HealthJapan Share Theory As To Why They Have Low CORONA Outbreak by blackbriar(op): 3:52am On May 22, 2020
#korewapendesu #thisisapen is trending on Japanese twitter.

A TV station has shared its theory as to why the corona virus outbreak is low in Japan, causing a s ocial media frenzy amongst foreigners living in Japan.
It will noted that Japan has a low corona outbreak but this is attributed to almost zero testing.
At the beginning of the outbreak, Japan recorded low numbers but as soon as the Tokyo 2020 Olympics slated for June was postponed, case figures increased but testing was still very low and difficult to access.

please enjoy .

Firstnebo:
I sure well know you are not good at international affairs, but incompetence and Donald Trump does not belong in the same sentence.

You hear incompetence because he has had massive, raging opposition from the media, and that's what you are spoon fed.

1) He is no incompetence when he vigorously remade American military after so much neglect by Obama

2) He is not incompetent when he stopped Washington's war on American energy (while overlooking China's massive climate pollution)

3) He is not incompetent when after decades of failed promises from past presidents, he became the only one to move American embassy to Jerusalem

4) He is not incompetent to create a new feature of American military, the Space Force

5) He is not incompetent when he took it upon himself to begin a program that seeks to release thousands of black people in prison for no good reason or for good reasons but for too long behind bars (helping him is Kim Kardashian)

6) He is not incompetent to have created a foreign policy which has done so much to weaken Islamic terrorist groups like Bokoharam, Isis, ISIL, etc. (Obama's foreign policy gave them so much impetus)

7) He is not incompetence to be the first president to not only recognise but stand up to China's American and world manipulation

cool He is not incompetent to be the first American president in recent history to be able to make North Korea friend and curb the threat of accidental nuclear war.

The list goes on. Tell me about incompetence again, you sheep
please what is the duty of space force??

Nope dear, first in Nigeria google it ( first smart building in 9ja)
"The Tower which has added aesthetics to the landscape of Akwa Ibom will run with 24 hours power supply and contains all necessary facilities and equipment of a smart building including: 4 elevators, 2 emergency exit, fire protection sensors and aviation wing"
this is not smart building...these are essential requirements in high rise buildings based on building standards.

Smart building is the classification of all your building elements, and products into a model so that you can control whatever parameter you want from costing to green emission issues or even IOT

The Chinese here are not like the ones in China. The well traveled Chinese, I must say, are not as racist and they’re surprisingly nice. They get down with black culture and even dance to our music in Berlin. They’re also very shy when their English is not so good. If you have them as friends, you can expect some good food.

Also be ready to see things you’ve not seen before. The day my former Chinese flat mate was cooking for the house eh? She cooked rice, beef, with sauce and the smell was so good.
Next thing I know, this girl opened one big bottle of Coca-cola and poured it inside the pot. Whathuh I’ve never seen anyone cook chicken sauce with coke or any soft drink.
I just put my plate back in the shelve and went to my room to sit down.

But the Chinese that own businesses and restaurants are usually the racist and unfriendly ones. They will smile to white people like a donkey and frown when a black person talks to them.
Chinese men have it worse when it comes to dating. People don’t like to date them. But the girls easily have boyfriends. Mostly dominant guys who are looking for slaves are the ones who date Chinese and Vietnamese girls, because they find them easy to control. I really hate when I see that.

Chinese people are also obsessed with white people. Dating a white person is like a huge prize to them. They will do anything to have a white boyfriend. I don’t understand the reasoning behind that.

I personally think the best are the Japanese. They are so lovely and I have no complaints about them, except when they finish your money in restaurants and enjoyment.
but the chinese are prettier than the japanese

Bro am enjoying your writeup so much. I will like to add something about chinese and eastern asians (koreans and japanese) they are very smart and intelligent.
Unlike indians/Pakistani that like to impress lecturers in class by answering questions but when it gets to examination they cannot perform, the Chinese and eastern asians are the exact opposite. They are very calm and humble in the class but when it gets to exams they perform exceptionally well. An exam involving calculations for one hour they finish under 10-15minutes while you are still sweating it out and they get very good grades and they are well respected by europeans.

Also most of the chinese you come across in europe are well loaded. Most of them are studying on scholarship or have very wealthy parents. You will never see them doing hustling jobs like other international students. The first thing most africans coming to study in Europe need is space in their boxes in other to carry as many food stuff as possible. These guys come with only their clothes because they can afford to eat out. There was this chinese guy on my building, he came with his foldable bicycle all the way from china. That was the first time i saw and knew that it was possible to fold a bicycle into the shape of a suitcase. One summer while jumping from one job to the other i saw him fully kitted in his complete cycling gear riding his bicycle just for fun under the sun. i almost weeped. I swear This life nor equal sha
the day i trip , na my chinese classmate, guy said he was bored that day...next day for night i see thr guy for liverpool stadium for uk.....i follow the guy chat to confirm....he said he was bored so he travelled...just like that.

Also be careful when making friends with international students, especially the EU and Asian ones. You see those French and Japanese people? Handle them with long spoon or they’ll finish your money. Most of them are from rich homes or are sponsored by their governments.

