This market is dislocated o. MTN is adding to the fall.
Fidelity with their good result is still falling.
buttresses the fact that there are other drivers apart from fundamentals

The signs for a bullish ride is firmly there. Hence my call.

So since Bubu is there for 4 years, we will have 4 years of bear? grin grin

What happened in 2017 - 2018when Bubu was still at the helms? grin

The analyst view isn't logical anyway.

Once there is bull, hope the market will still remember that Bubu is still the president? grin
In my opinion the prevailing climate will be predominantly bearish.

Still looking at the market. Won't discount a sharp rebound from here and a decapitation!
so probability is no longer 1?

even the most seasoned analysts in saner climes never analyse/ predict the market with any certainty. Never mind the wuru-wuru wey de happen for our dearly beloved NSE.
The people that move the market did predict a very harsh ride (if bubu emabarked on a 2nd missionary journey)

make we adopt brace position jare

And today is my joyful day because I entered this night bus long ago and the bus just left park today. grin
I do not belive it is going anywhere in a hurry because tomorrow is the closing day, Why would anyone be very desperate to buy after tomorrow? Unless the men in black are plotting to take over?

Yours sincerely only managed to pick up 10 Afolabi units before i maxed out on equity investment allocation.

Any which way, we dey!

After explaining the meaning of Bottom,I now finished them with the following points on why I want my stocks with them to be transferred.

1.You people charge 1.75% on buy and 2.085% on sell but my online broker charges me a total of 1.35% on both.A brokerage fees of 0.75%.

2.It takes you people more than a week to issue me a cheque on sold stock but my money lands in my bank acct on the 3rd day of selling my stock with my online broker.

3.It takes me two days to buy another stock with my sales proceeds but I have access to buy a stock immediately I sell my stock with my online broker.

4.You people always discourage me to use price limit to buy stocks but advices me to place order at best market price but with my online broker,I use price limit to execute trades.

5.You never told me about direct cash settlement but my online broker sent me an email about it.

6.You charge me for every print out I request, but with my online broker,I have access to my accts free of charge.

7.You people buy a stock for me at the highest price and sell at the lowest price but I chose the price to buy or sell with my online broker.

8.You always tell me......Nna, you will get 100% if you buy this stock and I end up selling at loss but with my online broker,I am ok with 10-15% gain or 10-15% stop loss order.

9.With you,I don't know how to cancel a stock I placed order for but with my online broker,at a click of a mouse I am there.

10.With you,no market data and no access to Nse.All these are available with my online broker.

And many more I discussed with them.

Finally,I told them to complete the transfer form immediately.
They were speechless. The only thing they could say is pls you need to complete your KYC with us.

My brother,Analog brokers can frustrate their clients for years without them achieving any dividends of stock market.
Ended a 12yr relationship with an analog broker. Moved to Morgan.
In the process of migrating unitedcapital to Morgan. My last dealing with them was in 2007.

Those guys have special accounts which are not domiciled with any Stockbroker, but with CSCS.
They can decide to choose any Stockbroker whenever they want to trade in their shares.

It costs a token of N5000 only to have a special account.

As per the number of stockbroking accounts, it depends on the investor. I have 4 accounts, FSDH securities, United Capital securities, Investment One and Union Capital market, the accounts are basically for different purposes.

The most important thing is to stick to the strategy that works for you.
@EmmanuelEwumi or anyone indeed

Could you please avail me with the contact of anyone at Ubacapital?

Thank you

I don’t know why folks are looking for multiple stockbrokers, I’ll understand if you’ve been around before the DMA era else there’s no need for multiple accounts especially when Morgan has a clear advantage.

The meristem that I know charges full commission and that would come to 3.75% for a round about trade.

Wale was at the forefront of opposing Adu when he came up with his “crazy” idea of charging a quarter of a percent.
Hangover from the 2007-9 madness!

makes no sense at all (IMHO).

Consolidating my other 2 brokerage accounts to Morgan. (1 done, UBA Capital to go)

I am in total control of buying and selling orders.

If those volumes doesn't push up their share price by end of this week, then there's something else to it.

UPDATED: GTB closed at 29.20. shocked This is expected considering the volume that exchanged hands
Check out the volume on Access the last few days of last week. I believe it did 60m+ on Friday!

Those analogue brokers do person strong thing, no dividend, no capital appreciation Lol
