The Logos simply means the decree, mandate or order.
Before the beginning of all things the (decree,mandate or order) existed.
The (decree, mandate or order) is with the Almighty.

The gospel of our salvation in itself is eternal. Because salvation is a Gift in the person of Jesus Christ.

5.Looking diligently lest any fail of the grace of God.
{Hebrews12:18}
Question -Fail in what grace of God?

6.whom resist, steadfast in the faith..

Question -Resist, steadfast in the faith of whom?

7.Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life.
{1 Timothy 6:12}
Question -fight, don't let go of eternal life?

These are questions you should ask the Holy Ghost while studying this scriptures. Don't allow any one deceive you.

The disciples of the Lord after returning from ministering to the sick in the name of Jesus reported with excitement and amazement that even the [evil menacing, lords of darkness, terrifying] demons are obeying there every command.
You see, every believer can cast out demons. Though there is a special ministry of deliverance as well as every believer should spread the gospel but there is a special ministry of spreading the gospel,the evangelist ministry.
The problem is:

1.Some believers love walking in darkness. And walking in darkness is walking in the territory where the devil is Lord{Submit yourselves to God, and then resist the devil,and he will run away from you terrified }

2.Some don't believe that it is their Sonship right to do that. For the word of God works [effectively] to those who believe.

3.The neglect of spending time with the Lord.
The apostles of then said they would give themselves to prayer and the ministry of word.
Many get that statement wrong, thinking they meant they would give themselves to praying and preaching the word of God.
Nope.
What they meant was that they will keep talking to God consistently and feeding on His word consistently.
Leave the practice of the presence of God, and see how dry you will be?
Many are cold because of this.

