Africans have demonstrated more than enough their determination to remain in one phase of societal evolution. Do an inquiry and you'll discover 99.9999% of Nigerians think "tradition" and things having to do with royalty and culture is unique to Africa. Just go through this thread and you will see that black man is oblivious of the conditions which put him in misery. Having lived in that world, I can say this in practical terms, not projections:

1. It's unlikely you would be in a position to earn as much and still be under such a boss. It is in low-level job environments you find such a life.

2. Those saying they would ignore such a person as long as they get bank salary alert have clearly never been in such a situation. You would not live your everyday life being insulted if you earn 850k a month. You would have alternatives.
