The fuss here is not his salary account but the domicilliary accounts. The funds in there are more than the CJN could have earned through his salaries and allowances. donttouchme: If his salary from 2008 is N750,000. Calculate N750,000 in a year is N9,000,000. in ten(10) years is N90million. If you add allowances it will be more than N150million. What is wrong with AGF. I dont think he will be stupid enough to receive bribe with his salary account. Who does that. Malami should respect himself |

He's busy forming... He should visit the INEC PVC collection centers and assist thousands collect their cards. Most people he's visiting at home may not have their cards sef. I saw so many of the so-called celebrities cards lying down uncollected and this one is there forming campaigns... Ediot HeWrites: Popular Nigerian musician Bankole Wellington aka Banky W has shown that he is serious about becoming a member the House of Representatives representing Eti-Osa Federal constituency under the Modern Democratic Party (MDP) by going from door-to-door to canvass for votes.
In a video he posted on twitter today, Banky W said nothing is impossible and that he will move from door to door, street to street, markets to mansions, Ajah to Obalende to convince the electorates to vote for him.
Read what he wrote below; "We will go from Door to door, from street to street, from markets to mansions, from Ajah to Obalende.. engaging with everybody. Nothing is impossible. Starting in Eti-Osa, we will fix Nigeria one community at a time."

Do you know how many of such petitions are in the courts but because of the corrupt judiciary, they're being stalled? Until the judicial system is cleansed, no politician would be convicted. Was it not before our very eyes I ori was given a clean slate only to be jailed in the UK for same crime? We need to stop politicizing everything in this country joooooor. Happy Sunday. new2012: Gaduje, no investigation. Fayemu had a petition sent on him, no investigation, Amaechi had petition sent, no investigation, Oshiomoles petition was thrashed. the AGF, no investigation even after whistle blown from global bodies.. Why are they after this man?
First attempt at CCB failed,
if you review my salary account, I can't answer half the questions and I never stole nor am I politically exposed. I can't even remember what the credits and debits in my accounts last year were for.
The first investigation should be how his asset declaration was seen by a third party without court injunction.. First fraud. Secondly, why is the government haunting him. Intentions are key ingredients in court cases. |

Exactly. I suspect that the set of SANs and other lawyers clamoring for the discontinuation of trial might actually be the ones bribing the CJN and are scared of being exposed.... Nigeria Judiciary are wacked StOla: This is very commendable.
Every public servant would soon learn to eschew corruption and bribe collection.
The CJN and his defenders should be ashamed of themselves.
As for the legal cult that consist of the judiciary and the NBA, all Nigerians can now see that those who are of the law, have no single regard for it. Yet they daily make a living by imposing the law on others.
What manner of national legal system will have both the NBA president and the CJN embroiled in allegations of corruption at the same time?
Corruption! How mighty art thee? |

1. Are you an employee? 2. Did you get a letter of introduction from your employer? 3. What is the relationship between you and your invitee? 4. What is your invitee status in the UK? Citizen or Resident? 29 days holiday for an employee or businessman/woman in Nigeria is an over kill considering that most leave days are like 2-3 weeks. You need to provide proof of your relationship with your invitee else they might see you as one looking to abscond during the visit especially if invitee is a citizen or resident. All the best. everyevery: They claimed they could not ascertain the relationship between my invitee and myself. They are not too comfortable with the 29days duration of visit ,saying emphatically it's my first visit. Thanks in anticipation of your quick response ma. |

I agree. For the first time ever I guess we now have candidates cut across various ages so no excuse saying only old candidates were on the ballot rexwalters: Sure how old was Ibori when he attacked the Delta State treasury, politics is a game for everyone young and old, only the lazy minded spectators complain, obasanjo retired from the Nigerian Army at 42 years of age in 1979 after been president for 3 years,he came back 20 years later to rule, same goes for President Buhari.
Young or old a corrupt mind is always a corrupt mind,no body will do anything for the masses and even if you give your best in public service we black men will never appreciate what they don't understand. You can't give what you don't have. |

Who gives a f@ck tho megist80: Nigerian singers Adekunle Gold and Simi tied the knot in a private ceremony about a week ago and now the Adekunle via a letter to Kemi Filani has revealed why they chose to wed in private.
According to the Ire crooner, “This January, before God and our family, we vowed to do this thing called life together. To be honest, it’s easy to get lost in the limelight; so we definitely have a slightly obsessive desire for a private life that belongs to just us.
“We planned on sharing a little bit of the beginning of our forever with you. Thankfully my team got Kudus on our little Island with us to capture some of these moments for you.”Here is ‘Promise’.”

This is not news naaaaau! We all know that to get any good phone for example on Jumia, go when the phone was just released else you get refurbs (if Jumia was appointed the distributor of such device) .
Aside this, Jumia is just a platform for vendors to sell their products and services. What he got was sold to him by one of Jumia's vendors. Unfortunately Jumia does not carry out quality assurance on their vendors to ensure what they post is actually what is available to sell.
Sad! |

He's received order to stay put and balance the accant ochejoseph: The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, on Tuesday said that there would be no change of guard for now.
Imohimi, who had invited the Press on Tuesday to witness the handing- and taking over ceremony between Edgal and the incoming CP, Kayode Egbetokun, said they were about concluding the process when they received a directive from Abuja to suspend the action.
The CP had been redeployed to Abuja, to resume as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Explosive Ordinance Unit at the Force Headquarters, adding that Mr Kayode Egbetokun, had replaced him in acting capacity.
The CP, while addressing the press, in the presence of Mr Kayode Egbetokun, at the Lagos State Police Command’s headquarters, said, “I am sure that you know Mr Kayode Egbetokun, he is an old timer in the command.
“You all know that our first job is about order and direction; we were about concluding the handing and taking over procedure when we were instructed by our bosses from Abuja to suspend action for now. So, there will be no change of guard for now. Of course, we would keep the press briefed about any development.
“But I am happy, humbled that you find it serious enough for you all to come to witness what we are doing here. I consider it an honor.”