I thought to share my experiences that have been happening to me of late, how weird they've been and how spiritual they are. It all started back in 2013 when I started having strange high blood pressure, I couldn't sleep at night, would feel my heart thomping in my chest, as though it was going to beat right out of my chest. It was a very bad experience for me, but it soon shortly ledt, after the use of drugs. The next episode was another day some weeks after, when I just started feeling strange and sidturbed at home. all of a sudden I started walking to the gate of my estate barrely dressed. Upon getting outside the gate, a bike-man (okada man) pulled up to me and asked if i wanted to go to church, shocked, i obliged and he took me to church. When we got there, he dropped me off and didn't collect any money from me. surprised again, i want into the church. On entering the church, I was disturbed and uneasy, I started wandering around and feeling uncomfortable till I told the secretary that I wanted to see the pastor. She said he was busy doing counselling by upon my disturbing her in abrupt manners, she called the pastor who came to me. By that time i was already unstable. A deliverance process started. That day was so strange, by the time the man came to me, some voice started screaming out from within me, as though it was being tormented and under pains, the pastor put holy communion in my mouth and the thing started spitting it out. He put communion wine and i/the thing; spat it out strongly, screaming as if it was being terrorised by what it was ingesting. That day was very strange. My mom came to pick me up, and I went home, feeling unreal though, but I went home. fast forward to a few weeks later, my mom had to travel and so she was at the airport and I was home alone when all of a sudden I started feeling weird/disturbed again. I was very uncomfortable/disturbed and somehow I found my way to the church. I really can't recall how it happened but I got there, the events between, I can't remember. When I was there, a voice was just speaking to me, telling me strange things. telling me to go around the building, telling me the building was mine, showing me different drawings on the buildings and telling me explaining different things behind them. I was just under some control of a kind of voice that was telling me different things. When I had had too much, I knew i wasnt in the right place and in harm's way sort of, so I phoned my mom who was about boarding. She was shocked, and so she told my sister to come pick me, my sis was at work at the time. My sis came and picked me and dropped me at her house and went back to work. In her house was her new born baby and her nanny, an elderly woman. that was when something strange happened. All of a sudden, I got up from the bed , went to the front of the house, opened the door and just started wandering. I didn't know what I was doing. I walked far away into the bush. I walked for about two hours, not knowing what I was doing, under the control of something, till I finally got to a school. The next thing that happened to me was a hot slap on my face! I immediately snapped out of the trance to see three policemen in front of me in uniforms, two school security guards and I looked dowm, my feet were in chains, so were my hands. I was just shocked and confused. I asked what I was doig there, they saidI was trying to steal a car, I was just surprised. They said they could see me from a corner putting my hands in between a car's window, that is the space left between the window vane and the car, since the owner wound down a bit. very shocking, i called my mother who was had reached her destination by then and she was alarmed, shouting I wasn'ta thief. I was taken to the station and my mother called on my two sisters to come to the station to write reports and discuss with the policemen before I could be released. 2014 came and I stayed for sometime, semi employed until it was around march or so, when my dad told me he would like to send me for masters. I strongly refused, because I had just been feeling somehow since that incident happened. I was disonnected from reality, things just didnt feel right and i told him I didnt want to go, so as not to waste money as the masters was to be abroad. He said no, that I would be fine that all that had happened in the past were in the past. I had no choice, so I had to go. I went to UK in september 2014, that was when all hell broke loose. I had just like half of my mind to be thinking, I couldnt even spend money. All i knew was that I had to put a roof over my head, so i rented a house. But the difference between the money i had for rent and my total spending money would still be there. I would only remember to buy biscuits and some fe cooking at times. I was disturbed. I always felt a dark cloud over my head. Very strange and reall happenings happened then. One night, I was in my room, I saw a very dark silhouette of the devil right by me, I was so afraid that I jumped over the covers and was there till morning. About 3 nights later, or maybe the same night I dont know, or i am not so sure, I had the strangest experience. I had a dark shadow come over my head with something that was like a nut and it put it in my mouth. I would feel something beating me in my room in the day time and compelling me not to wear clothes, so I would be in my naked all day, in that crazy abroad cold.
I kept going to churches, not to really help me, I hope they really tried to. By july 2015, I had had enough, the churches had had enough, so they called my mum to come and pick me. I didn't do anything during the masters, never went to classes, hardly involved, so the masters was a waste. My mom brought me back. Since then, I would have sleep paralysis sometime, i.e having a bad dream and when you try to react to whatever is attacking you you find out that you are unable to move. This happened like 3 or 4 nights.
Now itjust crazy,I feel disconnectedfrom reality somehow, I have reduced awareness of external environment, I cant seem to think of a future for my life, everything just seems bleak. I have some kind of memory loss, find it very hard to be friendly with anyone, find it hard to be social, find it hard to join any conversation or talk to people really. Feel hopeless.

Pleas guys what do you think the solution really is?

Pls, are you a Christian, baptised with the Holy Spirit.

Before I speak on the ministry of tongues proper, let me quickly speak briefly on praying in tongues and the Corinthians church.
I want you to get this.
Praying in tongues is you speaking to God in an unknown language.[God's business and your business].
While the special ministry of tongues is God speaking through you to man[ God's business and other men's business, not your business ].
In the corinthian church they loved speaking in tongues, am sure probably because it could be done at will. I mean praying in tongues, bcoz Paul says I will pray with my spirit(1corinthians 14:15-16).Dont you note I Will?
But the Special Ministry of Tongues can't be done at your will, but as the Holy Ghost wills and feels like(1 Corinthians 12:11)
The corinthian bunch made the mistake of putting the praying in tongues in the place of the special ministry of tongues. Giving it the same status. Which is not.Why?Arent they all speaking in tongues? Yes. But different administration.
Once is between you and God.
Once is between God and others through you.
But also praying in tongues could be interpreted if given and if there are others who are of the tongue you speak.
That's why he said if there is no interpreter [whether you or if you don't perceive through the Spirit that others are present that can] don't bother speaking to guys your prayer language tongues. Speak to God and to yourself. Because no one will be edified.
Remember in Acts, the people said we heard them speak in our own mother tongue the wonderful works of God.Acts 2:11.
Those in the upper room were just speaking in tongues to God, but others of the other tongues knew what they were saying because it was unlearned to the guys in the upper room but learned to others beside them. That's what unknown tongues is.
Languages unlearned to you but learned to others.
If I speak in tongues of men and angels.. A Chinese man speaking in Yoruba to God,if I were there do you think I wouldn't understand what he will be saying?

