MSc is one year in the UK and I know PhDs exist straight from bachelors for 3years. I'm not even counting actual genuises who get into university at 10 years of age. Nigerians are too dumb. The value of Naira is tied to oil and electricity supply. He cant control the oil but he can control electricity.