All they do is drink wine and try out the latest restaurants. Their own friendship is to meet in restaurant and bar and try everything in the pot. If you’re not careful, you will finish your money trying to fit in. The day I spent €38 on sushi, I almost cried for one week.
my brother you hit the nail on the head with the japanese
you know the funniset things about them, they are not rich

myright:
I know this building. The contractor handling this project is based in Yaba, Lagos as written on the profile board.

The building probably failed due to the following reasons:

1. High axial load acting on the ground columns. A crushing test of sample taken from the site should reveal this.

2. Not using the correct concrete mix required to achieve a particular concrete grade as directed by the structural engineer. A simple test with a smith hammer will give us the average grade of the concrete.

High velocity wind load is ruled out as a possible cause of the collapse due to pattern/direction of the collapse.
I doubt both reasons

1. The structural engineer would have checked for that during design .

2. 15-20 Mpa Sumire than sufficient which is 1:5:7 by pan weight which this site engineer would know very well.

My suspicion would be

1. Poor rebar craftsmanship but I doubt ; a seasoned engineer will know to check rebar works over considerably before casting

2. Most likely soil settlement; hence causing redistribution of forces

@Majisuka: Well, I've a keen interest in Asian politics, culture, economies, way of doing things etc. I've been doing this for more than a decade and it has culminated in my desire to study, live and work in Asia. So yeah, I know quite a lot (from a foreigner's perspective) about Japanese politicians and politics.
One advice about Japanese politics for foreigners:keep away from it for your own good, basically the untold rule is foreigners are not allowed todiscuss Japanese politics

My issue with applying to Japanese universities has to do with travelling to Japan to write the entrance examination. From my research, writing the GRE doesn't exclude one from physically writing the entrance examination. Is there a way around it (not having to travel to write the exam)? All the schools I've checked had to do with "travel to Japan to write the exam". So far, Keio University allows international applicants to submit GRE scores, however, it's for engineering applicants which I'm not.
you dont have to travle to japan, skype interviews are allowed
i know people who did skype interviews
this is why you should send emails to your prospective profesoor, once he accepots you, he makes the process smooth for you so also does international department

He tested positive in 2 days of entry not two weeks. No one knows how long anyone may have been infected so dey will be under quarantine for some time.
I think they may get blood samples n monitor over a period till the blood tests positive then they go after d person. Just thinking too.
he tested positve 2 days means he has had it before coming to nigeria
the incubation period means if you get the virus, the first 2 weeks you dont have any symptoms...you feel good but after 2 weesk the symtoms begin to show ...fever, headache, joint pain, chest pains, nose pains and fatally penumonia

I think it applies to mostly many fields of science and technology, including architecture. According to rankings published in Japan, Tokyo University and Tokyo Tech are really strong in Architecture, but you can also check out Kyoto, Kyuushu, Keio, Tohoku, Hiroshima, Chiba, and Waseda Univ.

Just another tips, aside from the specific area of interest, it's better to contact the labs with multiple international students (or have long experience dealing with them, they often post the list of alumni and their last known position in their website as well). At least you will find it handy and easier to adapt and the professors in these labs tend to be really proficient in English as many had worked abroad upon returning to Japan.

Btw they are just using this to syphon money, its all staged.
i think te only symptom the look out for at POEs are hig tempeartures and fever, wich could be any disease.
it is oly the coronavirus test kit that confirms you have the virus
sadly the virus has a 2weeks incubation period, meaning no symptoims would show for this peripod which is while ytou are quarantined and tested after 2 weeks because the test kit ia expensive.

sane countries only restricted flights form china but by then it was too late as the chinese form the wuhan region has mostly emigrated.

The problem is, that mask has little or no protection. It does not seal the face completely. Air can go in and out from the sides.
This is a scary news! cry
mask does not prevent you form getting the virus. the virus has not been confirmed to be airborne, the virus spreads like the flu, which is coming in contact with an infected person.

The virus only helps to stop spreading of the virus by coughs or sneezes from an infected person....wash and disinfect your hands regularly, booost your immune system with vit c.

Well, the screening method they are using is just to screen the temperature. Which is what they use everywhere in the world.

The problem is, it does not catch everyone.

Plus it is an airborne disease...and even the most sensntive masks cannot offer 100% protection
it has not been confirmed as an airborne disease . it spreads like flu...common in contact with infected person or what he /she has handled

DMainMan:
FOR PTDF (UK)

To say the truth, most winners of these scholarships are First class and 2.1 holders.

For PTDF, long before the introduction of interview, many 2.2 holders win it as it is just about passing exam.

But now, there are strict criteria to follow as it is interview. The criteria tend to favour 2.1 and First class holders.

In conclusion, for MSc, very few 2.2 holders win it. Those 2.2 winners usually have publications, excellent o level results and in a less competitive state.

For PhD, higher number of 2.2 BSc holders win it as criteria tend to consider MSc grade, publications and PhD research proposal.

FOR NEWZEALAND AND MALAYSIA

Virtually all winners are 2.1 and First class holders

FOR CHINA CSC GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP

Considerable 2.2 BSc holders win it