THE MINISTRY OF TONGUES PROPER
I said earlier that praying in tongues is you speaking to God. And that you can do at anytime. At will.
And the ministry of tongues is God speaking to men through you. And that you can't do at anytime. It is according to when Holy Spirit feels like speaking. And that isn't for you but for others.
You can prophesy to yourself ,right?
But there is a special ministry of prophecy which you can't do at will, but as you are moved by the Holy Ghost.
It's the same with tongues too.

Holy Spirit isn't a dummy. He is the Spirit of wisdom.
He won't move people in the special ministry of tongues to speak if there is no one to be ministered to.
Those regulations Paul gave was for those who were putting praying in tongues in the place of the special ministry of tongues.
Let give you instances.
1. A man was God was interviewed ,which was aired life.Then when He started talking about his experiences in God, caught in the middle, the Holy Ghost moved him in the special ministry of tongues. Oh yes, he knew it was that movement because of the unction.In his mind he was saying please God please don't fail me please. And waiting for interpretation to come from the Holy Ghost, none followed.Hah,He was down.
But after the show, one of the TV workers received a call that a certain old German woman heard him giving a special message to her in one of the archaic German tongue, to do this and do that, and she would be healed. Which she did and was healed.

2.A lady went up to the podium after John G Lake preached ,and spoke in tongues. John G Lake allowed her to speak because he perceived in his spirit that God wanted to speak through her.
In John G lakes words
"I simply stopped preaching and waited while the Spirit of God came upon her. She began to chant in some language I didn't know, and then made gestures like those of a Mohammedan priest would make when chanting prayers. In the back of the house I observed a young east Indian, whom I knew. He became enraptured and commenced to work gradually up the aisle. No one disturbed him, and he proceeded up the aisle until he had reached the front. Then he stood looking into the girls face with intense amazement.
When the message had ceased, I said to Him, 'What is it? 'He answered, 'oh she speaks my language! '
I said, 'what does she say'. He came up on the platform beside me and gave the gist of her message.'she tells me that salvation comes from God. In order to save men, Jesus Christ, Who was God became man. She says one man can't save another :that Mohammed was a man like other men, not a power to save a man from His sins. But Jesus was God, and He had power to impart His Spirit to me and make me like God ' "

1.A brother once said due to the pressure of being left out in not speaking in tongues in church, he decided to formulate his out of English alphabets.[Aaa,baba,caca,dada,eee,fafa etc].
Yes, speaking in tongues can be done in the flesh. And that's just empty and useless. But when the Holy Ghost is coming on you, you would want to say something, you would be moved to say something. The fear of most is that what if I say what doesn't make sense.
Yes, what you are to say isn't meant to make sense to you, because it is written that if I pray in tongues, my spirit prays but my understanding is unfruitful or unproductive, which implies no understanding of what you are saying.
And if you don't understand a thing:it won't make sense.
Do you think English would have made sense to you if you weren't colonised by the British?
Even Yoruba sounds gibberish to Hausa's. Yoruba Yoruba.
But speaking in tongues is speaking in an unlearned tongue which do exists but not from your own understanding.

2. a. And yes, some tongues are empty, yes, tongues spoken by those who were once filled with the Holy Ghost.
People living in terrible fornication or vileness who were once filled can still speak in tongues, but the tongues will be empty and dead. Just sounds. No freshness.
What Jesus said in mark about tongues was that they would speak in new tongues that carried freshness. Look up the Greek meaning of that statement.

