larride: It's very easy to deal it. The Civil Service rule gives a 2yrs jail time to anyone that share sensitive government documents to the public without authorization.
All they need to do is use one person as scape goat and the nonsense will stop. I think the only thing that can curb all the leaks is to automate their processes . Nobody should be carrying document in physical file from one departmental office to another in this age and time . I get approval of over N100m by just sending a mail to one of our higher-ups outside the country and just by a response of " okay, approved " , I get necessary approval . The mail goes to the intended receipient and the feedback gets to the initial person that made the request. No in-betweens , no room for leakage midway when the IT infrastructure is not compromised ,etc . If at any point a copy of the mail gets to an unwanted hand, u can easily trace where the leak came from. If it can work out in the private sector , it can work in the civil service as well. |

izzou: Your assumption is big oh.
Why can't a southerner do it? I have a theory. FCT/Abuja is a civil service city/territory . APC that fielded Tinubu the current president polled just 20% of the total votes casted in Abuja at the 2023 elections . In fact , APC lost all 10 polling units in and around Aso Rock villa ( the seat of power ) . This to me suggests the civil servants as much as the law requires them to be partisan ; have their own interests and Tinubu the APC candidate is someone they still harbor contempt for . Even though he's now the president , they still do not fancy his presidency and they will find a way to always throw shiiit in his face . Fun fact is even if all perm secs are sacked , the normal staff in the service will always find their way around embarrassing Tinubu's government when the opportunity presents itself like the Qatar own. They will always thank oBANTala the god of banter anytime Tinubu bants material drop at their feet |

If true, more of that, please. The man is really doing well for the people of south east . Barth Nnaji's Geometric power is a private business The business is a $800m business that has many private investors and promoters aside Nnaji himself . Jodera: Me too. To show you how good they are, we (and Arteta too) are not even rushing for Partey for Partey to even start. At least let him heal completely. If this was like last season or 2 seasons ago, by now Partey would have been rushed, then he'll break down in the next match and that's our Partey cycle will continue
Now he just needs to chill for the crucial part is the season Exactly ! That's what have quality options in a team can do . This would've saved us all these years we were in the wilderness when we refused to spend money to get quality players . We are ally suffered sha ! I remember the Nigeria Immigration Service recruitment where there was serious stampede like this one and people died . APC really milked that news as one of the several evidence that Jonathan and his government was incompetent . Now there's a stampede at a location where FG is sharing food to hungry Nigerians who were made hungry in the first place by the FG's policies . And everywhere quite , the opposition no even dey milk the news. APC really sabi opposition politics but very poor as a ruling party . This is a fact; argue with ur keyboard . |

Jodera: Yeah, I believe our setup favours him well. Sometimes I dey wonder whether na the same Jorginho be this?
Maybe his backpass and sideway passes is the Chelsea coach and environment who wants him to be doing that in order to exert control cos I know he wasn't like that first season at Chelsea. Omorr, kudos to Arteta for bringing out the best version of him. I've been watching him this season and the way he's impressed me is 5x more than what I really expected from him. He seems to also feel at home here too and I think that plays a part. His leadership skills is also commendable and really really needed I was thinking we would fold in the middle with Dr Partey busy in the hospital for most of the season . Jorginho and Rice have really made us not miss Xhaka-Partey partnership thus far |

Jodera: 3. Shout out to Jorginho. I know most of us didn't want him at first but mehnnn, he's really been good for us. His penetrative passing to break the wall, the forward passes(very instrumental to the 2nd goal) and the way he marks and read the game is top notch. There was a lot of misconception about him from "he cannot pass forward" to "he can't play without his team parking the bus". This season bar the Tottenham match he's proved to be a very very good player. Tbh, if this was the lineup we played against Porto, we would have seen at least a point. We lacked forward and half space passes which opened up the game and forced Newcastle back while we also lacked Havertz presence on that CF position to trouble their defence. Also Rice driving and progressing of balls is something Havertz isn't good at. I'm guessing this is what Arteta would do during the 2nd leg or Partey for Jorginho. I was one of Jorginho's critics and I must confess I'm surprised he has turned out good for Arsenal. It is not a misconception that he doesn't play forward passes. I watched him really well when he was at Chelsea and even as a rival fan I get pissed when he hesitates to play some forward passes but instead pass back to defensive line while they are building attack. He was more of a ball recycler and seldom make forward passes. However, when he decides to make forward passes they are always good passes and u begin to wonder why he doesn't do it often. Our set-up under Arteta really favors Jorginho and I'm glad he's putting his best in not just playing, but also helping other players be at their best. I appreciate how he communicates with other players on the pitch and even suggest passing lanes to them at times. It is also important to command how he has put in serious shift into defending in the middle of the park. He's now less of an escort like he used to be at Chelsea |
