well schools just resumed in Japan for spring so next admission is till fall in September.
The process is difficult because for graduate programs you have to attend an interview in person, so it makes it more difficult for Africans
so the best bet is to apply as a research student ( which is a 6 months pre masters entry program)
so you need to look for a professor whose research is same as your intended aim of study, you write to him while attaching attaching your research proposals and intentions(more diagrams and words ) , degree certificate and any other documents.
if he accepts you into his laboratory , you then can go as a student to his laboratory after which you then attend the interview session 6 months later among a panel of professors.

I saw talking about marry Japanese women on here. If someone already in love with Japanese woman and planning marry with her, I can understand that. But what I saw it on here is like if someone wanna stay in Japan come to student Visa or working Visa, then get(marry) Japanese women. Sounds like not talking about love. I'm very sad.

The work experience I quoted was for 2 years hence no tax certificate but I included pension contributions with PFA reference letter and even general tax receipt by former employer but they are rejecting it

1. have 3 years’ experience as a structural engineer in a company that paid me in cash (no pension, no tax) and one of my career episode is based a project I did while I was in this company. I spoke with my direct supervisor and he said he is willing to give me a reference letter to include all the details required by Engineer Australia. Will this reference letter be sufficient as proof of my employment?

2. I presently work as a Civil/Structural Designer and I would like to be assessed as a professional Structural Engineer. Can I include this present position in my CV?

Note:
a.) The job description is different from that of a structural Engineer but somehow related.
b.) None of my Career Episode is based on my present job.

You will need tax receipts or certificate, reference letter alone not enough.
A structural designer is also an engineer, plus it’s an episode to you been an engineer. Even siwes experience is highly welcomed as long as it proves engineering abilities