3. Tongues can be demonic.

A. These tongues are supernaturally given to those who aren't born again. I mean those who don't even accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior from the heart.
A sister once told a brother, do you think I can't speak in tongues, and she started rattling in tongues.After all the rattling, the brother asked her,knowing in himself by the Holy Ghost that something wasn't right."Is Jesus the God's son?"
The sister said, "No,Jesus isn't God's son"
You can see the tongues she got is from another source, definitely not God.

B.By impartation given by demonic agents.
A sister, why is it always sisters? ,went for a programme to get filled with the Holy Ghost.In her(the heart which is in the belly) , the Holy Ghost was letting her know that she was in the wrong.
This certain minister unknown to her was operating with demonic spirits. The minister laid hands on her and imparted unto her demons.
She got the tongues quite alright, but with oppression .Not until she was delivered.

Suddenly in the dream I found myself in a deep hole,not so deep like ten feet or more. It wasn't dark in the hole, I could see the sky. I wasn't in the bottom of the hole,but hid by the side I mean hanging by a little space by the side, beside me I saw many eggs, I didn't know the animal that lay the egg, with fear I thought it was a snake,mind you I didn't see any snake in the hole. With fear I started shouting, calling two of my brothers who were nearby. One answered me, he was a pastor,he jumped into the hole with immediate alacrity and I woke up. That was the dream. We all know that praying in tongues is praying in the Holy Ghost. In case you do not, read Acts 2:4.
In JUDE'S letter addressed to the sanctified and preserved and called (the beloved) he gave them an Instruction. He told them "you beloved(the sanctified and preserved and the called) keep praying in the Holy Ghost"
Now some folks might say, it is not all that should pray in tongues, tongues isn't for everybody.
IF TONGUES ISNT FOR EVERYBODY, THEN GETTING FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST ISNT FOR EVERYONE EITHER.
Because in Acts 2:4,THEY WERE FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST AND BEGAN TO SPEAK WITH OTHER TONGUES ..
Moved to speaking in another tongue is a sign of the infilling of the Holy Ghost.

Sometimes During my Prayer time (in tongues), I do have some unusual experience, doesnt happen always. And I will like to know whats going on.
After i must have prayed for sometimes, a moment will come when i will felt some kind of weight on my body, in which i do feel in body and in voice. Usally,when praying (with tongue) I do sound like a teenage speaking arabic, but after the strange moment, my voice becomes more deep as if the speech is coming by force out of my mouth. That doesnt stop me from praying though, I still continue till I had enough. But what is strange to me is after such moment I do felt exhausted, even till next day.

Initially I do think am hungry so I eat and drink (even sugary stuff) but still remain the same. Am aware that talking can get you exhausted and am a computer instructor who talks a lot, and drinking water will do, but this is different.

Can anyone relate to that, is it something I should allow or be careful of - Thanks

2.John 9:38- After Jesus healed the man born blind and revealed Himself to him.
The man said Lord I believe and he did obeisance or worshipped Him.

3.Revelation 5:8-12 . After Jesus had taken the Book from the One Who Sat On the Throne the four living creatures and twenty four elders fell down before the lamb and the saints sang, following was this statement made by angels, elders and the living creatures.
" WORTHY IS THE LAMB THAT WAS SLAIN TO RECEIVE THE POWER, THE GLORY, THE HONOUR.....

4.Revelation 5:13. Every creature in heaven and on earth and underneath,and all the things in them(note that) saying "To the One sitting on the throne and TO THE LAMB be the glory and honour and the blessing and the might forever and ever. "

Some times ago, my pastor declared a fast in the church for women alone. So, they went of fasting before God. Some times later, during the period they were fasting, my pastor called the women together and told them that, in the spiritual realm, he saw some enemies come to feed them with food. Then he declared the fasting to be over without completing the fast.

