I would advise using these boxes to distribute Internet access for more than 2 devices. It's not robust enough. Try and get a wireless router like Linksys to help u achieve multiple connections.

Service delivery is greatly hampered when using the Swift or Spectranet as your access point.

I assume so since you've tried several time to turn it on. I would advise you leave it turned off for as long as you can. Had same experience with a. Macbook Air. And I was told logic board was burnt. I left it off for like 3 years and when I powered on, it came on again. Might work for you to keep it off for as long as you can and try to dry it in hot sun and rice. Good luck.

Ok, thank you. I called them now, and they said it has a limit of 10 users. So i need to get an external router to connect more users. Its a bit disappointing since on swift the same model of router connects more than 10 users but it's fine.
