Remember Musiliu Obanikoro implicated GEJ? In spite of the implicating confession, GEJ still nominated Obanikoro as defense minister.

4. Why was the attorney general against the use of updated electronic voters register and permanent voters card?

The fact that you people get fooled by GEJ's cool face and voice does not mean you should sell that nonsense to us that he was not desperate. GEJ is just a wolf in sheep's clothing. We have a documentation of all the human rights abuses that happened under him.
