endee1996: hi guys, how legit are these teaching jobs in Japan organized by some Private companies? they offer visa sponsorship self. anyone here who got to Japan through that route? By teaching job , you mean English teaching jobs? Nigerians are not considered as native English speakers, the way to get English teaching jobs is to be on ground to get the job. Try to research about trainee visa, send mails to Japanese embassy in Nigeria about it, I don’t know if they ate considering Nigerians yet for that visa. |

Hadampson: 1.5 million naira in this regime
Your brother has been duped. Japan is not a country where a Nigerian can hustle (hustle in Nigerian context) He cannot work with a visit visa in Japan
That aside, what type of visa is he processing for your brother?
Justwise and many nairalanders has warned people not to use agents. Applying for visa is something your brother can do. they will never adhere to advise or believe. they think you want to block their chances All you need to do is even google japanese visa , he will see the forms of japanese visa and requirements but NO....agent!!!!! |

It’s only those in IT that get jobs like that. But who knows? Keep trying |

I am not trying to discourage you, I am just saying be careful, try to read up on Japanese immigration rules.
I don’t think Africans are allowed to change tourist visa to work visa while in Japan, you will have to go back home first and then apply for a work visa
To get a work visa, you need a job.
So maybe you could turn this conference into a job hunting opportunity also, meet many professors and company representatives Discuss with them about job opportunities or scholarships Who knows??
But the hustling part, I really don’t know much about it.i
Best of luck |

Gerrard59: You're a Nigerian, so, you're not qualified. If you were an American or Singaporean, you would have been able to do what you intend doing. Japan being safe? C'mon! Tokyo and Osaka have been rated the first and third most safest cities globally. Also, with the escape of Carlos Ghson, Japan has tightened immigration-rules and even requires prospective students to have at least three million yen in their accounts before applying for a student visa. Hitherto, this wasn't so. And don't forget, Japan isn't lenient in pursuing illegal migrants and she accepts refugees sparingly before you claim that Boko Haram wants to kill you even when you reside in Ekpoma. 3 million yen......this is new and tough Which foreign student has that amount of money?? Not even the rich Chines can afford it |
Travel › Re: Traveling To Japan : I Need Some Advice by blackbriar: 1:13am On Jan 31, 2020 |
Stephenmoka4: If your aim of traveling to Japan is to work, fine do make sure you have your job at hand, the employer will be of good help later on but, if you are going for job searching that would be a rough and tough one. As a foreigner, do work in top places in Japan or heavy commercial driven areas, it won't be easy to get a decent job in Japan especially with less experience in Japan. Some people will try to scam you by telling you it's easy and you should PM them and their special agent bla bla bla. Asian World and some Latin America countries are not the easiest to seek for job opportunities By job you mean hustle Hustling in scrapyards one Saitama or Nagoya or hustling at bars in Roppongi? Because corporate jobs without Japanese proficiency or Japanese education is not attainable. |

Let your intentions be real and good. Then work your way out in a good manners. Japan women are lovely and nice if you’re honest to them. I will be visiting there soon self Which japan women?? Waterypussy2: Are you serious about this sir? The only to get a work permit is by getting a job and I am not certain you can get a job on a tourist visa. In your conference you can meet company representatives and exchange contact for future contact, if you are lucky, you can get a job offer some months after, then you can apply for a work visa from the embassy in Abuja. If you overstay your visa, upon trying to exit the country, immigration will arrest you , and in japan the police have the right to detain for infinitely |

Health › Bill Gates To Spend 75 Million Rand To Fight Coronavirus In Africa by blackbriar(op): 10:51am On Jan 29, 2020 |
As a coronavirus continues to spread around the world, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation announced Sunday that it is contributing $10 million (R147m) toward the fight to contain the outbreak. Of that total, the foundation is giving $5 million to support the response in China, while the other $5 million is going to the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention for screening and crisis preparedness there. The money will be spent on "emergency funds and corresponding technical support to help frontline responders in China and Africa accelerate their efforts to contain the global spread of 2019-nCoV," the foundation said in a press release. The new coronavirus was first reported in the central Chinese city of Wuhan at the end of December. Since then, it has claimed at least 81 lives and reached 14 other countries. At least 2,800 people have gotten sick. China has halted transportation in Wuhan and many other cities, effectively putting more than 50 million people on lockdown. Who is he Papal infallibility is not popes tea Ching is church teaching The last time the papal seat exercised this authority was in Vatican 2 And how it works is all the bishops of the church discuss about church teaching in a synod before passing their findings to the pope The pope then makes his decision based on the bishops deliberation invoking the authority bestowed upon him as pope |

ExpertNLer: they do a fixed stipend, there's no worth per say. they pay the entire tuition, visa fees and flight costs. As for the stipend, that depends on the different countries, for the UK I think it was £1200 for those outside london and slightly higher for those within london. I don't have the rates for those in France or Germany, I assume it would be around the same valuation in Euro Thanks a lot for the information |
