NIPOST data 2018. They're making chump change and mail handled dropped by a third which is bad. I haven't looked up their financials but I'll assume it not looking pretty. tsdarkside:20 millions pieces mail were handled so it's working well enough. These documents dont need to be delivered in 2 days since they give temporary license. What do you mean by outdated?

kingkakaone:Lol they're turning into the obstructionist party. It will be funny 4 years if PDP doesn't picks fights wisely. They have issues like the economy, security and what e ever opinion polls show people are concerned with. On state level they should try an hold on Zamfara, take Kogi, and few other states up for grabs. |
Why would the local governments not pay them? |
blackbone989:Executing not hard. Im guessing the hold up is prisoners appeals and maybe the state not signing death warrant. The reason Nigerian prisons are congested is because most prisoners are released on bail. The vast majority are awaiting trial immates. The said to be 70% of prison population. |
Lol if this case the kidnappers might as well kill the captives either way. If they're caught they're dead. The bill originally sponsored by Peter Abel Diah, the Speaker of the House of Assembly, was supported unanimously by members of the house. Its always interesting to see how these unicameral houses pass these laws with unanimous votes. |
Yahaya Bature in the video recommended Nigeria negotiate with boko haram. I dont agree with that since Nigeria could achieve millitary victory and there's nothing to offer. They want caliphate which makes islam state religion which is illegal. The war will continie since the terror factions have funding from places like Saudi Arabia who fund Salafi jihadists. Then there's traitors in government and military. Since Buhari failed to stop either we're in a quagmire. |
What is the military objective that decides what victory is.i personally feel they're not defested since they're not dislodged. Until they're ready to come to table to surrender they're not defeated. Solutions: Chatham House: Security reform suggestions Border security solutions by CONNOR COLLINS:

Xisnin:States typically ignore FOIA. They claim they're not obligated since it applies only to federal institutions. Yu can see Lagos as an example. Either supreme court has to decide if it does apply to them or state assemblies should be lobbied to domesticate it. |
This ruga settlement adds new dimensions to discussion. If the government is willing to assist their business why should they deny Nigerians options of importing? |
deomelo:Nice Kumbaya speech but I have my doubts any of that matters. State governors wont change their hardline stance unless their constituents loosen up. State governors know what time it is without more lobbying the social media storm says it all. I disagree they'll suddenly fall in line it doesn't matter. It's like saying telling conservitive state you're missing out on jobs and taxes created legal marijuana. Social media tends to lends itself to extremes. Talks about fiscal spending and economics are boring. We all know land use makes it impossible for FG to force program. Lol posted a story about Nigers program months ago nobody cared. Now its trending topic day after day. Anyway I'll keep my eye out for those states. Other than I want see if NASS pass some legislation on issue. If its better version of BLM that could be good for those that want it. Ps: Edo Ondo and Benue all denied wanting parts of ruga. Ortom celebrated suspension as victory. Im not sure about rest. |
deomelo:Ok we'll see if the bait and switch works. It's easy to talk at board meeting now lets see if dave is ready to donate land tothe cause. If he's not it will stay a mainly northern project. I dont think he will since he rejected ruga as you already know. Nothing changes for any state that doesnt want it. States should be happy theirs less competition for the herdsmen. They can have tax money and employment to themselves. People should stop trying to convice other to take these herdsmen if they're such a steal. The United states does something similar with Bureau of Land Management. The charge grazers lease and fees for services. Im only interested in that fiscal aspect since I dont care for cronyism. The other option nobody accept a few people like myself is allowing beef imports now or after program starts. |
Let me get this straight they're trying to trick populace with more rebranding. I doubt really doubt the reaction will be different. The states that want will say yes and states that dont wont. Cattle colonies they said no. Ruga they said no. NLTP aka Ruga 2.0 will be yes? |
It doesn't futher their brand or effect them. What do they know about issue anyway. You can ask same question to other of issues. Why dont they speak about monetary policy, healthcare and education. Just remember they're regular people with talent for grabbing attention and entertainment. |
I knew he would pass police trust fund. Lol hopefully they stop complaining about lack of funds after this. He should still get rid of security votes. That would great reduce corruption and increase security force budgets. I heard about the suppression of Piracy and other Maritime Defence Bill. I think its about prosecuting piracy with harsher punishments. |
Ayoslimzy:Has the statue of limitations expired? If the answer is no the police should do their jobs. |
Good why are the police and director of public prosecutions sitting on their butts. They should file charges so this clown learns he's not above the law. If the woman who was beaten is smart she should file a civil suit. He collects millions of naira every month get your cut. If he's talk about settling out court demand no less that 50 million naira. |
Rule4God:There giving him advice. He's not obligated to heed it. I still think this quote fits situation better. |
The better bible quote is Proverbs 19:20. It fits the situation better. Buhari simply went with his council advice. The wise man listens to godly advice, accepts instruction, continually and proactively seeks out wise counsel. |
2019elections:I'll just speak for Nigeria. I haven't looked into the issue fully for regional block. Nigeria wont agree to it. The single currency would effect our abilty to maintain multiple exhange rates and we'd lose ability to effect monetary policy. Nigeria loves having that freedom and wont part with like UK cant part with pound. |
Idiot shut your dirty mouth unless your admitting guilt and apologizing. He should resignation since he's a criminal. The dirty police dont see a case here. I just hope the female that was beaten is smart enough to sue this clown. Get young woman get paid these senators collect millions per month. Dont settle out court unless he's offering at least 50 million. |
niyogeol:The point of importing vs exporting is doing what you have competitive advantage in. Im not going to get into preference argument avot taste. Health wise usda beef goes through more checks. You would still have choice to eat local beef if you truly liked it better. Nigeria does have fish production capacity in same way it has beef production capacity. I dont see difference. There's a whole ocean and multiple rivers to get fish and you're allowed to import quality fish feed. |
niyogeol:Better quality, cheaper prices, and more competition. I think having more choices better for everyone. We allowed to import other foods like fish with an issue why is pork and beef different? |
Sterope:Lol they rushed to like his comment. |
This disgusting to watch idiot beat this woman. What's worse is the idiotic policeman sat their and watched. Did this clown forget its a crime to assault people. I hope the police officer is fired so he can go find annother job as henchmen. The woman deserves justice, a nice civil suit to get millions then state should press criminal charges on him. If this clown represents your constituency please recall this him. See the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Mx4Ugy_32s |
That's a harsh punishment. How many accidents are caused by people eating and driving? They're not interested in fines no more. |
The conspiracy theories about ruga aka cattle colonies being forced on states were always dumb. Everyone knows the land use act makes that impossible. By the looks of things the ruga will be northern project. There's still other issues to worry about like how its being funded. How much does end user pay in terms of leases and fees. Will beef and pork be taken off inport ban list afterwards? Born2Breed:Cows only wonder off ranch if gate is left open. All you need is some barbwire fences to keep them in. It would also keep some most people out.

rejoice4eva:Did I criticize him for blaming Buhari? Argue with facts if you wish to speak. Buhari is the commander and chief ofcourse he's to blame. |
slimthugchimee2:Yeah ot very unprofessional of them. One might say unpatriotic. It gave me a skewed perspective of situation. I'm even wondering if the insurgents still hold the base. |
lomprico:I expect them to report the news accurately. Is it hard to put correct dates on the attacks? Other investigative journalists dont seem to have an issue with this. |
Pick a better picture next time. |
