hello mamas in the house,
I just had my babies (beautiful girls) two weeks ago but I have inadequate flow of breast milk.
they are on formula currently. I need suggestions on how to aid the flow of breast milk pls.
I am so worried about their health and growth cos the formula makes it difficult for them to poo even after warm water is given to them.
P.S . I eat healthy and on multivitamins as well.

Take a deep breath and don't stress about it.
Always put them to the breast even if it's for 5 mins before they start crying.try to eat a balanced diet,drink lots of water too.there's a supplement for it as well.ask in a reputable pharmacy.
@difficult poo-make sure you are preparing the formula according to the instructions on the can,no jara milk on top.in my own case,my son reacts but his twin sister doesn't.Also give them water at intervals not only when they are having a poo.

I decided to give birth at St Francis in Lynwood but when we shared this with a friend, he warned us that this is gang territory and not safe and that we should stay away from there. I would like to ask anyone familiar with the area to shed some light on this especially the mummies who have given birth there. Pls Sweetuzy01, OMary83, MamaTobenna, Bisoye82 and sppecie what was your experience like? Did you stay near the hospital? Thanks

You are absolutely right.Bro in law actually pulled my ears not to rent an apartment in Lynwood no matter how cheap.the place I stayed in Inglewood, he had to check with his friends and make findings online as well(in terms of security & neighbourhood).

I live in CA. Personally, I would not get an apartment in Lynwood, its very close to Compton, its Palms and Oaks Crips territory and not very safe IMO. But some other people might have a different firsthand experience to share, let them shed more light.

Mr fred into real estate ( my host, i am currently in one of his apartment) was God sent from above. May God reward him richly cos he has been very helpful and kind . I am really feeling at home thou I came all alone.
Ended up with csection cos was not dilating well after induction due long labour and babys heart beat was dropping well le.

Fertilsan M is for men.
Fertil F is for women.I decided to take this as a show of support to my hubby and put my body at a optimum level and I also took it till I was in my 2nd trimester.
ICSI is a form of IVF.

When you say no sperm count,do you mean no sample at all or there's sample but none is alive or abnormal,no motility etc.

Coupled with prayers, Fertilsan M (powder) and Fertilsan F worked for hubby and I last year when we were ready to go for another ICSI but nothing could be done with his sample
Hubby was very sad but after 2 days I research the Internet like crazy,saw the reviews on one male fertility website like that,wasn't discouraged that they don't ship to Nigeria,bought more than enough,he took it for 3 months then we went back to the hospital, got a better sample,proceeded with the ICSI,it was a success (twins).Still have some left sef.
Just want to let everyone know that it works.
