Perimeter wall is also ongoing, we will be taking it up to 12 coaches. We are using 6inches block and will be using the block to brace the wall at 3m intervals to act as columns. This is a cost saving measure once the soil is good.

We are currently testing the eletrical wiring and fittings (switches, sockets, light fittings) to ensure all lights fittings and switches are in sync an ensuring there's no bridging on wires. lafolabi:The one we are using was moulded on request and its N1300/sq.m and I believe that's the prevailing price, but moulding it on request guarantees the quality and strength. |
The size of the septic tank is 11ft x 11ft x 11ft while the soak-away is 5ft x 5ft x 6ft. We used 6inches block for the soak-away and will be using 9inches block for the septic tank. The cost incurred as listed below 1. Digging - N40,000 2. Blockwork, flooring, plastering, reinforced slab cover, columns - N80,000 |

Ikorodu is a good choice if you are ready for the long ride to-and-fro the mainland or you are an entrepreneur. You can get land in Ikorodu between N2million to N10million in good locations that are not too far from the major roads (you can get cheaper in some locations too but they might not be your choice). I know some locations I can ask you to check out which are quite reasonable and have good access roads. Yes, am a architect/builder but am more of an entrepreneur. |
Hello, you can get a plot of land in Surulere with an existing property that you can demolish and build on. Budget between N15million to N25million based on accessibility if Surulere is your thing. Getting a plot of land in an estate on the mainland will not come cheap. If you have another location in mind, let me know. |
Interlocking stone work in progress, they are taking levels and compacting the ground for the sharp sand and dpm. The ground has already been treated with anti-fungi.
|
Baseplate foundation footing for the marquee is also in progress, the consultant contracted for the marquee is a brilliant guy and took his time in making sure all the baseplates align properly before we did the casting.

@drdreluv I will need to see a floor plan atleast, to be able to give you an estimate. Without a floor plan, am either over-quoting for you or under-quoting and that's risky in this construction business. |
