habsydiamond:The students are inconsequential. Don't pretend this isn't a fact. The money from education mostly comes from government subsidies. The students pay next to nothing so they aren't the priority customer. Unlike private school if the students leave they out if business for the most part. |
Can someone tell me if they're being paid half as a prorated salary or what? |
When the charges were read to them, the two TikTokers pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy and defamation of character of the governor. You plead guilty there's nothing to cry about. These charges are obviously nonsense. It's not defamation to mock someone in satirical skit. |
25% of the vote. |
Losing both the house and senate is a tough pill to swallowed. I'm predicting Republicans end up with 52 seats in Senate. The house being lost is a foregone Conclusion. What's more interesting is how state races will go in Arizona and New York. That will really show how the nation is trending.

Kemistri4:Oh well maybe they'll go for it but you need a president that won't veto it. It probably won't pass with a veto proof majority. You need a president who will approve it. |
Kemistri4:I doubt it. I assumed most people wanted to get rid of NYSC but majority in their polls want it to remain with tweaks made. Most adults for it if they're 40 and up. Then you got religious reason for alot people in Nigeria saying no. Alot of Muslims aren't into that for example if they're anything like Khabib Nurmagomedov as opposed to Mike Tyson.
|
Yes but it won't happen since majority of politicians at NASS won't go for it. They only change their minds if polling shows it massively popular. We know NDLA won't like it since it's most of what they sieze and would mean they can't justify their current budget. I'd like Noipolls would do a survey in it but they're u interested in this topic. Even if it's federally legal states can still ban it. There's always room to compromise in federal system. States ban alcohol so there's already precedent. 1. Tax revenue 2. It can be used responsibly like alcohol 3. Reduce drug enforcement budget 4. Medical use for pain sleep and appetite 5. Hemp can be used for all sorts of products. |
Lol the slave populace refuses to vote a third party. I can't blame them for robbing the idiots blind. There's always like 5 parties on the ballot so there's no excuse. |
HarlequinLekex:It says she was twice my age at 2 years old. Then the problem tells you 38 years passed. Time moves linearly so she won't remain two times older forever. It would not make sense for the sister to grow twice as old for every year the sibling grows. The sister won't turn 6 next year when he turns 3. |
Lol she thinks your girl ugly. |
42. (2 * 2) + 38 = 42 |
odinga1of:I didn't claim it didn't happen anywhere else na. I answered your question political parties in nigeruq are a joke where nothing is punished. What actions are sanctioned in general think of that first. You'll be hard pressed to come up with an example. |
Political parties are a joke in Nigeria. Cross carpeting doesn't get someone sanctioned or kicked out. Parties like accepting high profile political prostitutes. Leaving the party and rejoining isn't a big deal. This is true even if it's clear they're not ideologically in line with them or worse a 5th column. Criminal activity doesn't get on sanctioned or kicked out. The slapping senator beat up a woman in a sex shop on camera with no recourse. Anti party behavior doesn't get anyone punished: Wike endorsed opposition candidate in Lagos. The guys is having them waste time and money putting out his fires. |
ScamHunter:They newly formed African countries choose to continue these current borders as opposed to drawing new ones. The Cairo Declaration of 1964 is where it was agreed. The stated goal was to avoid conflict with other states which has been relatively successful. The Civil wars that ensued to ensure these borders are another story. They could have all allowed secession clauses but they lusted for power and control in my opinion. There's nothing stopping any state from doing it today. Ps: it's weird over a dozen comments a day nobody answered the central question why.

GDP formula = Consumption + Investment + Government spending + (Exports - Imports). I don't get this false dichotomy between Consumption vs production. I also don't get this falsehood Nigeria is a net importer when most years it's a net exporter. |
Goodcitizen1:Again what magic will the preform no that they have this vaunted power you guys are cheerleader for? What miracle did they preform last time they declared emergency? These aren't rhetorical questions please educate me.
|
Lol buhari legacy. Just imagine if all this was reported in crime stats. When I say individuals should be allowed to carry whatever automatic weapons they want you guys start crying. Now men are handing their daughters out to be raped since you can't defend their home or family. |
ogatboy:Your solution to this problem is to give the federal government more power? Again what magic will the preform no that they have this vaunted power you guys are cheerleader for? You already told me they're incompetent. What miracle did they preform last time in the other sector they declared emergency in? These aren't rhetorical questions please educate me. |
ogatboy:They're already allowed to take charge. It's like you guys don't remember the previous times states of emergency were declared. It's baffling how quickly you guys forget. If it's about money they can release funds. If NIMET didn't give warning that is failure on that agency.
|
Toluwanise247:Lol states should be able to be able to declare there own states of emergency. Alot of people act like declaring a state emergency makes magic happen.
|
grandstar:You guys should think about this reasonably. What does the mother or kid lose if the dead eat dies in war? When he was free they don't get cash and probably any time with the man. If he dies in war they get death benefits from the state an at least he dies with some honor. If he lives part of the money is garnished to pay for the kid. |
MP3GAGAdotCOM:City Boys winning.
|
viexcey:I guess it's finally seen as lame to pander to the voter once every 4 years. |
Fejoku:The case is already in court if you count VAT case. If you care to sue go head you'll just have to show standing. States rights allows them to destroy the bottle nobody is arguing that point. |
Lol is anyone changing their mind because Wike said so? |
mbos:Are you suggesting ethnicities who decent outside of the UK should be looked at with suspicion because they have more loyalty to their foreign homeland? If that's the case why allow so many to move into the country yet alone rule? |
3ple9iner:You're sounding slow now. Now on top of being being sensitive You're you can't tell when someone agrees with you? The Comment simply concurs with the fact the government is the main reason private security sucks. Talawaka:When you put the stats in context it blows my mind how anyone thinks it good idea to be renting out man power. The a crime wave going on. I'm honestly surprised a pastor would need so much security. It just shows people are ruthless. |
3ple9iner:Lol don't get defensive you're not being attacked unless you're Tinubu. grandstar:It's the same danger you get from police. Security is regulated by the government. They would just have to get licensed and trained. I would argue it's less dangerous since they have state backing to be criminals extorting people or be bullies. What do you think they'll start doing? |
NwaMamaIwota: 3ple9iner:Who limited private security to short guns? Lol it's amazing how alot of issues come from government policies but people don't see it. The solution can be in front our face but people like Tinubu can't make a reasonable policy. |
grandstar:One person here claims it is commercialized. The police claim they're being stretched thin. This compromises public safety unless we're to believe the police and other security agents were idle. The government should allow the private security to carry guns. That's all everyone here comments is their issue. After that the carry whatever. A little fun fact South Africa has more private security than actual police. |
