Pop singer, Davido, welcomed his second daughter, Hailey, in America from his second babymama, Amanda. While it seems like the world is happy for him, there is a particular lady, Ayomide Labinjo, who could not care less about the new addition to his family.

The young lady had accused the singer of impregnating her about three years ago and abandoning his responsibility as a father. Even though Davido has publicly denied the child, Labinjo had since dared him to come out for another DNA test but the singer has refused.

In a chat with Saturday Beats, the young lady said that she is not happy for the singer even though it seems the world is happy for him. She queried why he would take care of his other two children and be a doting father to them but refused to do the same to their alleged child, Mitchell, whom she claims to be his first child.

Our lawyer has sent a letter to Davido’s father since April 20, 2017, we have not got any response till now. I am not happy about this whole situation. Why would I be happy for Davido? He should be taking care of Mitchell the same way he is taking care of Imade and I know how he is going to take good care of this one. What is my own offence?” she queried.

When asked if she does not feel that the way he treats them could be a possible sign that the kid probably does not belong to the singer, she challenged him to have another DNA test.

“What do you mean please? Then why isn’t he coming out for the DNA since he is denying the little girl? Why has his father refused to get back to the lawyer? David is the father of my daughter, at least I was not raped. I know who impregnated me! Besides, if he doesn’t want to go for the DNA, he has siblings. Let them come out or probably go the traditional way to know if she is their daughter or not.

“I don’t know and I don’t care about any ‘Americana;’ all I want is for him to take care of Mitchell. She’s also his daughter and first child for that matter,” she said.

3 children have been rescued, after they were reportedly locked up in a room by their step-mother to starve to death. It is alleged that this occurred after the children's dad, traveled out of the state for an event.

It was gathered that the children regained their freedom, after some neighbours who got to know about the incident rescued them from their step-mother. The Kano State Police Command has already stepped into the case.

A Lady, a 400 level student of Kwara State University has reached out to us to help her post an assault she suffered in the hands a guy identified as Omobolaji Ogundepo (Pictured above, left) popularly known as Bolojay, who apparently, is also a Final Year Student in the same University.

The said lady, pictured below, revealed to us that a friend of Omobolaji named Idrees Sanusi asked her out, but she declined.. Then Omobolaji who had nothing to do with the whole “thing” confronted her, and battered her for not agreeing to date his Friend, Idrees.

The Victim, Identified as Mariam, said she reported to the School’s authority, but nothing was done to salvage the situation, as it is said that Omobolaji has some kind of influence in the school.

An Ikeja High Court was on Thursday thrown into confusion after an unnamed witness slumped and died in the court just before testifying before Justice O.A. Olayinka in a land case.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the deceased, who was in his late 30s, had come court to testify in a land dispute.

“Before the case was called for trial, he started coughing and gasping and had to leave the courtroom.

“He was vomiting a lot of blood and onlookers were scared to go near him.

“He collapsed on the corridors of the courtroom and a medical team came in an ambulance to take body away.

“His lawyer informed Justice Olayinka of his client’s death and she immediately stopped proceedings for the day,” a witness said.

When NAN visited the courtroom, clots of blood were seen on the corridors of the courtroom as well as the blood-stained shirt and leather slippers of the deceased.

A court registrar, who pleaded anonymity, told NAN:“I am not authorised to speak on what happened in this court today, it is only the Chief Registrar that can speak.”

Two months after criticizing the Big Brother Naija show, Delta state Governor Okowa's aide was spotted chilling with the winner of the show, Efe Ejemba in Asaba. Ovie Success Ossai who blasted BBNaija in an interview, said it’s shameful to win prizes from amorous and indecent actions.

Ossai told NAIJ.com in Asaba that: "Since BBNAIJA came into the scene after some years, it has influenced Nigerians very negatively most especially the Nigerian youths on immoral relationships.”

The young lady, identified as Miss Boma Mac-people is reportedly on the run after stabbing her boyfriend, Junior Oko-Jaja to death in Opobo Town, Rivers state.

According to reports, Junior inflicted injury on his said girlfriend, Boma with a bottle after they had an argument on May 8th and went into hiding.

Miss Boma, on the same day, declared him wanted in a post on facebook.

It's alleged that Boma found Junior later and retaliated 'with the same bottle' which cost him serious bleeding that lead to his death.

In a statement Sunday night, the Pentagon confirmed the death of Abdul Haseeb Logari. At the time of the raid officials said they thought Logari had been killed, but were not certain.

U.S. officials said Logari was among several high-ranking Islamic State in Afghanistan leaders who died in the April 27 raid. It was carried out by Afghan Special Security Forces in partnership with U.S. forces.

The Pentagon says Logari directed the March 8 attack against Kabul National Military Hospital, which killed or wounded more than 100 people.

The raid targeted a compound in eastern Afghanistan. Two U.S. Army Rangers were killed by what officials believe was friendly fire.

According to an online report, the 'Yahoo boys' have created Facebook accounts with the pictures of the Nigerian politicians (mostly from Imo state) under the name of HENRY JAMES as well as forged international passports and driver's license under same name to scam people.

Former Imo state governor; Ikedi Ohakim, Imo Deputy Governor; Eze Madumere, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu; Imo State Chief of Staff and others are among politicians whose profiles have been used by the fraudsters.
