
Nigerians are uncultured animals....and they see nothing wrong being that way....assassination is what animals and savages do.

This senseless killing MUST stop. People can't be killed just because of political affiliations. Same thing that happened last month in Enugu state and now Kaduna.
People shouldn't die because of politics.

I can see some stupid idiots blaming APC for the killing. If you have the evidence that it is a member of APC that killed her, why no be bold and man enough to go and report at the nearest police station and point out those that were involved and stop acting like a foolish bastard behind the keyboard

Culture › Re: Why Are Nigerians Lawless And What Can Be Done About It? by BigBashiru(op): 11:49am On Nov 29, 2022
Nigeria and Nigerians are not mature for democracy. A method of governance that is based on the civility of the populace to carry out their moral and civic responsibility cannot survive in Nigeria. The ratio of dummies and people who cannot think past their next meal far outnumbers the intelligent and dutiful ones.

What Nigeria needs is a benevolent dictatorship. where corrupt citizens are shot in the public every end of the month and a proper reward system is enthroned for people who work hard, innovate, do well in school, open industries ( not selling stuff) Manufacturing, technology, innovative farming, people who execute contracts with the right quoted materials and give guarantees that it will last as long as it should.

20 years straight of this, the culture of fraud, lawlessness, ritual killing, mediocrity, and stealing will go down significantly, and a new generation that understands that hard work and orderliness is the route to success will take over from these old farts who have robbed this country dry with their crooked fingers.
My brother you made a lot of sense with thtis post....

Too early for them!

Look at the speed at which they change the name Corona Virus to Covid because of La Coruna in Spain. You would expect they had done the same for Monkey Pox because the world has always regard Africans as monkeys.

Anything Africans is not always on the front burner in the global space. And I don't blame them, I blame African leaders.
I will tell you the truth... the regard of africans as monkeys was only so starting about 100-150 years ago and it was devised by the europeans to conquer african minds as part of their colonial projects. prior to that africa was more advanced than western europe....they told lies and falsified african history. why looted arts created by monkeys keep it since february 1897 and refuse to return it. western europeans are the true and actual monkeyssss

The bid by Portugal on this project is significant for those that know history....it means they are continuing to lay claim on Lagos as Portuguese property. Don't forget Portugal gave Lagos its current name. Lagos is a Portuguese word. Portugal navy ships also comes to patrol the waters surrounding Lagos...Lagos internet cables also terminate in Portugal....so they want to create a colonial dependency....

Building of bridge is not an achievement....and there is no need for bridges in Anambra since it's landlocked and there are no islands....

Portugal is a colonizer...why are we giving them a project??

EU Foreign Minister Joseph Borrel said EU is a garden and the rest of the world a jungle - they indirectly saying Africa....why are we giving Portugal a project.

Portugal is a very small country with no construction experience...why are we giving them a project??

Reward for seriousness is not in Nigeria so why should we kill ourselves with some fake seriousness?
Not really... all doctors should be serious which leads to another topic of nigerians constantly excusing inadequacy like you are currently doing but thats topic for another day....

I have been bothered by this for a while I think thats a major reason this country is messed up. There is no concept of seriousness even in workplaces which explains why nigerians hate indian and chinese bosses so much. hate them or love them india and china are industrial powers today due to hardworking and serious personalities.

Why do nigerians think everything is a joke?? If there is a serious event in nigeria within a few hrs you will see memes about it, lots of jokes on nairaland about what requires a serious response - the nigerians are not a serious ppl and this shows in life threatening situations - no one ever takes their job seriously but want to tell the next joke or share "funny memes".

And you want to migrate to countries where the people are more serious minded....mschew....

Woman will play her role in giving birth plus add yours ( apart from others)while u play only yours and dodge ie 2:1... Well done.... You see being responsible as woman pushing burden on u?

I don't envy u, definitely another man will be or soon be playing your role in her life ( lol)as u can't change the natural order of things due to oversabi or laziness... You for just come as woman.

I now see y tongues wag because women like this move on quickly with their lives when their spouses are no more, since they have NO fond memories of them....

Marrying u will be tougher than Nigerians being under APC....

Bye
Giving birth is not a "role". In the olden days women didnt use to go to school, had limited rights etc, today females earn degrees, get good jobs and participate in the economy - this is a good thing because it means she can now provide for herself in marriage....and there is nothing natural in your so called "natural order of things"; between you and me we know it is plain manipulation....

Easy words to use on women: Hoe, Gold diggers.... We are used to it already.... A simp! Very irresponsible.

I don't blame you.... Your background may be affecting you where mama sees dad as Baba omo mi instead of Oko mi.... You don't know the difference....

When u grow up in a dysfunctional home where dad doesn't do his duties to his wife apart from sex, you grow up with such mentality.....Your type should marry from similar backgrounds and not be entangled with people from decent backgrounds with father, mother and children setting, each knowing their roles and mum playing her SUPPORTIVE role to her KING, who pamperd and cares for her and the kids.... So, I can't be forcing what I'm used to on someone who is YAWA....

either u stay single, or marry a YAWA woman like yourself so she can be married to you and still be living like a widow.

If only you understand that women are strong. Women are stronger emotionally more than men. Men are physically strong but emotionally weak.

This is the main reason why you see a lot of married men suffering from HBP. The society keep believing that men are strong and should not complain. They will be saying things like "Why are you complaining, take it as a man naa"
The society is not fair to men.
I agree with you....

To answer your questions, there are both spiritual and even physical implications for bleeping and moving on and that's why it's best to keep onself and get married to someone with a clean history to avoid all sort of contamination from the past!

Women are very calculated beings but they are not logical. I have personally interacted with more than a thousand women both physically and offline and I have observed a pattern though there are few exceptions here and there. In terms of calculation, intuition, speculations they are top notch but they're not logical like men. I hope you understand. grin
So why u come dey recommend to guys to fvuck and move on....

The ladies are logical but maybe not as much as men but they do make logical decisions....
