When I saw the profit warning, I also went into panic mode but I checked on the figures for 2018 and 2017 and Q2 2019. The turnover for the 3 periods are as follows 2.3b, 1.8b, and 1.65b. How they ended up budgeting 2.6b turnover for Q3 was totally ridiculous. As of Nov 2019, the turnover is 1.8b meaning that Q3 2019 may likely end around 1.85b, higher than full year 2017. It must also be stated that the expenses of the coy have gone up and the profit for 2020 Q4 may likely end in a marginal loss or lower profit of 109m declared in full-year 2019. 50kobo will be overkill as UPDC and many other bad stocks are not even selling below N1. If it gets to N1 or below, I will try and buy more. But the price must definitely go lower between now and next week.
My average is currently N2, i'll begin averaging down to the 1.5 region at the slightest sign of overkill.

How many companies listed on NSE issues profit warnings? even the ones on live support!

i was referring to money transfer credit cards at 0% interest for 3 years.
Ex a CC with £20K limit will generally allow you to draw about £18k (90%) with a one off fee of 2.99% (£540).
Do the maths!
Barclays is offering me one at the mo, with 2.99% fee.

You can on Morgan, until 2.28pm.
Ok, I will attempt it later this pm

Market enters imbalance trading period from 2.20pm and you still get to put up buy/sell positions until 2.28pm.

Then the xgen system will match all qualifying orders and do closure by 2.30pm (that's when you see market activity pouring in like water). This is also the period MM decides on where they want prices to be.

I have also noticed that one doesn't have this option on all brokers platform. I might be wrong though.
Definitely not on Morgan iTrade. After 2:19pm Chikena. Though one can still edit orders already entered before this time.

Sir Loco, all 3 stocks; FCMB, FIDELITY, & UACN, have delivered about 30% in the last 3 months. Also, no share price moves in a straight line. Even if a stock will deliver 1000%, it's price will move in a zig zag manner. So all stock prices move "irrationally". Also, when you say "oxygen" , do you mean cash? UACN simply wrote-off a bad debt in UPDC, on which they may still get some cash back. Banks carry NPLs too. Provided current assets can meet liabilities, the company is not a going concern. I own all the 3 stocks, just trying to provide some perspective. All prices are right per time, they are largely influenced by perceptions, speculations.
unless you mean they are going under!

Seplat's been ranging, bought at £2.2 on listing, costs me £5 monthly to maintain my account. I didn't want to commit new funds into the market. Hence the sell.
I could have arbitraged by buying locally and saving N50 per share, but UACN presented more upsides.

My sincere advice, most of the people you see here who claim to use spiritual, sentimental or gut analysis are well grounded in both FA and TA.
Somebody like Agba will use 8 months to study/analyze stocks/market before using gut.

The famous prophet Utuocha of SMN got his fingers burnt severally with his direct vision from heaven in picking stocks tongue grin cheesy

Do your home work and know the reason you are buying a stock.
The same utuocha may have made a killing, buying FO @8 only to see it @300+ about 12months later.

ETI has been enmeshed in one controversy with PIC (one of its majority shareholders) Not sure of the financial state of the coy. They are always turning out fantastic financial print but no cash to back it up and always fond of raising capital as they need it in perpetuity. No dividend now for many years. The rule is if the price no rise at least someone must chop dividends to calm fray nerves.
no dividend, no capital appreciation = run 440 (as we used to say back in the day)