I decided to go on a fast too(but not the same time/ period with them) and I dreamt of eating in dreams or someone giving me food in a dream to eat, though, I can't remember eating the food in my dream. So, I want to get your opinion you guys, does it mean if a person has eaten in dreams during a fast, does it mean the person has already broken the fast? How strange is it to you?

Please, I need strong minds and christians on this. And some useful advice and opinions.

This spirit also moves supernaturally,and beloved saints can be deceived if they aren't careful. For not everything supernatural is of the Holy Ghost. That's why apostle John said to test every spirit and not to believe them at first.
As I said earlier, this demon operates supernaturally. It gives spectacular visions, dreams and revelations supernaturally in so much that if a believer is more attracted to the supernatural alone rather than the word of God and the leading of the Holy Ghost in your heart,he gets deceived. Your spiritual heart is in your belly.
Psalm 22:14 ,proverbs 20:27 ,2 Corinthians 1:22.
Many of the believers don't plan to get deceived, but when their focus is more on the supernatural than on the word and the leading of the Holy Ghost, they get swayed.
Now, below are examples of those who swayed or faltered by this demon we are talking about.
1. A pastor prophet who through dreams and vision denied Jesus as the truth in a part of Africa.
2. A prophet that refused to bathe for over 20 years now and to make love to his wife for that period of years too.
3. A pastor that French kissed a member to heal, saying it was by the direction of the Holy Spirit.
4. A pastor that made his members eat snakes and rats, wrongly dividing the word of truth.
5. A brother that wakes up in the night, naked, looking at the moon, just because a voice said that he should do that to prove he loves Jesus.
And many more, I presume.

As am seeing, your friend must be a Christian.
And you guys know that fornication is very wrong right?
As long as your friend still thinks having sex with a bf is legit, anything can happen to her.
You give place to the devil and when you do the things that he loves.
He loves sin, and as long as anyone loves sin, the person is of the devil.
So the first help you can give to your friend is for her to hate the fact that having sex with a bf is wrong. Many sisters still don't think it wrong. Anyways as long as she doesn't see anything wrong in sex with her bf she can't be delivered.
That's just the actual truth.

And when you begin to dislike it, go for deliverance I mean.
1.Confess your sins to Jesus, using 1John 1:9 to pray.
2. Return to praying and feeding on the word of God.
3. Avoid the friends that stirs you up to sexual things.
4. Avoid watching sexual contents.
5. If the thought and feelings to sex still persists, then another separate entity is involved.
That is ,a demon of lust is occupying a part of you.
Then you arise and chest out like a champion, for you are, in Christ Jesus, and in the name of Jesus command it to leave, and it will go.

A certain man was working in a T. V store. A couple came to purchase a T. V. Finding out that they were fellow believers,they got talking scriptures. 2. The Holy Spirit is in our heart... out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water... this He spake of the Holy Spirit.. Another translation says out of his heart or inner most being. 2 Corinthians 1:22 and John 7:38.
3. To cap it all, the poetic prophetic psalms sings "MY HEART IS LIKE WAX, IT IS MELTED IN THE MIDST OF MY BOWELS " Psalm 22:14

Yes, in this world of sin you can live sin free if you desire to.
Hebrews 9:14 says "How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot,cleanse your conscience from evil works.. "
Two things are listed in this verse
1.The Blood of Christ
2.Eternal Spirit or Holy Spirit.
We all know the blood was shed to redeem from sins. And also the Holy Spirit was given to help in our Christian walk. This same spirit helped the Lord to offer himself without sin in the world which he lived. He was surrounded by temptations, all manner, lusts, anger, theft etc. He was tempted in all points we all are tempted,even with greater degree, yet he didn't sin. See Hebrews 4:15.Because the Eternal Spirit helped him out to live sin free in a world prone to temptations.
My people, you have now the blood and the Holy Ghost in you to help.
1.The Blood -To make free.
2.The Holy Spirit -To Help you stay freed.Listen
to Him.
You can live a sin free life if you desire and choose to. Amen.
